Finnicum Motors was not the first car lot I visited when I started looking for a truck. I will have to say that the quality of vehicles they have on their lot rivals any big-name dealership in this area. And although they have a big selection of vehicles, the staff made me feel like I was buying a truck from a friend I could trust. Chad Kirkpatrick was very easy to deal with.

After reading a few of the many positive Google reviews, I knew I would be leaving this lot with the car I wanted. I was contacted by Austin promptly after I filling out the credit app. Took a 5 hours drive to town and everything was as quick and painless as he said it would be on the phone. I think I was out of there in an hour or so and that included returning a rental car, which Austin picked me up at. Everyone there was nice, friendly and there wasn't any pushy vibes at all. 100% positive I'll be a repeat customer. Also, I love the car.

My wife purchased a car from them and paid cash for it. It was a 2019 model still had factory warranty on it but after two hours of them telling her that she needed this warranty she purchased it for 3000 dollars now car already had factory warranty but we susposed to have an additional two years warranty. She went and traded it at another. dealership they told her she had money on the warenty she should get back but guess what when she calls them about it she was told it had expired. So all I know to tell folks bout the experience we have had with them we WILL NOT be going there again. That is car dealership for you always taking advantage of people.

They will rip you off. Take advantage of someone that didn't understand and sell you you warranty for no reason. Jack the payments up and the term.

Even after 4.5 years I get texts asking if I'm still happy with my purchase. I was not happy about a couple of things and they worked very quickly to get them resolved. I would definitely purchase from them again.
