I work down the street so can easily drop off in the morning on my way to work but even if I couldn't I would make sure I was able to use them anyway. The staff there are incredibly helpful and the service there is great. They do good, honest work and don't try to up-sell, just friendly suggestions, which is a HUGE plus! I just would like to say that this Ford dealership is the best there is! For the 2nd time they went above & beyond our expectations! We live in Newport, Vt. but I can tell you North Country Ford in Lancaster, NH is where we will be going from now on for all our vehicle needs.

Went in for a routine O&F change and had a software problem with the information center in the dash on the way there. Everything went smoothly except that I couldn't find the lugnut lock for the tire rotation that went along with the servicing. Patient people with a good sense of humor are always appreciated. We got it all taken care of, including a reset of the whateveritis that controls the whozit that makes the readout read out properly and everything is hunky. Dory, even. A very satisfactory and delightful visit; the service writers, mechanic and reception clerk were all delightful and I'll be glad to be doing business there in the future.

My family and I just moved up to Lancaster from Massachusetts. My small hatchback was not going to cut in next winter so needless to say we were eager to find a reliable car at a reliable price.
