Great service! I was helped by mike there! Very honest and helpful! He helped me get my jeep. When In one day and walked out the same day with my new jeep! Definitely recommend going to him.

Chris and his service team are absolutely amazing! We were vacationing nearby from out of state when our Pacifica wouldn't start. I was able to get it jump started, and take it over to McFadden's. They were really busy with existing jobs, but managed to squeeze me in and got me back on the road. Can't recommend Chris and his team enough. Thank you so much for your help and kindness!

I went to McFadden's just curious on a car I seen passing by, and with the help of Kevin and others ended up driving away with a 2022 Chrysler 300, not only was the customer service a 10/10 by offering me and my girlfriend drinks and snacks, but the employees were friendly and made sure our experience was amazing. I usually don't write reviews but I HAD to with how amazing this place is, if you or someone you know is looking to get a car I 100% recommend Mcfadden's friendly motors in south haven.

And you're experience wouldn't be complete if you don't go to Kevin Smalley, best Salesman I've ever spoken with. He got me in and out, and worked super hard to get me in the car I wanted. They don't settle for less than you expect at McFaddens, trust me if you want a car talk to Kevin Smalley at McFaddens friendly motors in south haven you won't be disappointed!

Keith did the best he could to find me a good car. Went in interested in a certain 1 and even wanted it but found some things that prevented me from getting it so he looked into the next best thing. Not many available cheap cars and I get it so it may feel like an up sell even if it weren't. However, many I showed off too comparing to what I wanted believe the 1 I got is actually better than the original. Upsell or not Keith along with friend and fam are right.

I needed a suv not a small hatchback. Keith was very helpful and understanding of my endless struggle with cars. Thanks to him I have a better understanding of how banks work with loans.

I told Mike I wanted this truck and Look what I got my truck. Mike was really great. He reached out to me at different times making sure I was ok with my purchase. He was really friendly and we had a great conversations about different things. I will be back for my Jeep

Highly recommend this dealership! Worked with Mike. I would highly for anyone who comes here to ask for Mike. Very open and honest wonderful man. Smaller end family dealerships are key. Also, got a congrats from the owner which was cool since most dealership owners probably don't even step foot in their business. Overall, I'm happy to work with McFadden's Friendly Motors.

McFadden's has always given top care and attention to detail, checking everything out in detail for future potential issues even if it wasn't the main concern of service. They've always taken me seriously about my current repair concerns and my opinion of pre-diagnosis. I love my Jeep Sahara Wrangler and I always feel confident taking it to McFadden's from oil changes, tire rotation and most importantly repairs and checkups. Kudos to McFadden's service department! I always feel trail ready confident and sand dunes ready! Thanks everyone at McFadden's!

Mike was absolutely awesome! Not just Mike, but the whole dealership was just so helpful and they're so friendly & they don't just throw you in any car. I would definitely recommend this dealership. It was my first time buying a car on my own and they made it so easy for me.

I really don't feel like I have enough words to accurately express the wonderful experience that my husband and I had purchasing our vehicles at Mcfadden's last week, but I'll try. We were both driving cars that no longer suited our needs, and we each found a couple of vehicles on Mcfadden's website that we were interested in (I was shopping for a third row suv, and my husband was looking for a truck).

After we inquired about these vehicles, we were contacted shortly after by salesman, Mike V. Working with Mike was the most pleasant experience we've ever had in vehicle shopping. Mike was genuinely warm and friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. Not only that, but he was truly honest every step of the way, and communicated with us beyond expectation through the entire purchasing process.

When we arrived at the dealership to have our trade in's appraised, Mike met us at the door, was ready to get down to business, and showed us both vehicles while ours were being appraised. After a couple of test drives, we were introduced to Randy, who handled the financing end of things. Randy is so knowledgeable and honest in his work, he was able to break down real numbers for us before even running our credit.

We realized that the vehicles that we originally came to look at were a bit north of what we would like to spend, and instead of being pushed into purchasing them anyway, we were shown other more affordable options that would fit our budget better, that we did ultimately end up purchasing and were even happier with than we could have been with the original vehicles we looked at.

Not only that, but Mcfadden's is so transparent that all pertinent information regarding their vehicles is available on their website without having to ask. We knew the number of owners, any accidents, and what service work had been performed on our vehicles before we even drove them. Randy worked on our deal for two days to make everything work the way we wanted, to get us the very best interest rate possible (which was a number SIGNIFICANTLY better than we'd ever expected or been offered anywhere else) which saved us literally thousands in interest over the life of our loans.

Not only that, but we were offered more for our trades than anywhere else, both of us receiving completely fair market values. I have zero negative things to say about Mcfadden's, and I can only highly recommend shopping there. They are friendly, 100% transparent, and they go above and beyond every step of the way. No wonder they've been in business so long.

They clearly do things the right way. We will be repeat customers and recommend them to everyone we know who is in the market. Mike V, Randy, thank you for the best vehicle buying experience!

Kevin and Kyle provided first rate service. They asked the appropriate questions, they listened to my concerns and desires for a particular vehicle and did not at all try to get me to settle for something less or up-sell me into something I did not want. Lastly, when the 'numbers' did not meet my expectations the 3 of us sat down and completely re-worked the deal to everyone's advantage.

Bottom line, I got exactly what I wanted for the price and terms I wanted without putting a single penny out of my pocket down, just my trade. I live an hour away and McFadden's was the 4th auto dealer I visited (because of the distance involved) but I remembered how highly my wife spoke of her dealings with McFadden's years ago so I took a chance and I am glad I did. you will be too.
