My experience with the service department has been nothing short of amazing. With their help, My CX3 turned 100,000 miles as I was driving to the dealership to get routine maintenance. T They helped me with a tire concern. Also, they found a coupon on line that saved me more money than the coupon that I had presented them. Although I live about an hour away from the dealership, it is always worth the trip.

I know that I posted an article on here stating that I wasn't happy with the way that I was treated by Ben Stellar and how disappointed I was with trying to get a vehicle from Lynchburg Mazda. I want to apologize to Ben and the staff at Lynchburg Mazda for the way that I reacted. I would personally like to thank Dave and the salesman that made the purchase of my truck possible. I just want to apologize again to everyone at Lynchburg Mazda. Again thank you all so much.

My husband and I purchased 2014 Chevy Traverse on Feb. 14th, 2022. We drove the vehicle and were happy with it, enjoyed working with the salesman, felt that we were getting a good deal. Within a week we could feel the gears slipping, and it was struggling to accelerate uphill. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at with the dealership we purchased it from (The warranty we purchased wouldn't cover repairs for the first 30 days - making it fall on the dealership).
After they had our vehicle for 4 hours, I get a call saying they couldn't replicate the issue. So I ask if I can go out with the mechanic and drive it to show them what it's doing. I was able to "replicate" simply by driving up a hill, and the mechanic heard it and saw what it was doing. He still felt it could be how we were driving it and suggested a restart on the transmission, which I reluctantly agreed to.
He said if it continues to do it after about 1,000 miles then we should bring it back in. Not even close to 1,000 miles later and it is almost undrivable. I am taking it somewhere else later this week, and thankfully our warranty should fix it, but I can't help but feel this could've been avoided if Lynchburg Mazda had done the right thing and fixed it when I first brought it back in. I will not deal with this group anymore.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Lynchburg Mazda. I took my car in this week for some maintenance and an inspection. The staff was very friendly and kept me updated throughout my visit. When I picked up my car in the afternoon, I was very pleasantly surprised. They had detailed my car, inside and out! My car has never looked so good! Thanks, Lynchburg Mazda!

Tool a vehicle here for a friend and was waiting on it to get some work done. I told the staff I was waiting for it and would be in the waiting area. The vehicle needed an alignment waited over 2 hours for it. Finally get a text from my friend that said it was done. They service people never came to tell me. The vehicle had been done for some time by this point.

I have tried many garages in the area only to find their service sub par. I keep coming back to Mazda where I have never been disappointed! Dealerships have a reputation of being very expensive. I have not found this to be true. Their service techs are well trained and know what they're doing, not like some of my experiences elsewhere. They even have coupons for me to use! All employees have been helpful, respectable, and knowledgeable. A special thumbs up to Christi who works the service desk. Thanks for taking good care of me and my car.

My experience here at Lynchburg Mazda was incredible. The service you receive there is wonderful. I had the pleasure of dealing with John and Ben. Both of these guys were super helpful, easy-going, and the most friendly salesmen I have ever dealt with. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the vehicle that I purchased, and even stayed after hours to make sure that everything was finalized. Overall, I can guarantee that anybody who deals here will be helped in a friendly way and NOT push you to do anything that you are uncomfortable with. Once again, these guys made my experience AWESOME!

Went looking for one type of vehicle left with something I never of thought I would own. These guys mad a dream come true for me. Not only was the salesman that helped me, Robert Richardson was so friendly and accommodating, so was everyone else. Inside of the dealership was clean, and due to this pandemic they were following protocol if this would be a concern of yours. This turned out to be one great weekend thanks to these guys.

Don't even know what to say about the horrible experiences of the previous reviewers because we experienced nothing even remotely like that. It was basically a stress free visit we made twice from Roanoke to Lynchburg. The first was to test drive and purchase the car if it was a good offer which it definitely turned out to be. When asked for the Final Take Home price, Ben was upfront explaining the charges.
When I requested the bottom line walk out the door price, it was freely given. From the salesman (John), to the finance managers (Ben and Phil), they were genuinely kind, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. =

I recently bought a 2015 used Mazda for my daughter here, signing the paperwork remotely from my home in New Hampshire. The experience was dreadful from start to finish. They were in such a rush to close the sale that they neglected to disclose that they were running my credit through two different lenders (with the consequent hit in my credit score).
They claimed to have changed the oil (when we took it in for an oil change two weeks later the oil was black and low), failed to inform my daughter that she could have saved a significant fee and avoided a second trip to the DMV by bringing her plates to be transferred rather than letting them register the vehicle for her. They also transmitted my SSN and other PFI via unsecured email, "forgot" to have me sign several documents until after the fact, and showed nothing but incompetence and deception throughout the process. It's too bad Yelp doesn't allow "Zero Star" reviews, as they didn't earn the one star that I gave them. I have written records of all of these assertions. You've been warned.
