I accidentally scheduled my service appointment for the wrong day and I showed up three days before my scheduled appointment. The service team had my car in an out quickly even though I had no appointment that day, and the shop was quite busy. They even washed it! From sales to service I have had nothing but the absolute best from Prince!

After months of back and forth with a salesperson in regards to info on getting a Suburban ordered or even being able to look at one on the lot I came into contact with another salesperson (Brandon Brown) that stayed in contact and was very up front and helpful at all times. A Suburban landed on the lot and he gave us a call and let us know it was available and set up an appointment with us to view and test drive it as well.

When I say that not all salespersons are created equally I mean it. Brandon was so great throughout the entire process that we purchased another Silverado from him the next day. Robert Smith was also great with communication and setting up all the paperwork to get us in and out on both days. I cannot remember the finance guy's name but he shopped us around to get us the best rate possible for our situation and we were happy with the results. I even got to speak with Andy Swann briefly about the EV Hummer. Overall a great purchasing experience and we will be back in the future.

If your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Cade at Prince Automotive. He was very friendly and a great salesman all around. If you're a first time buyer like myself he will make the process easy and stress free!

First time having our Tahoe serviced here. Had the oil changed and transmission flushed. Was quoted three hours and they had it done in 2 hours which was impressive given how busy they were. Can't speak for anything else at the dealer but my first service there was good.

Arthur was fantastic to work with and did an amazing job of communicating with me. Your dealership was more willing to work on the price than any other dealership in my area of Tallahassee. Prince made it an absolute please to purchase a vehicle, which is saying a whole lot! Thanks for the help!

The experience was like no other. First off the General Manager in Valdosta has the best customer service skills out of any salesman I've ever encountered. Andy Swann helped me through the whole new car process with absolutely NO issues. Completely transparent from the beginning on what was available. He was very informative on all the details. He has all my future business.

The sales person that helped us was the most respectful salesman I've ever dealt with. Author Bradford made sure all of the small details were complete and had our new Yukon ready to go when we arrived. From setting up all of the features in our new ride to helping us move all of our stuff from our old vehicle to the new one he was there. Very respectful and courteous to me and my family, these guys kocked it out of the park. I live over 100 miles away from this dealership but it will be no question where I do my business. Thanks guys!

As always, your staff was very friendly, helpful and respectful. They always go out of their way to make our purchase experience above and beyond any other dealership that we have ever dealt with. We will continue to purchase from Prince as well as recommend this dealership. Aurther always listens and tries to meet my needs in whatever vehicle I have purchased. Robert in financing is also always willing to answer any questions/concerns we have on the finance end.

My husband and I bought our Yukon XL from Prince. Larry and Rob and the entire staff were so kind and helpful during the process! They were upfront with the timeframe and took the time to explain anything we had questions about. We will always recommend Prince and we will definitely be going back!

Went in and was attempting to buy a truck. Spoke with the salesman and had a deal done. Agreed to terms and even have the text to prove it. Well apparently their finance guys messed up taxes and instead of saying hey we messed up and will make it as right as possible. The sales manager or finance manager decided to have an arrogant attitude and say well it's only "this" amount over per month.

When I told him that I had a deal agreed to, he then made snide comments in front of me and my wife about the salesman who made the deal. Btw the salesman was awesome, guy was easy to talk to and not pushy. This sales manager or finance manager ruined the deal by his unprofessionalism and arrogant attitude. I would've taken the deal had this guy not acted the way he did.

I will never attempt to do business with any other prince dealership. If zero stars was allowed, I'd given this dealer that. I feel like my time was wasted. chris thompson. please let there be a rebuttal to this.

Apparently they did not want my business. Brought my vehicle in for a recall, new tires, alignment and whatever else was needed and every service member there completely ignored me. I gave it 25 minutes and then backed my vehicle out of there and left. Complete waste of time.

Took my 2019 Chevy Silverado in to repair ignition switch because key would not come out of ignition. After waiting a month on a part I had to take it back for another two weeks and still not repaired. Treated me like I was a dummy. Also ask them to call leasing company to replace tires told me leasing company would not replace tires with 79,000 miles. So I took my truck to Cass Birch Chevrolet in Quitman Georgia and had truck repaired in one week.

Love this place! Easy to deal with the sales staff and local owners means my money stays in valdosta!

We would like to commend the service department, especially Alan, Mclendon. The level of their customer service is excellent! We have a 2013 Chevy Silverado, which had a problem with the Air Conditioner fan blower. We had taken it to our dealer here in Homestead, Florida a few months ago, and they more or less told us there was nothing wrong and we would have to live with it.

Well last week on our way up to visit our daughter and family, the blower motor went out and didn't come back on for the entire 6+hour trip. We were traveling with our two small dogs, and we were all very uncomfortable. After we got there, we noticed Prince Automotive, and thought we'd take it in there since they serviced Chevys. We took it in last Friday morning and they tried three different things.finally fixing it properly, at last! Alan took a personal interest in us and wanted to be sure it was fixed right.

We were more than happy with the service we received, but to our surprise yesterday, he actually called us here in Florida to be sure it was still working properly and that we had gotten home safely. Who does that nowadays? Prince Automotive we give you 5 stars!

Eric was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was able to do everything that I asked, and he even found me a better truck than I originally wanted after the original sold while I was contemplating my decision to purchase the truck. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, professional, and friendly. They even offered me lunch while I was waiting on the paperwork. The finance person was great to deal with also.
