I bought a brand new Altima last Feb 2020. So, first time to have oil changed yesterday. I have 11 am appointment and after an hour it's done. I was so impressed how nice and friendly the guy that worked that time, not only that, my dusty car were shiny and cleaned- they washed it! I highly recommend this place! A +++++++

UPDATE: After my initial review, some representatives approached me and asked me to delete my initial review because they were going to send the bill to the original dealership. I do not delete reviews but ultimately, they did honor the agreement so I will increase the number of starts from 1 to 3/5. It could increase more depending on future potential interactions if I choose to return. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Terrible service. Dingy showroom. Paid for Lifetime Oil changes through another Fenton Nissan and they refused to honor it.
Even with proof of the agreement. I called ahead of time and scheduled and made sure they would honor it. They said it wouldn't be an issue. I get here and completely changed their tune. Said that I must of not worded it correctly. It's a bunch of horse crap. Some sketchy bait and switch going on here.

My 83 year old mother brought her Nissan Frontier with 2900miles in for it's 1st oil change. She drove it after to do her shopping and home 50 miles after. Once she arrived home she saw a large puddle of oil under the truck. She checked the oil twice and nothing showed up on the dipstick. She called Fenton and they came and got her truck. Their mechanic claimed it was only down 1/2 quart and no damage was done to her truck engine.
I doubt that claim and am certain Fenton will never be used for service any longer. In fact she says Walmart will be doing all future oil changes and will find a reliable mechanic in the area if service is needed.
