Joe Rae was a life saver! I had some third party car delivery issues and Joe was there to look out for me and make sure I was protected at all costs even 2 weeks after my initial purchase! He was highly responsive and actually cared about me as a person and not as a quota to be hit.

Laziest customer service reps I'd ever had to deal with. They didn't get my address right on my paperwork and when I said I wouldn't sign the contract without it updated they did a handwritten update but obviously submitted everything to the DMV and finance office with the wrong address. This has cost me 10 of hours of trouble. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership by any means necessary.

Blair was knowledgeable and personable. It wasn't all about the sale. She listened and very attentive in learning about what type of vehicle best suited our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered each question promptly. That transaction ran smoothly. I would definitely ask for Blair when in search of a vehicle!

I found a vehicle I liked on their website. The "Team Hyundai Price" seemed fair to me, so I thought it would be an easy inquiry, I didnt even want to negotiate I just wanted to pay the price on their website. When I expressed this, I was then informed that they were actually demanding a staggering $7,900 market adjustment over that price. So the price on their website is a full lie.

Anyone who pays over MSRP is enabling this predatory behavior, so please don't do it for the sake of the rest of us. Fortunately, I found another dealership in Maryland willing to sell me the same car fairly at MSRP. Apparently Team Hyundai just wants to make a quick buck and lose repeat customers, because I'll definitely remember which dealership treated me with honesty and respect.

The kicker to me is really that they advertise their "Team Hyundai Price" for the car which is a total fabrication. If you're going to price gouge, save everyone some time and be transparent about it: list the actual sales price on your website.

Super unprofessional. Couldn't even get a follow up call from the salesman on a financing status. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Nissan. They are wonderful!

Honestly my favorite Hyundai dealership I've had to deal with. Especially because their website is so bad that I have to take time out of my day to call them And since they don't pick up, you get to play phone tag which is so much fun. Plus all the time I spend doing that is time that I don't waste being productive. It's great.

Called to schedule an appointment to get front brakes replaced on my car and when I questioned the price it jumped from 250 up to almost 400 to get the work done. When I questioned the price I was told that I was incorrectly quoted and that the person who gave me the quote is no longer employed by them so there's nothing they'll do. Spoke with the service manager who said the same thing.

When I questioned if they record conversations (on phone calls) was told that they do but she won't be looking into because " it's months of work". Said there's nothing she can do. I again questioned, I've worked in dealerships before and told her that they may not be able to discount the part but they can discount the labor. She said there is nothing they can do.

I said, "you're telling me you can do it you're just saying you won't do it" She agreed with that statement. I also asked to speak to the owner and she told me he comes and goes and no one knows when he'll show up next. Absolutely no willingness to work with customers and worst customer service I've ever experienced

My last two visits for service they actually did provide the complimentary car wash so I'm being true to my word and adding a fourth star. I was there today for a 30,000 mile check which I had scheduled via telephone the previous week. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment, but they still managed to squeeze me in and the service was accomplished quickly.

Stopped in to have my Kia serviced and the staff was very friendly and the waiting room was clean and comfortable.
