Discovered on our vacation biking from Clearwater to Panama Beach that my Dad's Streetglide had 8 busted spokes in rear rim. Crystal River Harley was a joke at the service center. One call to Iron Horse Performance & Parts and these guys not only had the rim they took the time out of their busy schedule and got Dad's bike right in. These fellas are 2 months out period on any time so for them to stop and help us out tells the character these fellas have.

We was in tight position as home for us is Kentucky. They made sure to get us back on the road to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thanks again for all your help and hospitality.

Bought an AIM performance clutch upgrade for my 2010 dyna, dude was cool as hell and very informative, just out the part in and love it! Great service and cool people to know, love the part man!

Took my softail in with fuel delivery problems, Bill took me in within hours and helped trailer the bike to his shop. Finished it in one day, and it ran like new. I highly recommend these guys for any bike service. A+

Can't say enough good things about Bill at Iron Horse in Locanto. GREAT tune job, good price, and Excellent customer service (I can be a pain to work with, sorry Bill LOL) Bill took my 2018 M8 107 Street Glide and turned it into a beast! Managed to squeeze 117 torque and 101 hp out of that motor with a S&S 465G cam chest and cam, Bassani header, Vance & Hines HO mufflers, and S&S air cleaner kit.

The bike is almost _too_ fast now and does not feel like a Touring bike off the line at all. Not to mention the bike, which always sounded like a Honda Gold Wing (no offense Honda owners), now sounds like Harleys should sound - low throaty growl when you start it up, roars like a Lion when you hit the throttle, and purrs like a kitten when cruising down the highway. Great job Bill. Thank you!

A++ customer service. Bought a bike from Iron Horse, a beautiful Indian Scout. It was a remote purchase all the way from Miami. When I couldn't get financing from my bank, they recommended a local credit union that approved me right away. The only day I was available to pick up bike, the shop was scheduled to be closed but they opened up just for me. Treated me and my family very nice.

Even suggested an alternate route home that ended up having really nice scenery. Went out of their way to track down original owner of bike to get owners manual and spare key which they mailed to my house. I'm very happy with my purchase. I wish I lived closer to use the shop for repair and maintenance. I'll definitely drop by to say hi the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Maybe Bill can suggest another nice route I can take the scout on.
