My Honda CRV needed an oil change and SO MUCH MORE that I was unaware of but all the issues were quickly resolved. A rodent chewed a portion of my cabin air filter so it was replaced. Transmission and fuel service, tire rotation and alignment was also completed by Drew. My service advisor, James Deaton, was especially helpful and friendly. He explained what my vehicle needed and it was worked on right away.
I am very grateful and confident that my vehicle is running great. The customer waiting area was very comfortable. I was able to use my laptop computer since it was easy to connect to the dealer's wifi. My lunch was made by the in-house chef and I had a delightful conversation with Ed over coffee.

4 hour wait. Missing bolts, the tech did not put stuff back on the way it should be had to go back not once but 3 times to have them fix their mistakes. They didn't do a very good job. Also have dirt on the seats from removal i took them my car in perfect shape and now i have to reclean it as well trying to get the fuel smell out of my car from where they changed the fuel pump!. UNACCEPTABLE. Work was half done and it is a safety issue for my young kids that ride in the back seat.

I got my 2019 Odyssey scheduled for oil change and service. That went well and I was notified of recommended work that needed to be done. I had some of it done. Three days later, I put the van on a road trip to Texas. The Odyssey performed great. Thanks for the good job. I had excellent work from scheduling to paying my bill. I had a follow up call to check on the work done. I was pleased.

Worked with Tala Alnatour. Called her Wednesday. We chatted a few times. Thursday morning I spent less than an hour at the dealership and drove away in a Honda Fit. Could not be happier with the vehicle and the customer service exceeded my expectations in every way. Strongly recommend Tala if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I had my first oil change, tires rotated service today. Just wanted to say how nice it was- -The kindness of the service dept -The cafe was awesome. -The environment was comfortable and so clean -and the cost was reasonable. Y'all have us for life. Sky was amazing to work with! She was a referral from a friend and I'm so glad they told me about her. I would highly recommend anyone requesting to work with Sky! She answered all of my questions and assured me that I would walk away satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. She worked hard to get me the best price on my car. I was pleasantly surprised at the price they offered me for my trade in! Also, even while Sky was on vacation she was calling to check in on me! She had tremendous customer service!

I've never written a review before but I had to because I've never had such a frustrating experience. I dropped my car off at 8:45AM on a Thursday & was told I'd get it back by Friday night. I called Friday at noon to ask about an ETA of when I could pick up & was told someone would call me back in a few minutes. I waited an hour, assumed they forgot, & called back.
Again I was told someone would call me with the information. I waited 5.5 hours before someone finally called me & told me they hadn't gotten the parts needed to fix my car in until late Thursday night so they would need until Monday to fix it. I totally understand they don't control shipping times, but they had all day Thursday & Friday to let me know it'd be delayed.
That way I could have planned to be without a car longer or could have picked up my car & had it for the weekend then dropped it back off. I called around 10:30AM on Monday to ask about an estimate & have now been waiting for a call back for over 3 hours. I get that you're busy but asking someone for an estimate of when my car will be done should not take 3+ hours. Additionally, when I asked for an estimate for the repairs I was told one thing & when it came to actually fixing it, they're now giving me a price that is way above the estimate or any other estimate I received. I do NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

I would have never thought I'd be going out of my way to rate a Car Dealer but here we are. These guys are really great. My Honda had started making weird noises and it was a rusted out metal piece making the noise. They told me upfront there was a $100 diagnostic fee but it would be rolled into the repair cost. They just took the offending metal piece off and charged me nothing.
They said they couldn't charge me the fee for just taking one rusty piece of metal off. I feel like a lot of places would. I've spoken to their sales team and Ms. Brooke has been extremely helpful even if we couldn't come to a price agreement. They aren't pushy and they tell you the truth. What a breath of fresh air in a generally toxic line of business.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I have been bringing my van to this establishment for years. This past Friday, however, I was BLOWN AWAY! The whole service department has been re-done, and it is exquisite. The entire service are is visible from the waiting area, where there is now a "Hybrid Cafe" which serves breakfast and lunch. You can sit at the counter, eat, drink, and watch your vehicle being serviced.
There is a kiddy area and there are several lounge areas, tvs, magazines, USA Today paper, plus free coffee, tea, or water. Even the bathrooms have been re-done to excellence! Now, for the people. I was pleasantly greeted by all, my service advisor, Moeris, seemed genuinely concerned with his customers. For example, he was concerned when one of his customers admitted to having to buy a new battery, saying, "I wish you'd have told me!
It is covered under warranty!" I believe he genuinely wanted to have been able to have saved her the expense. Also, another worker, who appeared to have been working there awhile, saw someone he knew, who embraced him in a hug, showing that long time customers love some of the employees, and are remembered by them. It warmed my heart to see that. Also, my tech, Joshua, worked diligently, and so far, my van is running great!
If this establishment is aiming for transparency and truth, as well as excellent vehicle service, it appears they are well on their way, and I THANK them. Good job to all Dick Brooks Honda of Greer Service Department employees!

I took my vehicle in to have a routine oil change with their Multi-Point Inspection. The advisor was extremely friendly and kept me well informed on what was going on with my car. He showed me my air filter and cabin filter and I was told they both needed to be replaced. I saw the cabin filter had what looked like bunches of cotton in it, probably from some mice.
I declined the filters and the technician finished my oil change. When I got back in my car to leave, I noticed a dirty towel left in the floorboard. I went back inside and returned it. When I got home, my boyfriend had gotten a new air filter for my car and I installed it. I took out my cabin filter and was a little surprised to still see the cotton mounds in the filter. I know the dealership wants to make money on new filters, but wouldn't the decent thing be to remove the big debris?
I declined the filters and the technician finished my oil change. When I got back in my car to leave, I noticed a dirty towel left in the floorboard. I went back inside and returned it. Follow up to the previous post, guess what, the service department didn't actually fix the problem and we had to go back for ANOTHER week long fix. Do you think it's fixed now? Of course not, the car still smells like burning oil. This has been a horrific experience and there's no chance I'd buy another Honda or ever do business with Dick Brooks Honda.

The service here is really exceptional. We have purchased two vehicles from Salesperson Chris Daniels at this location and have relied on the service department for parts on our third vehicle. With every interaction, the staff is extremely professional and willing to help in any way possible. Although we were not quite ready to purchase our second vehicle, Chris kept in touch with us without being overbearing or pushy.
When the time was right on our timetable he did everything to get us into the perfect vehicle for our needs. The sales manager, Steve, was always welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. This location will be opening a whole new area in the new year with many service bays and perks for the customers as they wait. I took my son's Honda to have a recall fixed. I have never been treated so nice. From the time I arrived till the time I left. I believe it took about 2 1/2 hours. They kept checking on me to make sure I was fine also keeping me updated. What they did was fix all the recalls that his vehicle had. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Even BMW didn't treat me this nice. I just can't speak highly enough on the service department. Thank you Dick Brooks service department.

Pleasant atmosphere. Wonderful customer support. And close to home but would have been worth a drive. Taylor George sold us our new car and she is a sweetie. Knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, found just what was perfect for us and 90 minutes later we were driving the new car home. What a joy! The finance guy was good, too. Didn't try to upsell us too much and customized a package for our needs. Frankly, I was impressed with everyone there and definitely will be back. Great experience.

This was the 2nd Honda dealership we went too. My son took a test drive of the new 2014 Accord and made the salesman an offer. He countered it but my son felt it was a bit too high. 4 more dealerships within a 50 mile radius proved otherwise. We went back to Dick Brooks and accepted the countered offer from our saleman Sam. I've purchased 24 new vehicles for myself and family over the last 24+ yrs and never once has the purchasing and paperwork part ever taken less than 3 hrs.
When this part comes, bring a sandwich because you'll be moving in for a while. Not at Dick Brooks! My son said "let's do this! " and no joke, we were being ushered into the paper signing room 10 minutes later and being handed the 2 keys to the freshly washed Accord 10 more minutes later! Never in my whole vehicle purchasing life have I ever blown through this long and odious part in such a shockingly short period of time.
They sure ruined working with another dealership in the future on this aspect alone. We've had the car now a couple of months and the 6 speed manual transmission regularly gets between 36 and 39 mpg. GREAT car, great dealership to work with. All the other 5 dealerships did finally come down to Dick Brook's price but long after we'd already purchased it. Dick Brooks Honda was the first and the fastest to be the cheapest.
Find the car you want at other dealerships but buy it from them. Their unique regular warranty eliminates the need for a $1400 extended warranty and that was the icing on the Accord cake.
