Cam did a good job with helping me purchase my Kia Niro! The shining star was Dogan in finance! He got us a great APR! Dogan made the worst part of buying a car a great experience! Great personality! Smart at his job! I would have preferred a sales person more experienced in EV technology, but I got the new kid. I want him to learn and grow, because he is a nice young man.
My car was dirty on the exterior and the charging station was broken. It was not fully charged, and we set the appointment 3 days prior. I had a few mistakes in the process, bc I didn't realize our insurance cards were expired. It was the first vehicle I have ever purchased alone, so I made a dumb mistake. I wish Cam would have told me what to bring.
I would only purchase there again if Dogan was still the finance guy. I have told multiple people my negotiated deal on APR, and jaws drop. He's that smooth. The general manager seems to really not care. Very unimpressed. He is just making money off the people that do the work.

Thank you so much to Tashuan and Dogan for helping me with my 2017 kia soul! I fell in love the moment I test drove her! I knew I wanted another soul after i got into an accident a few weeks ago. Tashuan is so easy going and is a very accommodating salesman. Dogan helped me with financing, he is so freaking funny amd very sweet. Talking to him was like we knew each other for years! Dogan also expressed his love of Gucci to me haha. I would suggest going through napelton kia for your next car!

My husband Chad took my 2014 Kia Sorento there to be repaired. Only one ball joint, gas door, and ac/heat acculator needed repaired! The thieves took it upon to lie and say our check engine light was on. The light was NOT on! We did NOT ask for it to be diagnosed! Then after three weeks, not returning calls to the extended warranty, owner of warranty company our car was done. The last straw was when we picked up, they said cars older than 2018 don't get surveys. Big fat liars!

Fairly Quick & Painless I have bought many cars over the years and usually ever dealership takes hours to get through the buying process. The fastest I have seen was the 90 minutes it took to buy through Enterprise and that was with no trades and a test drive. This time round KIA at Napleton really made my experience easy. I dreaded the process from so many before taking up to 8 hrs to complete the deal and with this team I was out of there in 2 hours.
I wanted a specific car with specific features and they made it happen. I didn't have to haggle or fight for any deals or terms for what I wanted. The MSRP straight from the factory is what I paid and the interest rate was better than in my previous jeep. They gave me a fair trade value for the jeep and the experience could have been even faster if my new EV didn't need to charge and if I didn't have a trade as well.
Given those things I believe this team deserves a true 5 star rating. I can speak to my experience with Tesla as well. Even after ordering a Tesla model Y on October First of 2021 right before the price change, Tesla gave me a date for when I would receive my vehicle. People plan around these dates and expect only a 1-2 month variation on those time frames. Tesla changed my date by months on a weekly bases after February of the next year hit.
What was worse is I could go online and Order the same car again (March of 2022)and get it in May of 2022. This made no sense being I ordered in Oct and was pushed all the way back to Oct of the next year. What was worse is the lack of customer service at Tesla. With failed response to questions, failed answer to calls, and even then not giving you a dedicated person of contact.
Something dealerships and companies been doing for years. KIA spent years bailing this down and the experience of the customer matters. We don't want to receive unfinished vehicles, we don't want to be treated like second class customers ( especially when buying a vehicle that cost 60 thousand plus), and we don't want to see other customers order after us and helped before us either. KIA treated me right when it came to these things.
I ordered my car and got it less than two weeks later even in high demand. My experience with it has been worry free even for an EV. I charge at home every night and I have enough range to get 30 miles to work and back each day without worrying about range. Honestly I could skip days and not worry as I have forgot to charge many times since getting this car.
The small things matter too. Not having a Dashboard in a Tesla is stupid, at least offer the HUD ( heads up display) like KIA so that I can keep my eyes on the road and drive without worrying about how fast I'm going. In an EV it is easy to go over the speed limit being it is a rapidly acceleration vehicle. Knowing I have warranty by both the dealer and KIA is a peace of mind fact as well.
If I would say anything more would be needed I would say more space for more privacy on deals and the customer buying experience. No one wants to have others listening in on Thier financial info and more privacy is a plus. That is not a takeaway from the excellent job of this team especially Cam. He made sure to check back and see how we like the car, made sure to answer questions we had, and was always quick to get answers to things he didn't know or was not sure on. Cam, Paul, and the Napleton Team are Greatly Appreciated. So Thanks Napleton Mid Rivers KIA for adding me to the Loyal Fay and I'll see you a year or two to get the EV7 when that releases as well.

Was able to get a new Kia Forte GT-Line 2022 from here, with the help of Chris Cayce. Originally wanting to find "GT", but ended up settling for the GT-line due to the regular GT being hard to find and needing a vehicle immediately. Service with Napleton Kia is great too. This is my 2nd vehicle here and recommend this location. Here are some pictures of my last Kia I had here, a Forte 2020 LE/LSX.
Accident was due to a head-on collision involving a wrong way Driver hitting me at high way speeds on the highway. Equivalent impact speeds 110-120 mph. Am alive as well as my passenger who had to get surgery from the impact on her seatbelt causing a tear on her intestines.

Drove from southern Ohio over 500 miles to buy my new Kia Sorento from Napleton's. The dealership was pretty much as expected. I caught my salesperson and the sales manager in a few lies, but that's always expected when dealing with car salespeople. It was a new experience to witness the manager telling lies to the salesperson, though. Lol. Anyway, they had the exact car I wanted in the color I wanted and at a fair mark-up in this crazy car economy so I bought it and I'm satisfied with the experience. Darrel in finance was great!

Justin did a great job and was super patient with us. His finance department took forever but then again it always has. Service was great, follow up was amazing. Team did a great job getting the car ready for us as well. Great rates and great price on the car. Justin didn't push but was attentive. While we waited he kept us entertained and almost had me sold on a new corvette.

Brought our Kia Optima here for a clicking noise.they said it was a catalytic converter that needs replacing for $1,600. Checked with a local repair shop. They said a federal warranty is supposed to cover any catalytic converter failures on all cars less than 80,000 miles and 8 years. They couldn't even get a price as they are all replaced by dealers in this time frame.
Stay tuned.will Kia honor the federal law? Interesting another repair shop.not the Kia dealer told us this. I'll change my review based on dealership review if issue with Kia. We've bought two Kia cars as we liked them and haven't had a service issue so far.
