Absolutely fabulous service, advice and even tool lending! Dave and his crew are tremendous! They taken my 240d from a 'nice' driver to a 'sweet' driver! Sadly, Dave has decided to retire.

Dave and his young mechanic were very professional, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable in their profession. Though I only had the opportunity to get services completed twice before Dave retired, both took great care of my C63 and Alfa QV. Thanks much guys!

Dave and his team do great work at a very fair price. Decided to try them out after getting an estimate for some work on my 2013 E350 from the dealer after the warranty had run out. Dave was 1/2 the price that the dealer had quoted. We bring all of our cars to him now and he is still as accommodating as he was on the first visit. We also have recommended to friends and they have had the same experience. Top Notch Operation!

Elite motors rocks! Dave and the staff are hands down best Mercedes Benz shop IN MAINE. Shop was really busy with this summers heat reaking havock. Dave was super acomidating and let me drop the car off that day and would try to slip me in that week. Called me back th next day and isolated and discussed options to fix the issue. Elite Motors. it's located on pheasant hill road area in Scarborough Maine, the man who owns and operates it is David, a former head mechanic for Mercedes motors for over 20 years he specializes in Mercedes and European cars ' I have dealt with this garage for over 5 years and had nothing but praise for the work he has did on all our cars!

His attention to detail and work he does on my Mercedes is really second to none and the last Mercedes I had before my new one ' I had a to get a new engine on it "my C230 Kompressior Coupe which he did and fitted twice the first engine he put in there was a sound knocking inside the engine when driving it for the first time, so he took it back out and send it back and got another one and refitted it to absolute perfection and stuck with the price we had agreed on and guaranteed it for a year, Honesty and integrity are really not as abundant as it use to be but here nothing but! Mercedes Benz logo is "The Best or Nothing, well so is David's work on them " well done Elite for Always going above and beyond with your company service! Cheaper than dealing with Mercedes and better work Win ' Win I guess for everyone!

Had a car for sale and the person interested took the 06 Jetta to them to get looked at. They obviously don't keep up on the latest tech because they started by telling the customer that the Prestone universal antifreeze, wich if you research it is THE best antifreeze on the market, that was in the car had "ruined the motor". Then they proceeded to tell them that the springs were worn on an 06 selling for $2000 with no rust and 93000 miles. Huh, absolute genius!

At some point they removed the fuel line and forgot to reattach the clamp so the car returned not running. Put the clamp back on and amazingly runs perfect. I would take my car here if I knew nothing about cars and wanted to get taken advantage of. Elite Motors is just like your local dealership. Bring lots of $100's and you'll be fine.

Exceptional quality with a dedication to customer service. I found Elite Motors after [business name removed] "a dealership one mile away" charged me ~$200 to read a check engine light, and then told me it was going to be ~$350 for a "Service A" (that's an oil change). After reading up on Elite Motors I gave them a call. When they quoted 40% of the dealership service price, and had so many favorable reviews, it was a no brainer; there's no need to look elsewhere. If you're looking for honest, trustworthy, and quality service, look no further. Also, there are at least three shop dogs usually walking around the shop while you wait!

I am not sure what happened since the 5 star review they have posted here but my experience was not close to that. I stopped in because I had oil leaking from the rear of my E500. I was from out of town AND was staying 55 minutes away from the closest MBZ independent dealer which was these guys. They were unable to diagnose it that day but he offered to make an appointment for me a week from Friday, (I was there on a Tuesday). What?

Since that was a ridiculous suggestion he said I could call tomorrow and see if they felt like doing it. Again, What? I mean, we're talking 15 minutes tops to see where the oil is coming from. I don't have a lift or I could do it myself. So anyway, he finally tells me where the dealer is located and off I go. The dealer is able to look at it within an hour and diagnose it.

I called these guys back to get a price on the repair job I needed. They took the info and said they would call me back. No return phone call in over 24 hours so I call again. Same answer, we are "waiting for something", and will call you back. Never heard from them again. I am giving them 2 stars only because the guy on the phone was so darn polite even though he was blowing me off. I guess that's what Elite Motors calls good customer service.

I've been a long time customer. Dave and his sons are first rate mechanics. They specialize in Mercedes which is how I found Elite Motors, after poor service, high expense and unresolved issues at other shops. They also work on my GMC pickup as well as my daughter's RAV4. I can depend on top quality professional service and they stand behind their work. Highly recommended 5 stars.

My husband and I were driving home from Sebago and my car starting vibrating and making strange sounds. We stopped in at Elite hoping it was nothing major. Thirty minutes later the necessary fix was complete. I was also given a few suggestions for other repairs to go over with my mechanic at home. Great service and no trying to get me to do more work than necessary. I highly recommend.
