Bob Bowen ford has always treated me very well. From purchasing a new vehicle to having that vehicle service or repaired as needed they have always been fair and honest with me. I would highly recommend Bob Bowen Ford to all my family and friends.

I wouldn't take anything to Bob Bowen Ford! They are complete rip offs! I took my truck there Wednesday to have the sunroof looked at in my Ford F-350 platinum I told them it made a popping sound. They looked at it and told me it was going to cost 3 grand to get fixed! I thought that sounds high so I declined and took it to Mace Ford in Terre Haute.

They looked at it and it and it fixed and out the door in less than an hour for 500 dollars! 500 compared to 3,000 dollars is a huge difference! Beware don't do Business with these people! They had practically no vehicles on the lot must be trying to make up in other ways! Any business that takes down where you can leave a review on Facebook is obviously hiding something! If you're in the Clay County area save yourself time and money and go to Mace Ford in Terre Haute! There is no excuse acceptable for this! I wouldn't even give one star!

My Aunt Kay was taken advantage of at this place. She requested to know what was wrong before work was done because she has a limited income. The work was done anyways for an alternator $500 some dollars. This needs to be made right.

My great aunt has had service done on her vehicle many times and due to limited income she asked for a diagnostic test recently to figure out what's wrong and cost before it was fixed. She's loyal, kind and although disabled would help and has helped many people. Her vehicle was fixed without her approval and now has to come up with the money. This is so wrong on many levels.

Caleb in the service department was extremely helpful, nice, and very professional! He got my car right in and all taken care of in a timely manner!

My disabled Aunt Kay went here and got taken advantage of and lied to I will never come here for services and I wont recommend this business to anyone they need to make it right with her or I'll never change this review

My aunt Kay was taken advantage of by this company, she is disabled, only a low life would take from someone who is struggling like she is, this company needs to make it right.

I would caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealer. I had a recall on a f150 2020 pickup truck. The cameras had to be replaced. After about 1 year they finally got the parts in, I know this was not there fault. They installed camera and said they didn't have time to program they so I made another appointment. The second one, they said it was to windy to do so I had to make another appointment. The third appointment after about an hour and a half they said they couldn't do it. I took it to Andy moor in Plainfield and they fixed it in about 45 minutes.

I am so glad I went to Bowen Ford I had great customer service. James my salesman was so nice plus I got a great deal If I ever purchase another vehicle I will go there Thank U
