The only thing I have a problem with is the fact that I bought the extended warranty for 2 years. They told me bumper to bumper. But guess what it didn't cover emissions. I guess I learned my lesson to never buy one because ultimately the part that goes out won't be covered on the warranty. Other than that they have been good to me and fixed my car right up.

Your location Paul White Chevrolet 1 James River Rd, Cabin Creek, WV 25035 Chevrolet dealer MIKE BEEZEL 46 points a day ago UPDATE: After they replied and said they would get back with me shortly, I've never heard back from them. I have cancer. My profile picture shows the location on my face. We financed a vehicle through Paul White Chevrolet on May 23, 2020 with a 5k down payment.
I lost my job in January 2021. My cancer had already started but we didn't find out what it was until April. we fell behind on payments but were doing our best to pay before repo dates. The team of surgeons dealing with my cancer are located in Morgantown. Charleston does not have the needed doctors required for my cancer. For surgery and my needed treatments we've been travelling back and forth to Ruby Hospital in Morgantown.
My wife went to Paul White Chevrolet a couple of months ago and personally spoke with Margie and explained our situation. Ultimately they told her the was nothing they could do for us. We were 2 payments behind and I was able to borrow from my father enough to make 1 payment and after speaking to a bank representative he said that would buy us 30 days to come up with at least another payment. Today, 10 days before the next 30 day deadline, Paul White Chevrolet sent a repo team.
I called Margie at Paul White and literally begged and pleaded with her trying my best to explain to her the hardship this action will have on us. I again reached out to my father and he was able to secure enough funds to completely catch up the payments. When I told Margie I could make the 2 delinquent payments, she refused to let us do that. I still can't believe they would rather take the car back and leave us stranded and unable to make it to what are vital doctor appointments for me as well as my wife who is diabetic and suffers from neuropathy.
If you don't like my next statement please keep it to yourself as you aren't going through what we are. The management at Paul White Chevrolet have possibly signed mine or my wife's death certificate. Hopefully one of these days they will find the humanity they've lost. 17

My car, a 2017 Traverse, was towed to the dealership. The service staff diagnosed the problem and made all repairs in a timely manner. The entire staff was very friendly and coordinal and took a special interest in my vehicle and my transportation needs. The price for repairs and parts was very reasonable.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe from them today. Hands down, THE BEST car-buying experience I have ever had. They worked with me with less-than-perfect credit due to a damaging divorce, and did it with the utmost kindness and respect. I got an amazing deal, and the truck is absolutely beautiful. They made me feel right at home, and were more than accommodating. Everyone, from my salesman Danny, the manager Margie, to the appraiser and the owner Paul were amazing.
What a stellar experience! I live 4.5 hours away, and no dealership in my hometown or the surrounding large cities nearby can compare to this dealership. Thank you all so much!

I was greeted at the front door by the owner, Paul White, who treated me exceptionally well. This was one of the easiest, most pleasant vehicle buying experiences that I have ever had. From talking with my salesman, to discussing the sales negotiation, to completing the financing and paperwork, I felt very comfortable dealing with everyone at the dealership.
