We were traveling up I-135 to a family reunion and developed a problem with our rear wheel. These folks got us right in and had us back on the road in about 45 minutes at a fair price. I wish they were closer because they would become my regular mechanic!

Our experience was, phenomenal. Trevor Daniels was the easiest salesman my wife and I ever worked with. We were in and out in around 2 hours. We knew what we were trading in and what we wanted. They stuck within our firm budget and got us an extended warranty included. I am very happy with Midway Motors. After walking out angry from the last 3 dealerships we worked with, we are enjoying our new vehicle with no buyers remorse.

I had an awesome experience with buying my wife a car and myself a new truck about a month ago we had Trevor Daniels and he was an awesome salesman! I would recommend him to anyone who needed a new vehicle! The reason for my 1 star is because I did buy a truck and i fell in love the moment I saw it and then I got in to test drive it and I knew it was the one. took it home the next day it started having issues they took it to the shop to fix it brought it back two days later and same issue happened again they took it back to the shop for a week got it back same issue, same night it broke down and left me stranded at a restaurant they towed it back to the shop for another week got it back for 2 days same issue again almost left me and my family stranded in Kansas city after they assured us it was fixed.

The owner Gabe had previously told our Salesman they would buy the truck back since they could not figure out the issue and when I asked to do that a couple days later, they changed their minds and said now that was not an option. I am super disappointed after having such an awesome experience finding my truck to then turn around and they cant keep to their word.

This company's motto is "come join the family" but I would never treat my family this way. I would love to keep my business here and continue recommending them to anyone who is searching for a new vehicle but the experience i am having now is not something I would want someone else to go through.

I reserved my bronco through Midway in McPherson in July 2020. Placed my order February 2021. Took delivery December 2021. Bill (sales), Tim(management) and Austin (finance) was great to work with. They were professional and straight forward. They treated me great. If anyone is thinking about or wanting to order a vehicle or buy. I would highly recommend Midway McPherson. The service center diagnosed the problemn with my truck and told me it would be around $1000 to fix. I called another dodge dealer and asked them how much it would cost to fix the same problemn. I did not tell them I had already talked to mid way and they quotes me the price of $509. When I called and asked Mid way why they charged so much more they said the made a small mistake in the cost of labor. Needless to say I will never go there for service and I was looking at buying a truck but refuse to buy anything from that company. I do not recommend them unless you like to be screwed.

Took in truck for AC service. Our evaporator went out. Cost almost $2000. WOW! When we got our truck back they had broke our dash! Now waiting to get that fixed. They left the truck dirty on inside and grease on outside. We are not too Happy with the overall service. Reba was nice but everything else sucked! Not a happy customer.

Out Of Tow Buyer Beware: Know exactly what you are buying before contacting them. Ask for More detailed Pictures! I attempted this but was given pictures that looked like a child was given a camera. This dealership just has "Typical Car Sales" people who have no idea what they are selling you. First off I was told my 2018 truck spent its whole life in Kansas which i found out by the car fax that It was actually an east coast truck. (Thank god no rust) Next I was told there was absolutely no cosmetic damage to the truck. (After purchasing, I found many hail damage and a few dents) I contacted them after to let them know and of course they said "are you sure, we had no idea" I did not receive any apologies or any attempt to help me fix the issues.

I later spent around 1000$ in body repairs. Next I was also told there were no aftermarket parts installed. This also happened to be very untrue, as there were many aftermarket parts installed. Lastly I was very pleased with them delivering my truck to me. It arrived exactly on time and the people who delivered were very nice! Unfortunately on arrival it had all of its service indicators reset but nothing was changed.

Air filter looked like it was never changed in its whole life and the Oil was filthy! Update: Overall I am very happy with my truck. I just wish car sales people knew what they were selling.

Went to 4 dealerships before going to McPherson's store. Other dealerships were a disaster to be kind. I left ratings for them. It's nice to go to a dealership that prices there cars using NADA book value. Saves a lot of negotiating. Had Ashley as a sales associate, she negotiated and finalized my deal while at home on her day off. Pretty awesome service. Thanks again for the great car deal.

OUT OF TOWN BUYERS BEWARE: Positive things first: Sales guy (Nate) that I dealt with in person was polished, knowledgable, and professional. Now the Negative: I live 500 miles away from McPherson and had been shopping for a Ram Ecodiesel and the one at Midway fit the bill. I told the online/ on phone sales guy (not Nate) where I was going to be on price assuming the truck was in good shape (I had already done quite a bit of shopping around).

I told him about my price point about 5 times in several calls and emails. When I told him that I couldn't justify traveling to the dealership without being told that he could get to my price range, he said they don't negociate over the phone, but assured me that if I came to look at it in person it would be worth my time. I traveled 500 miles to the dealership and loved the truck. When it came to price the best price they would offer was $2,500 over the price point we discussed. I held up my end but Midway Motors did not.

Tom Ruxlow was very easy to work with and makes car purchase as easy as possible. I called and let him know what we were interested in, he parked it in our driveway, we negotiated over a couple of phone calls and I only spent about 5 minutes at the dealership to exchange vehicles. Very hassle free.

I bought my car, drive it home and the air conditioner didn't keep it below 80 degrees. I called and took it back the next day. I was told there wasn't anything wrong with it. I drove it home AGAIN arriving in a pool of sweat. Brought it back. Was told that it could be the compressor but there was no way to know for certain and it would be very expensive to fix. "I said I've only had the car for 2 days visit there something you can do?" I was told AGAIN that nothing could be done about it.

A year later.still doesn't work and they still don't care. Jerks. Don't buy from them as they wont stand behind it any longer than what it takes for them to run back in the (air conditioned) building.

First and foremost Brett is an amazing guy. That being said my car just broke down in McPherson and I had AAA tow it to Brett instead of the ten other places I was told to go. Anyhow I was told what was wrong with the car THAT night with was amazing. However, I was also told I would get $150 for it and of course come D-day I was handed $100 bill. My car stereo is worth more than that! Anyways Brett is quick and reliable as a mechanic I would just keep up on prices

My sister got me a car from you all not but a month ago and well i have had nothing but issues i think she paid way to much and my car has been in the shop more then i have gotten to drive it and well newton midway has been trying to call you all for a week now and no one seems to want to call back so my car can get fixed you all fixed one thing and my warranty covered it. then i had an other issue not a week later and it didnt cover and well it got fixed i take it in not but a the same day i get it cause something sounded off i have it looked at and still having the issue it was in there for and an other and yet know one whats to fixe it and i find out its going to coast $1100 to get it fixed well i think that is bull you all should have had it fixed right they first time and really my sister should demand for her money back i have two kids and i work and have to take them to school and sports and i need the car so id really like it if you all would please return a call and get this figured out and we are sick of fixed and car that should have been fixed when it was drove off the lot i want to say rip off and my sister is really not happy nor is my mom who has been trying to get a hold of you and get it fixed really not happy at all.you all pride your self on that you look over your used cars and fix and all this other jazz but i call bull on that one. just down right wrong what u do to people.

I hate the dealerships that bird dog you from the time you pull into their drive, but this place want even give you the time of day unless you go and run someone down for help. Their staff I am sure is not worth what they are getting paid since all they do is pull the information of their website. They don't seem very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell.

I walked around their facility looking at vehicles right in front of their store front for 40 minutes and no one came to help me. Their vehicles seem over priced are there bike sells man seems like a muscle bound Harley sales man.
