Our visits and purchase at Affinity RV in Prescott Valley was every bit of a 5 star experience. If I could give them 5 more I wouldn't hesitate in doing so. We knew exactly what we wanted and our salesman, Mark was very accommodating. Not once did he try to sway our decision in any other direction. He was informative and patient. We arrived at an agreeable purchase price and trade numbers easily. Kaye in finance was excellent and professional in every aspect of of our paperwork.

We had a great experience with Affinity RV and especially working with Mark. We never felt pressured to purchase rather they listened to what we wanted and did everything to make it happen. Also Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the Grand Design product line. He answered questions honestly and offered suggestions to what we wanted. He is a kindred spirit as far as camping and knees go (share the same knee issues). Kay, the finance manager, was very thorough and worked to get us the best possible interest rate and above all very friendly to get to know.
We should also mention the walk through with Josh. He knew everything about the RV and gave us plenty of tips and tricks and just good advice. Affinity RV is the place to go for purchase and service!

In 2017, my husband and I purchased a travel trailer from Affinity and had a great experience. So when we decided to get a fifth wheel, we naturally went to them first and purchased a Grand Design Solitude. As soon as they had our money, the experience went downhill. We expect there to always be something to fix in an RV new or used, but their service department has been one aggravation after another to deal with.
The biggest issue was the toilet. After stating that they could not find any issue with the toilet, we picked up our Solitude with the toilet still leaking and the bathroom having. yellow fluid all over the floor. We had not used that toilet due to it leaking and the fifth wheel having a second bathroom. I finally spoke with Kaye hoping to get some resolution and it has now been over a week with no update.
There's not much we can do except go somewhere else for warranty work, remove our previous positive reviews, and complain to Grand Design about Affinity. It's not the end of the world, but I hate that what should have been a great experience turned out this way. Unfortunately, this company seems to have gone downhill, and I'd strongly advise those looking for an RV to look elsewhere.

Like many consumers, we weren't entirely sure we were going to purchase an RV. Our initial visit was more research than intent. Mark was incredibly patient and thorough without pressuring us in any way. We took the evening to discuss our options and returned the following day to make a selection. Once again Mark rose to the occasion and helped us complete our purchase. Our entire experience, from beginning to end, was impressive. We would definitely recommend this dealership when you're in the market for an RV.

My wife and I have been looking at the Grand Design's Imagine line of travel trailers for a few years now. Great friends just purchased a travel trailer from Infinity in Prescott Valley, AZ and said they were so pleased with the salesman, Steve Evans. They were absolutely right, he was really great and very knowledgeable of the products. No pressure just great information about the trailer we were looking at.
The whole office staff was super. Infinity had exactly what we were looking for in stock and at a great price, in fact their whole lot was filled with all kinds of beautiful trailers. We are excited to be part of the Grand Design nationwide family and can't wait to get on the road!

We just purchased a new Grand Design 303RLS fifth wheel from Affinity Prescott Valley this was by far the most friendly and helpful dealership we have ever dealt with. As we have purchased several RV's in the past from tent trailer to diesel pushers. From our salesman Kent to Kay in financing could not ask for a more pleasant experience. ****DO NOT BUY OR TAKE ANY RV FOR SERVICE TO THIS COMPANY**** Our Forrest River trailer had damage from a house fire in May of 2021, our insurance sent it to Affinity. Here we are in the middle of February and the RV is still at Affinity. After 3 pickup attempts and numerous phone calls (90% were not answered or returned) the RV has not been restored to our pre-loss condition.
Now I understand that in November Affinity was bought out by RV RETAILER LLC. The last pickup attempt a service adjuster would not even come out to walk around the trailer and that was with an appointment! And as of today February 16 still no returned phone calls from the dealer. The insurance agent has even tried to have them call. CRICKETS! This review is getting 1 star only because it wont allow to give 0.
Most of the work that has been done so far honestly a kindergartener could of done better, for example the replaced roof is bubbling, the graphics do not line up from back to side and probably about 20 other things still wrong. In conclusion if I was management at this company I would be flat out embarrassed about the work on this RV and the poor treatment of customers. Pat

We recently bought a 2022 Momentum 29G toy hauler from Affinity RV Prescott Valley AZ. Our salesman Mark was great from the start, super helpful and answered all our question regarding the rig. Very unhappy with the Service at the Prescott Valley shop. Bought a brand new 2021 Northpoint 5th wheel and it has spent more time in the shop than we have camped in it. They did a patch job instead of fixing the issues and now the rig is in a shop in Las Vegas for maybe up to a month getting fixed. Waiting for parts from Jayco. Thanks a lot Affinity for not standing behind your products, We grab your money and then dont know who you are when the check gets cashed.

We ordered a new Greyhawk 27U in late December 2020 with some preferred upgrades. We were told it will be completed in April 2021 and delivered in May 2021 by their Jayco Representative. We truly look forward to receiving this RV and working with Dick, Gary and the owner Bob Bean of the Affinity group who personally stopped to visit with us to say we are making a great decision in personalizing our class C, classy guy thanks Mr. Bean. When we got ready to find our perfect RV we searched high and low and looked at thousands of RVs on line and then in person. My first experience was a visit to Prescott Valley Affinity and Steven was so helpful because at that point we hadn't decided what type of RV might be best for us. He was very informative and I told him I would return with my husband Before we went back we had decided we wanted Grand Design 5th wheel Marc met us the day we went in and took us through several RVs and taught us a lot.
We were so excited when our perfect fit came in as a trade in. Marc has been so helpful and fun for us to get to know through the negotiating and purchase. This was our 3rd purchase from Affinity in Prescott Valley. Steve, our salesman, once again was the best. After looking at several models we finally narrowed it down and couldn't be happier. Everyone at Affinity helps you with the entire process, from start to finish. A big thanks to Kaye and Kent (when Steve wasn't available) and a big thanks to Ian and Scott in Service. Scott did our orientation; Ian helped us with a BUNCH of other decisions we had to make.

We purchased our RV from this dealer- sales department was great- service is a different story. They are not friendly. We came in to have our 2018 TT serviced and there were 3 employees standing there- no one greeted us. Saying hi goes a long way. After a few minutes of being ignored- someone finally said hi- when we went back to pick up my TT (at my appointment time- so one would think they would be expecting me) we waiting again for someone just to acknowledge our presence- I had to ask what was wrong- and what they repaired- and he said he didn't know and attempted to read it off the document.
Nobody knew! He asked me to pay the bill- and said "ok it's outside." Wouldn't you think they would walk us out and show us the repairs?! Guess not. Also- covid isn't gone- and not a single person was wearing a mask!

My sales rep Clint Eastvold is a true professional. Unfortunately the accolades stop there. I had a appointment to have my GD 5th wheel looked at today for more warranty items. Already wrote a review on their site so not going to get into detail here. Let me say the general manager is the most unprofessional piece of shit I have ever dealt with. There service dept. is a complete joke.
I was refused service today because the general manager has no people skills and refuses to assist customers in a professional manner. I left several messages to have the owner Bob call me, with no success. This proves that he has zero interest in customer service, and it shines brightly through the eyes of the service dept. if I could leave zero stars I would. Even that would be to many.

First Yelp complaint ever: BEWARE OF AFFINITY Affinity RV Owner, Bob, has NO HONOR and ZERO concern for customer relations! Yesterday afternoon we bought an RV at Affinity RV. Purchased a few items, planned our trip, giggled all evening and went to bed dreaming about the new adventures that await. We signed the purchase contract, put down our deposit as requested, and set a time to go through the vehicle and pay the balance today at 1pm. SOLD - OUR NAME ON THE SOLD TAG. SOLD - CONTRACT IN HAND This morning, we received a phone call that Affinity (owner Bob's decision) is not going to honor the sale. We, along with another couple, were looking at the same RV yesterday.
The excellent salesperson we were working with called the Sales Manager who called the owner and received APPROVAL for price/terms of the sale. The salesperson was ABSOLUTELY honorable; disclosing to the Sales Manager that there was another couple looking at the same unit at the same time. We agreed to pay the price quoted us and salesperson was advised that the first couple to complete the process with a $5000 deposit would be the new owners.
I even took a picture of the two salespeople - ours and the one who was "second' in line at the cash register.just after our deposit went through. Apparently, salesman #2 went whining to the owner, Bob, who - without even bothering to call us to discuss the matter - told our salesperson to call us and tell us that the contract we held was not going to be honored.
That they were going to sell it to the other couple. Isn't this illegal? I've never heard of such a thing; and I've been in sales for over 20 years. How can the owner go back on his word? How can he not even care enough about a customer to call us directly? I stood right beside our salesperson who followed instructions to the letter.
If you can't trust Affinity owner and management when purchasing, how could a person trust anything done through their stores? Unconscionable for sure! WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A SKETCHY OUTFIT "!" Terry and Julie A.

Amazing people and customer service. Had our RV at another dealer and they could not diagnosis the problem after 2.5 weeks. Called Affinity and took it there. George had it figured out in about an hour. They ordered the part and we got our RV back in couple days! Jake and George, and everyone there were so professional and provided great quality customer service. Thank you!

I wrote a previous review that Yelp took down. Maybe I was to tough on Affinity; I don't think so. Well, after being quoted 3-5 days for an Air Conditioning repair, it took 15 days and my $100 deductible extended warranty turned out to be $801. Affinity gets you in and then strings you out. You become trapped in their system and have few options.
In this case, it took longer and cost much more than expected. Wait.there's more, I'm on the road headed into much cooler weather. This morning I tried to run the furnace and the thermostat no longer recognized that there is a furnace! It worked fine before Affinity got on the roof and installed the 70% mark-up AC unit. So, I'm in California now looking for an RV dealer to fix Affinity's mistake. Only use Affinity if you are desperate and be sure and check their repair COMPLETELY. If there were a lower rating I'd use it.

We had a problem with our RV and were travelling through Prescott Valley. The previous night our heater stopped blowing hot air and it was COLD. Although Affintiy was very busy and the technicians were slammed they took a quick look and were able to help us get the heater blowing heat. Nice, super efficient, friendly A+ service. Thank you!

We had a great experience with the sales team at Affinity RV, especially Will and John. They were incredibly knowledgable, which we didn't find at other RV dealerships.
