We have bought 4 cars here and have been pleased with price and purchase process every time. Fantastic family owned business selling mainly Chevrolet but they can find anything you want. Service after the sale is really fantastic! Mike Wright and the entire mechanic/body department are awesome beyond words. They offer honest service that is done correct the first time and never try to over sell you on unnecessary repairs. If you want a noisy circus with smoke and mirrors drive by Pladsen Chevrolet. If you are looking for a fair deal from honest people you will want to check this place out.

There sales team was very prompt in responding and courteous. I'm giving 2 stars though because I had asked if they could hold a vehicle until Saturday. I was told it was first come first serve unless i could guarantee id be there to pick it up. I told them after I would 100% be there Saturday to pick it up. Then I was informed that they had placed a hold on it the night prior which i wouldn't have been to upset about since, hey someone got to it before me.
But they told me it was a family member of an employee and they were holding it just for him to come look at it with no promise of him purchasing it. Which is not what i was told would be possible without a guarantee. It showed me that they will put employees and family members and whoever else they personally know, before customers AND give them additional privilege which in my opinion is not at all professional.
