Me and my boyfriend went to just look at cars. But we met a really awesome sales guy, and ended up buying a car upon the next hour. Are sales rep was John Tallo and we highly recommend going to him!

Was a tremendous experience. Mike was nothing short of amazing. Great respect for himself and the rest. He gives car sales men a good name. It wasn't just the car transaction part it was the professionalism and care in which he took daily and to check up on my family and self leading up to the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend!

Hats off to these outstanding folks! We had an emergency. We were traveling from Wisconsin to Heber Springs (to pick up our camper), and then to Georgia. My husbands DEF system went out, and the truck was going into limp mode. These folks really stepped up and saved the day! I highly recommend this service dept! Top Notch! Thank you thank you thank you Excellent customer service, and the mechanics are on point! Farmington Pettus location. Whoever owns this place, should be proud of their workers.

I just purchased a 2019 Dodge Durango R/T from Jessica Tarrant and Mike Mills. It is the 4th vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from this auto group. We keep coming back because of the great professionalism of all the people that work here. I live over 100 miles away and they made the process so easy, from completing all the paperwork electronically to even delivering the vehicle to me.

They take the time to walk you through every aspect of the purchase. They gave me more money for my trade in than I expected and even got me a lower interest rate than I was paying before. I cannot even totally explain how happy I am with the complete buying process. Like I said, 4 vehicles down and I am sure there will be many more purchased from them in the future.

Pettus CDJR dealership has done it again! I have bought every single one of my vehicles from them because they just make it so easy and pleasant to work with them. They went above and beyond this time around taking TWO of my trade ins. My family was able to get our dream vehicle which was also much needed size wise. Mike Mills has always been my go to man for all my car needs. He takes such great care of his customers and treated us like family. I cannot imagine going anywhere else to buy a car or get maintenance done.

Terry, the service team manager, is always super helpful. He explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what work was needed. The price I paid was as quoted, no surprises! Thank you Pettis service team!

First I took car in for rear end noise and front lower ball joints the did it be side first then was driving home and they had caliber brake hose twisted I had to fix it my self buy all new parts then took it back for other side which extended warranty paying for everything they couldn't get alignment correct after 4 tries alignment was just ok not great was just in the location coolant turbo feed line busted told me 4-5 days it's been 2 weeks and counting they give you the run around in service horrible customer service stay away last time I'll be back to the place!

I also had to call about 30 other dealership to find a part they told me they could find I found it in n sikeston mo called dealership they told me the dealership wouldn't sell it to them they finally called the other dealership and they sold the fuel kit to the them Chrysler called them and the parts manager lied to them said they had the part and I new it Chrysler called the other dealership and was told they just sold them the part and picked up the next day this is just crazy that a dealership would lie to anyone to make them look good!

I then picked up my truck the technician told advisor truck was good gave me keys walked out got in truck brake pedal was extremely had maybe an inches and they would lock up walked back in advisor had tech come out tech said it was normal I said hear the vacuum leak you pinched the gasket going to brake buster told me I was an idiot and walked off I said no your the idiot asked for service director as I'm talking to him he started cussing at me finally had different tech drive it and guess what gasket pinched you don't cuss at customers or call them idiots stay away far away from this place!

As a rule I don't trust dealerships. This place is a prime example of why. Gripe 1: The "sales person" wasn't interested in actually trying to make a deal. But I use that term loosely, because apparently this person wasn't even authorized to actually negotiate the sale, only run back-and-forth to some invisible "manager" who is the REAL salesperson.

I didn't come to play a game of telephone. I want to talk to the person in charge of selling me the dang vehicle. Gripe 2: after it became apparent they didn't want to try to make a sale, against our better judgment we decided to let their service department check out our transmission and make any necessary repairs. We were told it would be a few days and they would let us know.

A week later we called because we haven't heard anything about it and get yelled at for bothering them. The person who answered the phone said it would probably be 90 days before they even looked at it. We started developing a plan to go pick up our vehicle and take it somewhere else. Two business days later they let us know that the transmission needed to be flushed and needed some gaskets.

We were notified when the repairs were made and everything is checked out. Nearly $1000 later we pick up the vehicle only for the same problem they supposedly fixed to arise 30 miles down the road. The wasted money as a lesson learned. Take your vehicle to real professionals. Edited to add: just to verify I do have the correct dealership, I uploaded a photo of our receipt.

But since the responder doesn't remember, maybe he can ask Mike or Ashley. Mike was friendly enough, just pretty apathetic when it came to trying to make a sale. We were looking at being about $5000 upside down to add to a $42,000 vehicle which somehow in his math added up to $52,000. when I questioned that amount, he didn't want to talk about it anymore. Nobody else talked to us but Mike. Ashley seemed OK. I didn't interact with her much.

HUGE disappointment! Car advertised online for $6148. I called to verify the car was still available and was told it was, but the posted mileage was incorrect. On the phone they also described the vehicle and told me the car history. No mention was made of the price. Drove an hour there, spent at least an hour looking it over and test driving. Went into the office and they tell us the actual price is well over $10,000! Said it was listed incorrectly on the internet and the listed price was what they paid for it, plus they spent $2000 on fixing it up, and then they have their markup.

And no, they would not honor their posted price. Didn't even send a manager to apologize. All we got was an apology from the salesman and a bottle of water for our hour return trip home, a wasted afternoon, and 114 miles worth of gas. Yeah, mistakes happen, but any reputable business should honor their word and eat their mistake rather than treat their customers as disposable chumps. Beware and good luck if you go to Auto Plaza - don't trust them to do the right thing, because their bottom line is apparently worth more to them than their word and their reputation.

There are plenty of other dealers, so I would recommend you shop around some for repairs, at least. They had my Jeep for nearly three weeks because a part didn't arrive, and nobody bothered to follow up or even let me know. Then when I called with a question they never did call me back. Service is not their strength.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle Mark Easter is the guy you need to see! He was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, knew all the answers to all of our questions and was very patient with us. Was not pushy at all. Showed us a variety of Van's to choose from. Thank you Mark!
