Absolutely hate this place! My car was nothing but problems and they didn't even try fixing anything and they said you have to pay your car all the way down to 1,000 just to trade it in. I paid it half way off and it was the biggest Piece of junk I've ever drove, why would I want to pay it down to 1,000 if there's no Ac I got 2 kids, motor mount was messed up.

And you think I'm gonna pay 300$ a month no. So I took it back up there and went and got a new car from blue ribbon! I do not recommend this place if you want a reliable, or a car free of problems

They helped me when my Nissan went to done. They came and picked me up from my house and let me choose a different car. I'm 100% satisfied with champ Hinton. Jonathan didnt force me into a certain car. I will definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.

Wonderful dealership! They make you feel like family the minute you walk through the doors! Great support staff! Did I mention they have some nice vehicles too.

Buying experience was great. Scott was helping us out. Bought on Christmas eve. Most places were closed, but Champ was open. Scott was very willing to help us. But also gave us the space we needed to talk over the decision. Will be coming back when I'm ready for my truck.

A very good place to buy a used car, especially if u deal with Health Franklin & the owner, Lisa Hinton, is very nice & always friendly. I've bought & paid off 5 vehicles in the past & paying on my 6th right now. Every one needs to shop here for a good deal.

I cannot recommend Champ Hinton at all. They take advantage of people, that do not have good credit and young people who have little knowledge about vehicles. My son and daughter in law traded their vehicle in for another one, because they needed a reliable vehicle to go back and forth to work with. They drove a Saturn Vue off their lot and 2 days later broke down. Champ Hinton told them it was the crankshaft sensor and that they were going to fix it for them.

Before my daughter in law drove it back for them to fix she stopped at a mechanics place to have it hooked up on a diagnostic machine and it showed that the transmission PLUS several other things were bad on it. She took the print out there and NOW all of the sudden, Champ Hinton told them they no longer want to do business with them, told them they had a right to refuse service to them and gave them $500.00 dollars back for the trade in vehicle.

I was stunned! I just thank GOD that vehicle did not break down in the heat with my 3 month old grandson in there. I told my daughter in law that I would have went to Channel 2 News to let everyone know HOW these people rip others off. They knew from the beginning that that Saturn was a Problem vehicle but had no trouble selling it to a young couple with a baby! AGAIN.THEY ARE NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED!

I test drove 4-5 cars and found the one I wanted. The application process was easy and paid my down payment and drove away. So easy and I'm down to my last payment and the car has been one of the best cars I've ever purchased from a used car dealership. Very nice and friendly folks here at Champ Hinton Enterprises and very reliable cars. When I need another car I will definetly go back to Champ Hinton!
