My salesman was Kolby and I had a great experience. All staff were extremely friendly and very accomadating. I drove from over 2 hours away to buy my truck and they were very easy to deal with. If I only lived closer I would definitely use them for my next vehicle purchase!

As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by the salesman kolby who was fantastic through the whole process, super friendly and the owner was also very accommodating while I was waiting for my bank to send some things through the mail. They all made this process very quick and easy.

I have purchased my last 5 vehicles from Murray Motors. My initial purchase was because a friend of mine was a salesman there. Since Jeff retired I have found the same trust in the sales team who were open and willing to assist with the purchase of a new (to me) 2020 F150 that we really enjoy.

It was a great experience buying a car from Murray motors. They are so nice and they made sure I knew what I needed to know about my car. From the start to the finish it was a great experience.

The end of January I started looking for a new car and after some research and talking to friends I really wanted a Mazda 3. Murray Mazda is the closest dealership and that's still about an hour away I messaged the dealership and in no time was in contact with John, one of the salespeople. I let him know exactly what I wanted and over the course of the next week, my life was very crazy at the time, we worked out a great deal on a Mazda 3 and also trading in my old car.

When the day came to go pick it up it was fast and so easy. Everything was ready and I was in and out with my new car. It's been 5 weeks since I got the car and I couldn't be happier. John and the sales manager were great. I very highly recommend them

Murray Mazda in Muncy was a zero pressure environment. Kolby was laid back, extremely informative, and very flexible. I'd recommend him as a salesman to anyone looking for a new vehicle. All of the staff, from the process of setting up a time to come in for a test drive to leaving the dealership with the keys to my new car in my hand, were wonderful, very down to earth. By far the best car buying experience I've had. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I had a minor fender bender, and the process of getting my vehicle fixed was quick, and overall great. there's no telling any damage was done initially. Might I also add that their receptionist/service writer, Marla, was very friendly and was quick to answer any questions, making the experience exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place for any servicing needs!

Murray Mazda has always been good to me since I got my CX5 in 2019.what I am about to say is not the fault of who I have dealt with, but I believe a break down of communication perhaps somewhere in the chain. When I checked out from my last oil change I was told there was a site I could go to to receive $15 off my next oil change if I completed it within a month from my oil change date.

When I went to actually sign up and do that, nothing would go through. I tried two different email addresses. Nothing. This morning I contacted Mazda customer service by email. The response I got was that Mazda is no longer offering $15 off of an oil change. It would've been better just not to have it happen like it did. I feel the workers at the service department would need to know these things. All in all though I still have been very happy with Service at Murray Mazda.

I buy all my vehicles through Murray motors. I've never been treated badly, or unfairly. They have never tried to talk me into a vehicle I didn't want or couldn't afford. Honest and straightforward customer service.

As a senior citizen, I have purchased quite a few vehicles throughout my life. My experience at Murray Motors in Muncy was easy, fair, and fast. This made it the best car buying experience I have ever had!
