I Bought a 2012 Ford F150 I gave a little over 16.000 for it. it had major problems the salesman was a very good person who made me feel his hands was tied the manager Kevin was very rude threaten me with my ex wife over a title and refused to fix anything as well as the owners in Batesville they had me take it to don Meyer ford in Greensburg who let them know that that truck wasn't even safe to drive they refused to help me in any way with it and wouldn't even take it back on trade so I could buy something different the worst experience of my life and I am 53 years old and have bought a lot of cars in my life by far this was the worst experience my advice before you buy it have it checked out spend the money have it looked over

I just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion 2 months ago and the air went out and tires were bad. The manager Kevin was rude and refused to help me. I will NEVER buy a car from them again and recommend others to never buy from them either. They are deceptive and sell dangerous cars.

This was my first stop in my search for a vehicle. The staff is very nice and helpful. I feel that they went above and beyond to try to get me the best deal and loan offer they could find. Although I did not go with any of the vehicles they had on the lot, I definitely would not hesitate to try them again in the future if I need a vehicle again. Wish i could give less than 1 star. i had THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE at Heritage in Cloverdale IN. Jenna & Keith and terrible mean human beings. they are liars, pushers, scammers, etc. i have never met worse people in my life! do. not. do. business. here. they yelled in my face, laughed at me, video taped me, etc. worst! ever!

I have had issue after issue with the car i bought from here. It was only a year old when I purchased it. I had taken it to be serviced after the 1st year with a new problem that arised after i already had 2 other issues & they said the warranty wouldn't cover it. It was a wiring problem & the car wasn't even 3 yrs old yet. I have had 10 problems going on with this vehicle in a 2 yr period and NO help.

So I am taking other steps now. I have had 2 mechanics tell me it looks like its been wrecked before.so I am researching more into this now. Be careful with buying a car from here. Specially if the car comes from California.

I honestly don't know where all the negative remarks are coming from. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from these guys. We NEVER felt pressured, whatsoever. When we told them we wanted to think about it, they said no problem, just let us know. They were able to get us really great financing rates, and never had to put any money down upfront.

We purchased a 2013 Hyundai with only 9K on it. It now has just under 50K and is running strong, with ZERO issues. We also bought a 2011 Dodge Caliber with 21K on it. It now has about 40K on it, and again ZERO issues. We feel we have always gotten a fair deal on nice, low mileage vehicles. And finally, the last car we traded into them, they actually gave us about $700 MORE than book value.
