I just purchased a Triumph TR6 from Wilson Motor Company. The entire experience was far easier and more pleasurable than I expected. Dennis Wilson, the owner of the company was informative, responsive and knowledgeable. Everything he said about the car was true. The price was a fair price and the vehicle was in better condition than represented. The condition of the car was close to immaculate and everything worked- not bad for a car approaching 50.
After the sale Dennis helped me arrange shipping, signed documents needed to register title in Florida and responded to questions I had regarding the operation of the car. After I found the car, I discovered that a friend previously bought a Triumph from Dennis and was also very pleased. I thought Dennis went far beyond what I expected of a car dealer, and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Wilson Motor Co,

I just purchased my 3rd British Sports car from Wilson Motor Company since 2002, My first purchase was after an actual visit in 2002 where I met Dennis Wilson, the owner. He spent time with me that day showing me his restoration shop as well as the inventory. Dennis knows collectible cars and his standards are high. My other two purchases have been "sight unseen" and based on telephone discussions with Dennis and his staff plus more than 100 photos that are happily provided.
I have found that the descriptions are extremely accurate and what I so appreciate is that Dennis will tell you the good and the bad about a particular car. Also of great importance is that Dennis will arrange for shipping with reliable, responsive carriers who cater to collector car owners. If you want quality classic cars at prices that match the car's condition you should pay a visit to the showroom or look at their fabulous website.
You won't get a bargain basement price, but you will receive an accurately represented vintage car at a competitive price that measures up to very high standards. I am looking forward to enjoying my new Triumph TR6 and when the time is right for a new roadster I will look no where else but Wilson Motor Co.

I have waited almost 40 years for the car I purchased from Mr. Wilson. I looked on and off for years for a Triumph and checked his inventory more than once. When I was finally ready to purchase, Mr. Wilson was great about all my questions, sending me pictures, and speaking with me over the phone. When I went to look at the car with my brother, he made himself and his mechanics available to discuss, compare, and test drive what we wanted.
I felt very comfortable talking with he and his team and was so impressed with their knowledge of the car. I learned so much from them! It was a bucket list purchase for me and I feel lucky to have found Wilson Motor and my new car.

In January I purchased a beautiful 1962 MGA for my wife's 60th birthday. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased online. Dennis Wilson was a pleasure to deal with, honest and fair. His description of our car once it arrived was not overstated in any way. In fact, the drivability of this car exceeded my expectations. I would certainly not hesitate doing business with Wilson Motor Co in the future. Be sure and get an impartial PPI whenever you buy a car you have not seen in person.

I purchased a car from Dennis Wilson as an out of state buyer. I paid very close to his asking price, for a car he billed as running great. It's a long story, but the car arrived off the truck barely running, and Dennis claims it was running well when it left his lot. I've sunken thousands into the car getting it back into shape - IMHO there's absolutely no way that it was running well when he sold it to me.
Of course, I had also purchased a PPI from a shop that's probably owned by a buddy of his, because the inspection came back mostly clean. I was able to get the two of them to pony up for the missing seat belts in the car, but other than that Dennis's attitude has been, "tough stuff, I sold you the car for a fair price." In short, I will NEVER buy a car from Wilson Motor Co again, no matter what the price.

I've bought at least 6 cars from Wilson Motor Company. Not only was I dealt with fairly but the cars were usually better than what I expected. Working with Dennis or his staff has always been a pleasurable experience. As a matter of fact they have another car that I'm interested in purchasing. I highly recommend Wilson Motor Company when buying either a classic or late model car or truck!

I recently visited Wilson Motor Company, Washington, MO from New York State to inspect a classic automobile for purchase and experienced very rude and unprofessional behavior from the owner of the establishment, Dennis Wilson. Within the first five minutes of my initial inspection of the vehicle I pointed out couple of good points with the car and a number of issues (not expounding on the details here).
Before completing the initial inspection and even before starting the engine or opening the hood, Mr. Wilson informed me that he "did not have to listen to this shit, " left the showroom to retreat to his office, shutting the door behind him like a spoiled child! This unprofessional type behavior could possibly be understood coming from a private seller selling their pride and joy out of their garage, but not from the owner of an automobile dealership.
The point of a vehicle inspection is to determine the pluses and the minuses of the vehicle being inspected, and hopefully the pulses will outweigh the minuses. Unfortunately, due to Mr. Wilson's rude and unprofessional behavior I was not afforded the opportunity to inspect the entire vehicle and determine its condition. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in an automobile dealership and I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!
