The car we purchased a month ago is running great and has given us no problems. John's Great Cars staff was wonderful, from our salesman Joe, to the financial staff. Every step of the process was handled with upmost importance. We were treated better here then any new car lot we bought from before. We will definitely be back when another car is needed.

This is our second time buying a vehicle from John's Great Cars. We had such a wonderful experience the first time, that we decided to come back again. Harry is so great to work with- he's patient, understanding, and easygoing! The finance team helped us get payments that we wanted and could afford. I wasn't sure if I would get qualified due to buying a new House last year. I originally decided on a low end price vehicle. They actually got me financed for a nicer car! With very little money down. Due to trading in my vehicle. This a Family Owned Business. The Customer Service is exceptional! They even gave me a free pie to take home! The atmosphere is very laid back.

No feeling pressured to buy. They actually take the time to really talk to you and see what you want and can afford. The Salesperson even ordered for free a new car user manual that I requested. Came to the house in a few days.overall it was a hassle free buying experience. Didn't ask for thousands down like other dealers if you have a trade in. Now me and my Children are driving in a safe beautiful car with affordable monthly payments.

Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. We had visited a few different places before ending up at Johns. Cesar was quick to help without pressuring. He narrowed it down to a car that suits our every need. The process from start to finish was quick and by the end of the day, we were driving home in our new car.

I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester from here. They worked with me fantastically and even shampooed the seats for me one last time. The car has been great and I was even told which cars to stay away from. Most bad reviews revolve around the car purchased and to that I would just say do your research before you purchase any vehicle. Some cars are more prone to issues than others which is neither the fault of the dealership itself nor the salesman.

This was my first car purchase ever at 20 years of age and I stuck with a brand I knew would last, because I did my research, and have had one minor leak which is getting fixed at this moment thanks to my warranty. A used car will always be a used car and problems will arise. If you want a car without problems then I'd recommend getting a new car with bumper to bumper warranty.

As for Johns Great Used Cars, I couldn't recommend this place enough and would give it six stars if I could due to excellent customer service and a very honest and knowledgeable staff.

We purchased a 2010 Ford F150 from John's Great Cars and couldn't have been more impressed with their service. The staff is extremely friendly and as honest as can be. We wanted to purchase the truck ASAP, but since it was a new addition to their inventory, they wanted to have their mechanic look over the truck thoroughly before selling it to us.

Most auto dealers would have jumped on the sale, but John's wanted to make sure we were getting a vehicle that was not misrepresented by them before selling it. After it was approved by their mechanic, we made the purchase. It was a simple, no-pressure transaction. And we felt like we were treated like family throughout the process. And just to note, we had our personal mechanic look over the truck as well, and he gave it a "thumb up" saying it was in great condition. John's will not lie to you about the vehicles they sell. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

This was one of the only car buying experiences over the last 10 years where everyone involved, Cesar in Sales, Ted - Finance, 2 other people were gracious and helpful in the process. Worst car dealer ever, stay away! I would give it a zero star if I could. I've had soooo many problems with the car I purchased since the day I drove it off the lot. Customer service is the absolute worst as well. I would call it Johns WORST cars!

They just sold a piece crap to a young man.they knew some problems because they were too pushy with it.red flags!.the can put all their religious articles away cause God knows the truth!.dont trust or buy from them.he's had the car 2wks and its at the mitsubishi dealer now for 3 days!

Called Harry the night before about a specific vehicle. He had it out and ready for the test drive when I arrived. It was good, but a little small. We then started to talk about some of the other cars in the price range I was looking at. It is amazing the number of low mileage quality cars they had available under $10,000.00. But none were quite right.

Then Harry started to ask questions about what brands I liked, features I wanted and ultimately what I could afford per month and what I could put down as a deposit. Harry spent a few minutes looking at the inventory and what financing we had available. He showed us a 2017 Dodge Journey and we were hooked. Harry assured us it was in the range of our monthly payment.

We trusted him. We also got hungry, and Johns treated us to lunch! On our return everything was done. We asked to be under 400.00 per month. Harry and Ted came in at.325.00! We added the warranty which brought us to 370.00. So now I have the car I wanted, peace of mind for next 4 years or 60,000 miles all at the price I was willing to pay. And a full tummy!
