The guys at AutoLine went above and beyond to create a great buying experience. Communication from start to finish was great (which is important to me) and the process was as smooth as can be. This is my 3rd experience buying a car from Autoline and I referred my brother here to buy one as well. Autoline is without a doubt NOTHING like any other dealership! The "NO-HASSLE EXPERIENCE" that they advertise, is not only that, but they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! As soon as my husband and I walked in, Jeremy & David made us feel welcome.
They let us browse and look at cars on our own, insisted we take our time and they were available for when we were ready. Absolutely not the typical car salesman mentality that is glued to your side as you walk around, or even out in the parking lot waiting for you to get out of your car. Prices are unbeatable, staff is so laid back and caring, no hidden costs/fees that they slide in at the end, vehicles are trustworthy, and customer service is TOP NOTCH!

Made selling my vehicle to them simple. Shad was really easy to work with without even stepping into the building. Luca was very friendly and attentive upon entry as well. CeJay helped finalize everything and check was cut quickly for initially agreed upon price. Didn't need to purchase, but would do so and they look to have lots of good options in the lot.
