On May 2 I took my 2007 Toyota Prius into Little Apple Cars to just get a light on my dash checked out. They reported back to me saying that it needed an oil change and a catalytic converter, so I agreed to the oil change and the dealership advised that it wasn't necessary for a new converter. On May 10th, I started my 5 hour drive home and my cars engine then blew up.
I had to have it towed to a mechanic in my hometown. My mechanic said there was no oil in the car and there is no signs of any leaks. There was also just a very small spot of oil on the ground where my engine blew up. We then called Little Apple Cars about the incident and they claimed they weren't responsible. They also claimed my car was low on oil when I brought it in, yet couldn't give any additional detail.
They also said my car had accumulated 15,000 miles in between oil changes and that my car had 183,000 miles. My oil change before May 2nd was December 23rd at 167,000 miles. And according to the receipt and Little Apples Website, my car had 172, 458 on May 2nd. Their story never added up and they refuse to help. The photo and video below show the rod that shot through the bottom of my engine.

Out of all dealerships here ID have to go with this one!. I got the best service from one of their employees Joe. Very welcoming and friendly and did help me with my issue. Above all she had a welcoming attitude and great customers service. If I go back to get a car I will be asking for her! Ask for Joe to get the best experience! ((:

My husband and I went to Little Apple Cars today and Garry helped us with all of our questions. Gary was very patient, understanding, friendly, and most importantly Amazing! when we came in, I had no idea what I wanted and I ended up leaving with a car I love so much! He is such a nice guy and really takes the time to understand your situation. Gary took us for a test drive to make sure that's the car I really wanted, everything just felt natural, I asked a bunch of questions. I'm really impressed with this whole process. I thought it was going to be a headache to get a new car.

I just bought my third vehicle from Little Apple, and this Toyota Tacoma is the best thing yet! Matt in the sales team gave me the most pleasant care buying experience I've ever had, used car lot, private party, and brand new included. he was not pushy, respected what i wanted without trying to steer me into a different direction, and i was in and out with my new 2022 civic touring in a few hours. I recently purchased a used minivan from Little Apple Honda. I needed the Van for my 180lb dog that can't get in and out of my SUV anymore. I really have to give them credit for standing behind the products they sell and helping me repair a few unforseen issues. I have never encountered this trait in a dealership before. They really care about their clients. Keke my dog approves and now I don't have to stress about how I will get him to the vet. Thanks to Ross, Matt and Brad for helping me out.
