I was told at first something totally different from the advertisement. But everything was straightened out. And at this moment my tire's are being put on my car. I am leaving to go on a trip in the morning. And I was really wanting to put new tires on my car. The weather is very hot. And the roads are very hot. Just wanting my trip to be as safe as possible. Great tires and rims selection! I had a few issues getting my 2000 Ford Explorer fit for new rims and tires. Shannon searched and researched to find me the perfect fit. Sweet, spitfire young lady (I didn't catch her name) installed them!

Their good people, they do good for some of us who just can't go drop $700 dollars on tires. And they're great at working with you on due date's. If you are in a crunch, I recommend them.

Manager Shannon Peterson really set this tire purchase experience apart from every other tire shop I've been too. He made sure I got the best tires available delivered from another location and it was way more affordable than I am used too. My family and I are happy repeat customers.

I bought rims and tires and wanted to pay them off in 6 months no interest so during the 6 months the contacted me every week letting me no to make a payment except for 3 times then they would contact me late saying that there system shut down so that made my payment late when the six months was up they come talking about i needed to make a large payment or that the cost of the payout would double, so instead of paying 2500 they want 5000 there a scam dont do it

I originally was just looking to get the factory wheels for my Acura but how could you turn down $20 down to get a set of four wheels?!? That's right you can't. Came here on the day of my birthday to get some new tires and rims for my vehicle and RNR made it happen! It was quick, easy, the customer service was great, and I felt token care of with a surprise birthday discount! 6 month plan went by quicker than I expected and now own my rims. I was a loyal customer of Tires Plus for years, lately they have been shady, rude and always trying to up sell. Had an appointment today, they didn't have the tires I requested a week ago, instead wanted me to buy tires at $400 more. Needless to say I walked out and found RNR Tires, called Sonia, who is absolutely lovely to deal with, she quoted me for 4 better tires than what Tires Plus was giving and got me an appointment same day. Dealt with both Mark and Sonia and they have some of the best customer service.

I am now a RNR customer for all five of my vehicles. Before you go anywhere else look here. You won't be disappointed or walk out feeling like you've been ripped off.

Bought tires from RNR and I understand tire rotation is no charge. Went in for free tire rotation, RNR said they couldn't get the lug nuts off, suggested I go to Lincoln dealer for new lug nuts. I decided to go to Goodyear closer to home - they removed lug nuts, rotated tires, I paid $20 - not free, but it was a done deal. I guess if I was at RNR to buy a new set of tires they would have found a way to remove lug nuts.

I needed some work done on my vehicle so I called around to get the best price. Well upon calling RNR Sonia answered, we agreed to a price and I dropped off the car. Let me just say after dealing out other auto repair shops RNR really made me feel like a valued customer. I forgot how that felt. Same day service and all their staff that I dealt with were great. They are very honest and true to their word. Did a great job and now I know where to come for all my tire / alignment / etc needs.

Got a new set of tires done and received great customer service. My baby was being very wild and impatient and they had me in and out in an acceptable amount of time. I recommend coming here for your next set of tires.

RNR installed snow tires on my car, and now I can drive up on a hill that I couldn't before. My friend has the exact same all-wheel drive car and she made it up this same hill with no issues. The only difference was that her car has snow tires and mine didn't. Now, I can make it up that hill with no issues whatsoever. I'm so thrilled to have found RNR Tires!

The guys there are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and there's a nice waiting area. They even have payment plans, so you don't have to pay it all at once. Right now, they have a program where Santa pays your first payment, I thought that was really cute. I am a huge fan!

Stopped in the St. Joseph store to check out some new wheels. Very confused by the prices attached to the various wheels that they have available. One price states $31.00 per week, same as cash if paid within 6 months. Then there is the price for the set. When I inquired about a set of wheels that listed for just over $700.00 I was informed to get the same as cash the payment would be $197. and some change.

That is for 6 months. So what was advertised as $700. is actually closer to $1,200. There is NO way you can buy these wheels for $31.00 a week. Not even close! Not sure how other people would perceive the way they do business, but I feel their business is a scam. Of course I did not purchase the wheels. I hope other people ask the right questions before signing on the dotted line.

I have a feeling that they won't be in business long in St. Joseph. The times I have driven past the business there are no customers. They can't be gone quick enough.

Tire service was top notch from start to finish. Also the 6 month same as cash is nice to do if you don't want to spend all your money at once.

Heard about their ad on the radio. I called as soon as they opened for a quote on tires. Joe was very kind; thorough and helpful; explained the different tires available for my car. They installed my tires after I got my quote. They offer EZ pay with NO interest for 6 months. Their warranty covers lifetime alignments for the tires and even roadside assistance.

They have a clean seating/charging area if you decide to wait while they work on your car. I would definitely recommend this place due to the quick and easy transaction with friendly staffs.

Unfortunately had two blowouts in two days and was under the gun to get my tires replaced ASAP. Mark and Sonia made sure I was happy and got me in and on the road right away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RNR TIRE!

A Co-Worker of mine recommended RNR Tire Express for new tires that I was desperately in need of, and when he said they do financing I decided to head on down & I was greeted immediately by an employee named Joe, he was straight forward with helping me get a quality tire, I like he fact that it was a quick process and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to Finance tires at a low monthly cost! I'm happy with RNR & will come back again. (I was a little bummed out that I wasn't able to get my BMW aligned and wish I knew beforehand) but regardless I am a happy customer.

Took the car in to get tires done and the process was extremely easy! I love the no hassle financing because we all know tires can be extremely expensive. We did not have an appointment but we were able to get in quickly. After leaving the car they discovered another issue which meant more money. After price checking the work at other shops this was the best deal and they already had the car so why not. Our car came out great! The tires look good and it drives great! The extra warranty that is included with the tire is amazing! Thanks Sully for taking good care of us!

I hate that I have to even give them one star. From the beginning my experience has been horrible. The lady who answer the phone is completely rude, she has disconnected the call multiple times and has also connected my call with another customer. I had my tires for only a few days before I notice I had a huge knot in one of them. I was charged to replace the tire even though I just bought them a few days before.

The store manager Sal makes this store no better he argues with his customers and allow his employees to act very poor towards the customers as well. PLEASE PLEASE think this through before you decide to deal with this company it is NOT WORTH IT. RNR Tire is a JOKE!

Good and fast service. The customer service was amazing and they ordered and installed my tires in a day and a half.

They are always really helpful really considerate and really knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place for anybody who's looking to get a new set of tires. We really enjoyed ourselves. I Love my Beautiful time and tired and all the extras that comes with it. Also The best radio station was there 102.5 FM. So not only did we get rims and tires but we received gifts too!

Called to get a quote for 4 tires. The guy that answered the phone was less than helpful and unwilling to assist me. I asked him if I was taking up too much of his time and said I would take my business elsewhere, he hung up. Shame too. I stopped in there at closing time one evening and the guys were super helpful in patching my girlfriend's tire.

I asked what do I owe and was told nothing, just consider RNR first when ready for tires. I'm a man of my word, so that's what I was attempting to do. New customer lost.

Not sure how this company is still in business, doing things like this to customers. Anyway I bout some rims from this store had them for about a month before the chrome started peeling off one of them, so I contacted wayne and he said itll take about a week to get a new rim in. Ok no big deal so I let about 3 weeks go by dont hear anything from them so I call wayne again, his excuse was that the sender lied about sending it so he'll have them send it this time.

Another 2 weeks go by, I had to call again, wayne says his distributor just got the rim in this morning so itll be a couple days. Another 2 weeks went by still haven't heard anything. So this time I called there corporate office ( amazing how fast they move when you put a call into them) so I get a call the next morning from the owner Jason, he tells me that hes on it and I'll get my rim soon.

So another week goes by I call Jason the rim finally gets there but it's at the wrong store it's in Gladstone. So I go to Gladstone get the new rim installed and this rim is even worse then the other one was. This rim they installed wasn't even completely finished from the maker, the lug nut holes are all bored out from someone drilling em out so it was missing parts of the chrome on it.

I posted some pics of the rim. So I call Jason and this time he tells me there's nothing he can do that's how it is. So be careful buying from this place they are supposed to have a year warranty It is like pulling teeth talking to these people. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. They are hacks and they just dont care once they get your cash

Please stay far away from these people. It's literally a buy here pay here scam. They give you the "180 same as cash price" but don't tell you that there are extra hidden fees not included in that price. Never met a more unprofessional and rude company. The racist manager is the worst one

Terrible! They NEVER return phone calls and constantly give you the run around. They have no problem with running your card any time or day without you knowing! I would not recommend getting anything from here.

Stay away from this company they are liars and cheats, they have no moral code for there customers and its a buy here pay here trap and scam. you will regret it. please please please dont give them a chance to screw you like they've done to so many others.ive never seen a company that lacks that much integrity and there employees are not honest and only care about there commission, they set you up for failure knowing you cant pay those high rates
