Lied to my grandpa about the repairs that they alleged to have been done on the vehicle he was purchasing from them, the timing chain was not repaired like they said and the vehicle was totaled. Had to take the vehicle on a flat bed to another mechanic who investigated it and found that the chain was very old and indeed had not been replaced as well as other numerous problems including the head gasket had not been replaced like they claimed. Upon confronting them about the false information they refused to do any business to right the situation thinking they could take advantage of an old man.

Two oil changes ago it took them 2 1/2 hours as I was waiting. Saw people come in after me leave and leave before. I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance, should have been a simple in and out. They did find bulges in my tires as well, but said nothing. I only found out by reviewing the email after I got home. The service manager did call and apologize.
So I went back. This time every button in my car had been played with, if it was on(auto headlights for example) was turned off among other things. The passenger side headrest had been taken off and put on backwards. I am ready for another oil change, won't be going to this dealership.

Sales guy never gave my title paperwork to their own title department. He ignored all of my attempts to text and call. I continued to call the dealership to speak with someone else or even a sales manager. Kept getting disconnected or sent straight to voicemail. Finally was able to get through and they finally got my paperwork sent over. Meanwhile I'm driving around on expired temp tag for 2 weeks. The original sales guy also promised to send a gift card which, of course, never came. Shady business.

Appointment was at 9. Oil change and tire rotation completed at 11:15 after my wife finally went and asked what was going on. I called the service manager and left a voicemail asking for a return call to discuss todays visit. Never got a response. Will be finding a different Honda dealer for future service. I understand a delay but that needs to be communicated.

My vehicle was in service for two days. I received no status updates. At 3:00 on the first day, I finally called to get an update and had to leave a message. I missed a call a bit after 5:00 pm. The message said they were still looking at some things and would have to keep vehicle overnight. I tried calling back and had to leave a message. The second day, I again had to initiate the call for an update.
I believe I tried around 4:00pm, but could not get through. My husband called later and was able to get through to a person. He was told what was checked and fixed, and the vehicle was ready. He felt it had been ready earlier and no one bothered to call. We had a meeting at 5:30 and did not have time to pick it up, so it sat another night. We would have appreciated updates especially since it would not be ready on the first day. We would have also appreciated a call as soon as the vehicle was ready. Is it your policy to wait for the customer to call and check on the progress?

I really enjoyed the buying experience from here. My salesperson, Jon, was amazing. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a 2014 Ford Focus from here that was traded in from someone I believe. I really love the car, but the reason I gave 3 stars are for a few reasons: when I came to pick up the car, it was almost on E, the radio doesn't work which I didn't realize when I was test driving it, I took it here and they said it was mostly a fuse that needed fixed and they didn't know if they could fix it here or send it to Ford and they would call me the next day when the mechanic was in to let me know.multiple days have passed and no call, the windshield fluid was almost out, they knew that a brake light was out but yet didn't fix it before selling it, and the horn doesn't work. The car is great, runs great etc, but you would think that paying as much as I did they would be more organized and detailed before giving it to me.

Very poor customer service. Don't ever purchase a new or used car. Just purchased a slightly owned vehicle a couple weeks ago and is already having multiple mechanical issues and they refuse to help or fix these issues. Go to any other dealership than this one. Salesman named Cory was an absolute prick to me and my family. Don't go here. I've already talked to the manager and if you wanna make a change then you can start by fixing my car Brianna.

Normally very good salesmen and service center but had issues last visit. I took my car in for warranty maintenance and asked that they look at my tires specifically for an issue. Received my vehicle and the tire light came back on. I was told that I must have picked something up in the two hours it took me to call them back and get it put back in.
I arrived and they told me they weren't going to fit me in that day even though I specifically asked to have them look at this issue when it was in the shop initially. I now have to use another company to fix the issue because they can't fit me in even though the tire won't last 24 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous and wasted a lot of my time just to be told it wasn't anything they could do something about.

I used TW service for a winter oil change (beat crawling under my car in the cold). I was in and out in way less time than I had anticipated, I didn't even have time to get a complimentary coffee. Waiting room is pleasant, just wish I could have turned the TV off or down. David, the fella that checked me in and out, was awesome! Great spirit and interaction.

I recently purchased a car from there. I test drove it. It had a check engine light on and a TPMS light on on the dash. I went to college for working on cars. I'm smart and had a scan tool with me. So I used the scan tool to see why the check engine light was on. It had three codes. One was saying "O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2". The next code said "System To Lean Bank 1".
And the other said "O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean Bank 1 Sensor 2". I told the sales man, Jon, about this. He told me that they were gonna work on lowing the price for me because of that. After buying the car and looking at the receipt though, they didn't lower the price any. After buying the car, I have had to change both O2 sensors and still need to get 2 TPMS sensors replaced.
Plus the intake manifold was bad I found out after taking the car back to the dealership to find out why the check engine light was still on. Because of something included with the purchase of the car (which increased the cost of the car over $1000 more on top of the original price, and that wasn't explained to me) I only had to pay $100 to get it repaired.
But I still had to replace the air intake hose myself also. I don't recommend buying from someone who says they will lower the price do to the car having some issues and then not keeping their word. I also don't like people increasing the price of the purchase over $1000 more than originally expected without explaining the reason. UPDATE: I talked to a salesperson from another dealership about my purchase from Tom Wood Honda and showed them the paperwork from my purchase.
They noticed the warranty that was added to my purchase. I told the person that I was told that the loan company wouldn't do the loan without the warranty. The salesperson from another dealership then told me that should not be true. So I went back to Tom Wood Honda and asked them and they told me that I had to have it to get the loan. So I then called the loan company and they told me that it was not required to have the warranty.
So Tom Wood Honda lied to me about that. The loan company was able to cancel the warranty for me and subtract the difference from my purchase. But it wasn't 100% refund. I do not recommend Tom Wood Honda to anyone.

Poor experience has caused me to pull my Service business from Tom Wood Honda in Anderson, and also another Tom Wood dealership where our other vehicle had been serviced. Bottom line: they appeared to have missed the rear engine-middle spark plug during a routine tune-up, and about 11 months later the Honda broke down out-of-State due to the fouled plug (see photo: top one was the missed plug).
Their warranty was supposedly good for a full 12-mo period, but the Service Dept literally when "dark" on me when I reported the issue and asked them to backup the warranty with a refund of their original work (as I was forced to subsequently repair the fouled plug at an out-of-State repair shop before I could return home). After many calls to Service and finally a Claim issued thru the Honda Regional Center, they did finally return my call and I even brought them the fouled plug and vehicle for inspection.
Nonetheless they not only are unwilling to honor the warranty, but again simply refuse to even return multiple follow-up calls. My loss apparently, life goes on. But surprised a dealership chain like Tom Wood would pass on future Service business from a almost 7-yr old Minivan and another older car as well! I would recommend avoiding a Tom Wood outlet and try another dealership.

Great experience with Tom Wood Honda. Got a new vehicle in my price range with the specifications I was looking for thanks to their help. Logan Breil was very helpful showing me available inventory in a timely manner. He was very friendly, patient, and answered any questions I had honestly. Highly recommend this dealership. Best prices and customer service around!

I was a little disappointed in hidden charges. Once you agree on a price you will get hit with a 275.00 Theft deterent charge that is non negotiable. If it is non negotiable then is should be included in the listed price. It is just the typical car sales lets tack on extra charges at closing. I was also told they were including but did not saying charging me for for tire and wheel protect for an extra 799.00 which they offered to remove.
Just be careful and read everything before signing. This was all in the contract to make it look like it was provided at N/C. They just show you your monthly payment and then rush through everthing else.

I get it that sometimes businesses mess up, but when you do mess up it is an opportunity for you to impress the customer on how you will fix it. I ordered a roof rack and crossbars for my 2019 Odyssey and had an appointment for them to be installed. I drove there for my appointment and they did not have the rails in stock. They admitted it was their fault and were apologetic.
They gave me a discount on the rails, and Brandon got me in a courtesy vehicle until they got the rails (the same day) from another Honda dealership. They had the rails installed that day. The install looked perfect. The service department here is probably the best in the state!

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. I spoke with Kailey about a used 2018 Honda Accord EX in brown. The car was pretty and I intended to buy it after a test drive. While we were walking around the car I noticed the gas panel was not able to lock. She scrambled trying to get the car to lock that door but it didn't. Instead of admitting the "Certified" preowned car had issues, she told me that no cars locked that panel and that if it was an issue she could try to get service to look at it.
If it was not supposed to lock, why would service look at it? The brakes also shook on our test drive. She denied feeling the shake. I was beyond upset at the lies that she had said. I asked her to ask her manager the lowest price they would be able to sell me the car. She came back with a HIGHER price. It was 600 more than quoted over the phone. I told her not to call me unless the price was much lower.
The entire time I was on the lot or in her cubical she kept looking at my breasts to the point I was uncomfortable (and no, I was not wearing anything revealing). She called Monday saying that the internet price is the lowest she would be able to go? Seriously? On a used car that had a lot of issues? Another sales man berated me for claiming issues with the car when it had passed their "certification program" and was extremely rude.
I do not trust you will get a good used car from here. I believe they will lie to your face about anything and everything to rip you off. I understand that's what used car dealers do, but this is worse than I have ever seen prior. Go anywhere else. You will regret it buying your car here. If I were buying a used car I would have walked off the lot the second that gas panel bs happened.

Even though I bought my car here, I don't generally get service here because there is a Honda dealership 20mins closer to me. However, they sent some coupons in the mail that we're worth driving the extra 20 minutes. I didn't make an appointment but they were able to fit me in quickly since I decided to wait (I went prepared with work) in their lounge area with free WiFi. The estimated 4-5 hours of work was done in just about 3.5 hours and I drove away very happy.

When I found a car that I liked, at a price that I liked, I never expected it to be out in the boondocks. This location is not in the typical Auto mall superplex. It's beautiful, but not around much. Does that matter, no. You go here to buy a car, not go out on the town. The staff are like a family and have known each other for years. It's a warm and inviting place.
They are relaxed and willing to work with you for the entire process. They even offered to drive the car I wanted to see to Indy. I did not do that because I would have dealt with someone else. The relationship I built here was worth the drive out. They answered my questions and walked me through my concerns. We left with the car and both of us were happy.
I may have been a tiny bit happier, though. : Shout out to Aaron C. for being with us since the beginning and moving Earth to make us happy. Also to Jason S. for coming in and working with us to match our desired budget. Every interaction was warm and pleasant. When you are putting up thousands of dollars, it helps to know that you are in good hands. Thank you!

In the past, my wife and I both had negative car buying experiences at other dealers. So we were very paranoid at the beginning, I'm guessing that it was obvious to them. But then they pleasantly surprised us with a positive experience from start to finish! We knew exactly what we wanted and had shopped around for quotes. Zach and KC offered us the best deal and there weren't any surprises.
So we'll be happy to recommend them to our neighbors and friends. At first we thought the vehicle would get serviced close to home. But the extremely positive experience and the super nice facility. Made both of us realize that it will be worth the trip to Anderson.

I am now on my third straight Honda Accord Sport. And each time I have been amazed at the customer service I have received from Tom Wood Honda. So much so, that I am willing to drive past another Honda dealership literally seven minutes from my home in order to do business with the dealership I know and trust even though it's 75 minutes away. Zach Logan and Austin Coffel had all the details hammered out prior to my arrival. All I had to do was come in, sign here and here, and swap keys. Tom Wood Honda has definitely earned a customer for life.

Still crappy customer service. Received a reply to my original review asking to speak with me via phone or e mail. Left messages, no replies or call backs. Typical crappy customer service from Tom Wood Honda of Anderson. Will never deal with them again or purchase any Honda products, you lost a customer and possible customers because of your inability to provide customer service on a "Certified" vehicle with a "Platinum" warranty.

I just paid for the labor on my car door lock repair. My options last week were: 1 rebuild the existing lock for $70 or 2 get a new lock with 2 keys for $110. I opted for the new lock. As I paid for my car today, I was told to maybe put a notch or fingernail polish on my new key.? Why would ai want to put fingernail polish on a new key? The service manager never once told me the new lock meant the new keys would match the existing locks, so now I have to carry 2 keys with me.
One for the door and one for the ignition. I am so mad right now. It cost me more money to have more of an inconvenience. I won't go back there. Not to mention. What's the point of making an appointment with a 20 minute job and they make me wait over a half hour. I have a 6 month old baby, hence the reason I made the appointment in the first place.
When I went to pay the bill today, they had charged me again for the lock I prepaid for. The down side was, I was charged $110 for the lock, which I paid for last week, but today they only charged me $49.99, which they removed from my bill. And I am supposed to be grateful he took $20 off my labor charge today. I did not know I was getting a new door key that didn't fit my ignition, I never would have agreed to that.
The parts manager never disclosed that to me and being that is his area of expertise, I'm a little irritated that he neglected to mention it to me when he made his sales pitch. Details people. I asked a lot of questions, but did not know I needed to ask about the new keys. They are identical to my existing set. Just not a happy customer. Beware: Ask questions, lol even ask questions to questions you probably do not know anything about (I know that makes no sense) but you will be disappointed at what you end up with if you don't do research before you go to this place.
