Recently, my wife and I decided to entertain a few salesmen on purchasing a new vehicle. This would of been my 3rd purchase in less than 2 years from the same dealership. Every time I have went to the dealership, I have went with the same stipulations and expectations and was very upfront with the salesmen on what I wanted and expected. We live 30ish minutes away and expect to have a semi deal set before going, so no ones time is wasted.
The salesmen had me come all the over on a Sunday to take pics of my current vehicle which is 2k miles on it and is a 2021 in perfect condition. I could of easily of sent photos in, so then they could of ran numbers and figured out what was possible before having me drive all the way there. Both times before when the dealership was still under Fuccillo, I was able to come in and leave the same day with the newer vehicle.
Even the salesmen told us, the deal would of been easier had it still be Fuccillo and not Wally's. I was over promised and over sold on something that was never promised. At first I was low balled and got offered 31k for a vehicle other places have offered 35-36k for as a trade in. Second I only entertained the offer due to the salesmen being so confident and almost assuring me something could be done.
The vehicle I was switching too, would of been almost identical to the one I have, with slight appearance upgrades. I would not recommend anyone to deal with a Wally's as they are not as prone to doing what is necessary to make a deal with a repeat customer. Very disappointed in how this all went.

I am so happy with the new truck I purchased from Wally's! Scott helped us through the entire process and he was so easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and he helped me drive it off the lot that day. We have worked with Roger in the past and was happy to see he was still there and as great as ever. In the next year or 2 I will be ready to upgrade my other vehicle and Scott at Wally's is where I will go 100%. They make you feel comfortable, not too pushy and make you feel like they are there for you.

Samir's business card says he's a Sales Professional. I would respectfully disagree. We knew what we were looking for when we went in and made it clear we were just looking, but Samir was dead set on selling us a vehicle at any cost. It would have been completely stupid to buy the first vehicle someone tried to sell us. We got every sales line in the book.
Neither of us had eaten that day and were very hungry. When we said we were going to get something to eat, Samir suggested we eat there. We said we didn't know what we wanted and he was worried we wouldn't come back. Well, he was right. He pushed us away. Normally I wouldn't rate so low over one sales person, but another tried to bail him out, but did so at the expense or running our credit on an app to see what kind of deal they could get us on a vehicle we weren't interested in anyway. Never going back.

From being told that they could hold a check and get me down to $270 a month the first day I was there, to my boyfriend and I going and being there for nearly 5 hours for them to get everything approved but waited until last minute to run the check and the check was declined.my boyfriend and I were humiliated. We walked out of there with two very confused children and our proverbial tail tucked between our legs.
We are mortified and haven't even told any family or friends, except one that we went to look at a car, much less sing Fuccillos praises. They gave me inaccurate information and then tried to excuse it the second day. The salesman tried to take my boyfriend's phone out of his hands multiple times. All of my boyfriend's electronics must be HIPAA compliant in the event he has to use them for work.
People cannot just pull his phone from his hands, not to mention that it's rude. I would not recommend this place to someone I don't like, let alone people I care about. For us to wait with two children for several hours and then get it broke off where the sun doesn't shine, is not only inconvenient and rude but bad business. Don't waste people's time if you can't help them and don't ask them to overdraft their account to buy a vehicle when you see they have kids with them. Absolutely ridiculous.

WOW! These guys are the best. With in a week of buying my new car I got a nail in my tire an needed help. They worked past closing to make sure I was safe and ready for the next day. They are awesome not only did they fix the problem but they kept me from missing work. Awesome, awesome people. Thank you all so much!

I drove into the Fuccillo dealership with just a wish. I wanted a newer vehicle. Didn't know if I could handle any sales person or if I even wanted to. I was greeted by Jamie, and she walked me through the purchase process seamlessly. She found the right vehicle for my family and we absolutely love it. I bought it back in April and I have never had such great service anywhere else.
Between her understanding of my time restrictions and how I really needed something as soon as possible. She made it so I was able to drive home in it that day. I love my Explorer and plan on buying another when the time is right.

My wife and I purchased our first used, but like new 2015 Ford Escape from Fuccillo of Seneca Falls in February of 2019. Had a great experience then and still love our Escape. We returned on June 5th 2020 because I was in need of a new pickup. Once again they were more than helpful, professional and caring especially during the pandemic. I went in with a very firm set price and expected to be leaving with basic 4x4 Ranger.
I was shocked when they were able to get a fully loaded Lariat edition down to my price point. I couldn't be happier with my new Ranger, you could say it's a HUGE step up from a 2001 Dakota : Thank you to Jamie S. Bill H. and the rest of the Fuccillo team for all your help and time.
