I was kinda shocked how well I was treated. Jonah answered all my questions and helped me get the truck I wanted. I had been wanting to get a truck for a long time but didn't want to haggle or mess with salesmen. But I'm glad I stopped in.

Levi Merrill was fantastic! We told him what we needed and he made it happen. We usually don't drive 6 hrs for a car. Levi was definitely worth the drive.

Tim was very helpfully on our purchase of a 2018 Chevy 2500 Duramax Diesel Z71. Tim, Mike and David went up and over to help us with the prosses. This is the 4th truck we've bought from them. We were very satisfied with the help with this purchase. We will be back to visit Tim with future purchase. Jeff and Billie Hyde.

Service Dept was exceptional with my truck, both mechanically and the gentlemen at the front desk. It is running smooth as ever for the mileage and use it takes on. I appreciate their communication and patience dealing with a 3rd party vendor to approve their diagnostic testing and recommendations. As someone who drives for the majority of the year and deals with several locations these guys are top notch!

Worst experience ever & at a car dealership that should say a lot. No sense of time management or honesty in services. Would advise anyone to stay far away, unless you are looking for a horrible experience.

Service department is lost. They will book a service, confirm your service, but will have it all day and never get to it because they weren't aware that you needed it serviced. Even after you drop it off, and tell them why you are there, about the scheduled service, and when it was scheduled for. ( BY THEM) You show up nine hours later to pick it up, and it hasn't even been moved from where you parked it. So not only do you have to have it back, but you have to arrange another ride to and from and arrange for another day to just get your vehicle serviced. OR not?

My friend is 89 and a widow. She had never dealt with a car salesman in her life. She went out to get the prize the Irwin car dealer sent out in an ad saying 'free prize' she went out to claim her prize and the salesman asked her if she needed a car and she said she would like one, BUT she could not afford one, and stated she was on Social Security and didn't have money left over.

She stated she was here for the free prize. He said he could make it so she could afford a car and put her in one that she loved. Again she told him she could not afford it again he said he could make it work. He would give her $1,000.00. After 5 hrs there she drove home the 2018 car thinking she could pay for it. This is sooo sad. Beware of car dealers. especially the ones that push too hard!

I took my car in to Irwin last year because the front end had been making a weird rocking noise, and was making a lot of noise when I went over bumps. It had also been stalling a bit when it was idling and when I was accelerating. I asked them if it was time for spark plugs and to check the shocks and struts. I was told that shocks and struts were good for 100k miles and that the rocking noise was "normal for GM" cars.

I was told the spark plugs were also good for 100k miles. After having my car "hooked up to the computer" overnight they said there were no issues and that I probably had gotten "bad fuel" from one of the stations in town. They advised me to do a fuel systems cleaner and that I should just do that myself because it would be much cheaper than what they would charge.

A couple months later my window stopped rolling up and down. My car is still doing the same things. I take it in again. Was told again that the shocks and struts are good and that there was no issue. The fix for the window was not covered by warranty so I had to spend over $300 for them to fix that. Fast forward a year, to today. My car has now been at the dealership here in Oklahoma City, Smicklas, for a full week.

It had a separate issue with the coolant tank, but while it was there I said, again, that it makes a lot of noise when I go over bumps and that it continues to stall occasionally, even though I've now done a couple of different cleaners over the course of the last year. Guess what they said? That the shocks and struts were worn, and the joints were loose on the sway bar in the front end.

All said and done, $1100 in repairs that Irwin told me were not necessary for another 30k+ miles. So after my car has been there for a week fixing the coolant issue, they call me today after a test drive to tell me - you're going to love this - that the engine stalls when it's idling and accelerating. Faulty coils and spark plugs that are 12k miles overdue because their supposed to be changed at 60k miles.

About 6-7k miles before I took it to Irwin to be told I had probably just gotten bad fuel. ANOTHER $350 repair that I've driven 7-8k miles on when it should have been taken care of last year. Fifteen hundred dollars worth of repairs that Irwin decided not to bother with, instead opting to charge me over $300 so I can roll my window up and down. But I didn't purchase a car from them, so I guess they can't be bothered to make almost $2000 in repairs.
