Mike Schellenberger at Don Larson was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure that our vehicle buying process went as smooth as possible. During the process of ordering our vehicle he spent time making sure that we understood all of the features that were available as well as more thoroughly explaining any features that we had questions on.
Once we had placed the order for our vehicle, Mike made sure that we were provided with regular updates on the status of our order and the anticipated delivery date. Once the vehicle arrived, Mike walked us through the vehicle to ensure that it met our expectations and took additional time to show us how to utilize all of the key features on the vehicle.
We also appreciated how seamless, Bob Martin, the Finance Manager made the process of signing all of the paperwork for the vehicle and ensuring that any questions we had were answered. During the entire buying process I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want. I cant ask for a better experience. First time ever owning a brand new car. This car wasnt even at the dealership but in transit. Jeremy Seep was my Saleman. Best guy to work with! Jeremy Seep was the best! He helped me find a great vehicle. I had a car to trade-in and wanted to try and find something with a lower payment and with my own credit. I thought it could never happen, but Jeremy and the team help and found the right loan for me. I was given many options for getting my car in for service while I worked. The concierge service was great. I was working from home and they picked my car up as well as brought it back to me. The gentlemen that picked up the car were very nice and considerate and I had pleasant experiences on the phone with other employees. I also like that they respected my wishes and called me before any repairs were made.

I only had a 3 day window to find a new car after mine was deemed a total loss after it got hit and sent over a snow bank while parked at my apartment. We are traveling across country in a chevy van just purchased and under warranty and the check engine light came on. They said they are booking appointments 2 weeks out and wouldn't even entertain. The idea of just taking g a few minutes to look at it and tell us if it's something serious. What horrible chevy customer service! No concern at all _ very nasty.

They do have a good sales staff. My husband got a good deal for a used Dodge Journey. Sadly we haven't found out anything about the warranty we paid for because apparently this was a Canadian vehicle and the warranty doesn't work for previously out of USA vehicles. They are the only place around that does nitrogen for the tires so they are good for that.

Much better experience than my last visit. Mike (service manager) explained things, was more friendly and attentive. There was a check sheet this time and the sign has been fixed to tell you there will be additional charges for the oil change. Mike had asked me if there was anything else that they could do. I said if there was time a quick vacuum of my car would be great and an oil change sticker in the window would be appreciated.
Both were complete! Thank you Mike for making my experience better! Jason the driver was able to give me a ride to work right away and was on time for my pick up when I needed. Jason was friendly, good conversation and polite. Thank you Jason!

The guys in the service department are really friendly and courteous. It just is kind of disorganized with the way that their service counter is laid out. This caused confusion when I was there and they drove my vehicle out without checking it. The staff need to make sure they identify themselves and introduce themselves to customers because if you call in, you have to ask for the right person.
They don't have a loyalty program which most other dealers have. They have a big TV telling you about their perks and #1 on the list is that they have cookies lol. Like I say a good group of guys working there, they just need to have better working conditions and better organization.

Purchased a used 2012 Buick regal gs. I absolutely love this car. It has everything power handling creature comforts and gas mileage. The environment at Don Larson is professional courteous friendly and inviting. Mike is an outstanding salesman very efficient and completely accommodating. He listened, gave me multiple options on car selection financing and upgrades.
