FANTASTIC! Drove 3 hours to check out a vehicle from a well known dealership. (Horrible experience) but thats another review. Feeling dicouraged we look across the street and saw a very unassuming small dealership, we checked it out. BEST DECISION EVER. They were kind, professional and fast. They got us in and out in a beautiful car very quickly. No hassle, no smoke. Great experience! I highly recommend!

Cliff and Bob took care of me with zero pressure. I may have been the easiest customer ever maybe but I know it was less than an hour that I had test drove, had a deal and put money on a car that hit all the check boxes I wanted. It was closing time so the next day I went back, paperwork was ready, car out front and 10 minutes after I walked in I was driving down the road.
We knew the battery was questionable. True to their word, when I had trouble with it, cliff personally came out in 20 minutes and got the car, put a new one in it and ready to go! Thanks guys for making it easy for me!

I drove pretty far to get to this dealership. Upon arriving, I began to speak with Steve, the person I had been in contact with for the last few days up to this point. He was very kind and compassionate to me right from the start. We walked over to the car, and I sat in the driver's seat and looked over a few things. We ended up going inside for a little bit to talk, and then I asked him if I could look at the car by myself and he didn't have a problem with that.
They were asking for $24,000 before tax for a car that was valued at an average of $17,500 with the mileage and current condition. Granted, KBB isn't always an accurate way to see the value of cars with a market like the Mustang GTs have. With that said, and with the current condition of the vehicle, I'd honestly price it lower than that. I went back inside to ask Steve to pop the hood so I could see how the engine bay would look in comparison to all of this. Steve comes outside, pops the hood, turns on the car, and shows me the cleanest engine bay I have ever seen.
Point being, too clean. It was evident something was trying to be hidden. All of the fluids looked as if they had just been topped off, but didn't look flushed properly. At that point, I felt I had everything I needed to make a fair offer. What I gathered was this; the car's VIN history showed that all of the people who actually owned this car never had it for longer than a year.
This car has been with at least 6 different dealerships. Some holding it longer than others. The car was so covered in dirt and dust that I couldn't properly inspect the clear coat. The parts that weren't as covered in dirt and dust showed the car had lots of scratches as well as paint chips. Some of the tires were bald and displayed possible signs of alignment issues.
The list goes on and on. I go inside to talk to Steve about all of these things, with photos of EVERYTHING on hand. He's playing the typical card of defending the car, saying things like, "There's no scratches" and "The car is in great condition". I get it, maybe he didn't know what he got himself into, or maybe he just didn't think I would notice, who knows.
Bottom line, I'm listening to him talk about all of the amazing things that the car has while I'm sending him about 25 photos that represent at least $5,000+ in repairs. So we started at them asking $24,000 before tax, KBB valued the car at $17,500 being fair for the miles(87,000) and condition, and I offered $20,000. He declined stating he paid too much to go that low, and that they knew the market of these cars, so I got up, thanked him for his time, and left.
I'm making this review to warn people of situations like this. You'll be told time and time again that you're making a great deal, but this is a prime example of that not being true. You can save yourself thousands by finding these types of things.

Super professional and personable. Went to a different used car lot earlier in the day and we were greeted with gruff and grumbles. The minute we showed up to Preferred, we were greeted with smiles and friendly small talk. The sales rep, Cliff, was extremely kind. They worked with us to get the car to a reasonable, workable number and drove off waving. Super impressed and will return here should we need another used car!

We were not hasseled by anybody when we went to look at a mustang. The salesman, his name was Clff, was great to work with. The owner and everybody we talked to was awesome. It truly was a great experience dealing with them and not to mention the fair price we got the mustang for. I highly recommend buying a car from them.

We purchased a car for my son here this weekend, and the experience was amazing. The best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales guy, Cliff, was not pushy, and both he and the owner were very helpful. They allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection and agreed to fix the small issue that the car had as a condition of the sale. They also got the paperwork done in record time. I will visit them again when I'm in the market for a used car.
