The whole process was handled extremely well from the vehicle description to the purchase and paperwork and shipping! I have never purchased a vehicle without seeing it first and I was very pleased when we got it. I had one issue which was very quickly taken care of after I received it. The whole process was even more satisfying the way the staff handled my issue! I highly recommend Babish Auto sales for their extremely high integrity in the used car market.

I bought a truck for my husband last night from Justin at Jim Babish Auto Sales. Justin was very helpful and courteous. He stayed past closing because I was traveling from almost 2 hours away. The truck, that I saw online, was as described and very nice. I was very pleased with my experience here.

What a wonderful experience. We weren't able to get there before the end of their scheduled hours, but Justin willingly agreed to stay until we could get there. We were given the keys to both vehicles we were interested in and told to take them for a drive to where it pleased us. After driving the second vehicle Justin came out and we discussed the car. Justin was very straightforward with us.

The car was newly inspected and the oil changed. We decided to buy the car on the spot. Justin then stayed longer to complete all the paperwork. A few days after purchase the check engine light came on. We called and Justin had us come in to have it looked out. The bad sensor was changed quickly and no charge. I would go back there again for the great sale and service!

The staff is fabulous. Tom Shannon was my salesman and everything was clearly communicated and clear. The vehicle was as advertised. The entire process was fluent and easy. Jessica handled all the paperwork with ease. We met the owner Jim, and he was very personable and appreciative. This is a really nice group of folks doing a great job selling really good vehicles. Jessica even gave a recommendation for lunch at a local restaurant called the Crow's Nest, and it was as good as the car buying experience.

My son searched over a year for a truck and finally found the perfect one here. I was skeptical about purchasing online since we were 5 hours away in another state, but Justin and Jessica walked me through every step and made it all super easy! The truck was exactly as it was represented. My son loves it. Every thing was clean, inside and out. Shortly after the purchase, the truck started leaking in an area not visible to the eye.

This was something that no one could have foreseen. But these guys stepped up and proved their "we stand behind our vehicles" pledge. They offered us a very reasonable amount to assist with the repair costs. They didn't have to do it, but they did without any hesitation and we are so thankful! They have gone above and beyond every step of the way! We will definitely be back if we are ever in the market for another used vehicle.

Had a wonderful experience. Coming from out of state they made me feel right at home. Had no worries about the truck I was going to see. Every thing was shared in great detail about the condition of the truck and nothing was left out. Left there the same day with a great truck. Will always keep an eye on there website since they get some of the coolest, tough to find vehicles. A+ job.

I purchased a 2008 Chrysler 300C from Jim Banish Auto Sales. Honestly has to be the nicest car I've ever owned. I live 2 hours away from them and went to test drive the vehicle and the vehicle was flawless. Justin and Jim Jr. walked me through the whole process with ease. Out of state purchase was A++! Nationwide, long-term searching for a good deal on an older motorhome finally brought me to the right RV at Jim Babish Auto Sales. I was incredibly skeptical and worried about such a big purchase being out of state and not being able to inspect the vehicle. Their online pictures clearly documented some damage so I called and spoke with Tom several times on the phone so I could get more information.

I felt like I was being told the truth about the vehicle and was fine with the damage shown, I just wanted to make sure it ran well and the things listed were really working. I probably could have hired an independent person to look at it, but I had been looking for such a long time, I decided to take the plunge. After I bought the RV and wired the money, I received verification and Tom and Justin began working quickly to get me the title, purchase agreement, registration info and the shipping company who could bring me my new rig.

Unfortunately after several weeks, we found it difficult to find someone to bring the rig (was also during hurricane season to North Carolina!), so I called to let them know I would fly in and Justin got me a great deal on a car rental from the Pittsburgh airport so I was able to quickly, easily and cheaply get dropped off and drive my RV home. I did a walk-through with the team when I got there and took pics with everyone since I was excited! Turns out, it was exactly what I was looking for and the damage was what I had expected from their pictures as well as normal wear and tear on an older vehicle.

I was a little nervous about driving it all the way back home on my own, but Jim Jr. and Sr. assured me their team had taken a look at everything and I would get home safely. Sure enough, brakes and wheels and driving was really smooth and I got home safe and sound. Thank you for the great experience! I appreciate everything Tom, Justin, Jessica, Jim Jr. and Sr. and team did to get me out camping again!

Over a month ago we found a great place to shop for a vehicle at Jim Babish Auto Sales. We traveled 5 hours to buy a 2010 Ford Conversion Van. Justin was a big help in showing us around and explaining the history of the van. We took the cable car to Asiago's restaurant on the mountain and then drove home in a storm at night. We traveled 180 miles to test drive a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle Diesel Automatic. It was more than worth the trip. Everyone there was pleasant and welcoming, honest and trustworthy. The car was even better then described/advertised. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for a used car. We are very happy that we bought our little yellow bug there!

I traveled from NYC to buy a 1996 Toyota Landcruiser from Jim Babish that I had bought on eBay, I couldn't be more pleased with the truck, It runs like new.
