I would highly recommend working with Josh at Platte Valley Auto. We drove from Omaha to get the car we found and Josh made sure everything was already lined up for us. This was the easiest car buying process I've ever had as we were done in less than 30 minutes. Josh even took care of us after the sale was done as he helped us arrange to take care of an issue we ran into with the car afterwards.

This was the best car buying experience I've personally ever had and I would recommend for anyone to make the trip to go see Josh at Platte Valley Auto. Thank you guys again for everything!

STOP WARNING if they check engine light it will cost $150. Free anywhere else and will take 3 minutes Platte valley 3 hours. Then said we can't fix it but sure wouldn't drive it. We may be able to fix in 3 weeks. This is a new truck purchased from Platte Valley. After decades of buying and servicing my vehicles there going somewhere else. Wolfe Auto in Ogallala fixed it that day for 300 dollars under Platte Valley estimated

Went in for an oil change, they advertise that they give you a ride. The guy at the service department was great. When I asked the sales department for a ride they were very rude. They asked me if I bought my car there I said no, they proceded to tell me i need to find my own ride back. Overall very rude sales man. I will not be back again.

Worst place ever won't do warranty work cause service manager don't no diddly about Jeep's. What came stock from factory he thinks is after market and don't know how to run the vin to look at the build sheet. Another issue I had they didn't have any idea and said keep driving it and if it continues to call road side service. Definitely would not buy there!
