Let me just say, as a first time shopper with this dealership I could not have been more impressed. The website lead me to Jimmy Britt CDJR in Dublin after reviewing their selection. My salesman was Artemus and he was just as professional and welcoming as he could possible be. He still checks in to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. I was given a no hassle buying experience with exceptional trade value for my truck. As a consumer that had not so great customer experiences in other dealerships I was truly pleased. In love with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!

Definitely had a positive experience working with the guys at Jimmy Britt Dublin. Thomas Barnes was my sales guy, with help from Artemus, and both of them were helpful, courteous, and instrumental in getting me the best deal and best terms I can get. I went to their car dealership on a Thursday, and planned to continue visiting other car lots through the weekend. What had happened was we shook hands on the deal that Thursday evening and I drove away with my new car on Friday.

I worked with Austin Padgett. Himself and the GM absolutely worked everything from start to finish absolutely flawlessly. We opted for home delivery, the driver was great! We noticed a few minor issues, addressed the issues and repaired them. I've worked at other dealerships in the past, and this dealer is by far one of the smoothest operating dealers around. The staff provided an inviting atmosphere and this was the first time in many, many years that I can honestly say was an enjoyable and rewarding transaction. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Upon my arrival, the vehicle was waiting for inspection and test drive. There was no pressure to buy or make a decision and the financing process went smoothly.
