This is our second Mazda from Seacoast. Ryan was a salesperson when we bought our first, and because of the great experience we had with him him and the team at Seacoast, we have gone back every time when shopping for a new vehicle. Ryan is now the general manager and he still recognized us after selling thousands of cars to other customers. His honest no BS approach to sales is evident with the way the team runs there. Brian the salesperson that sold me my new CX-5 was laid back and I never felt any pressure, so ask for him if that's the approach you prefer. If Mazda keeps making great products, I will be a lifelong customer at Seacoast.

I can really only speak of the service dept, but Joe is beyond professional, nice, attentive. I did not purchase my CX 5 here, but live in the area and have serviced it here for years. They take the cringe out of going to the dealership. They are in the midst of a much needed major reno, and hope they keep that small dealer vibe. Don't hesitate to bring your Mazda here, and if you ask for Joe, know you are in good hands.

I had went to 2 other Mazda stores prior to coming here and was unable to find the car I was looking for due to inventory shortages. I called this place yesterday 11/02/21 and spoke with Austin regarding a vehicle I was interested in and he let me know they had it in stock. I was travelling from Manchester and to help save me the travel, in case I didn't like the vehicle, he sent me pictures prior to going there.
Once I got to the dealership to check out the vehicle in person I was greeted by another sales rep named Jay (Austin was delivering a vehicle to another customer at the time). He was very friendly and informative throughout the whole process and was able to answer any questions I had. He took the time to show me every feature of the vehicle and make sure I understood the technical aspects of it all. Jay was able to work his magic and gave me a great offer for my trade in which helped me get to the payment I was looking for and I walked out with my new car the same day!

I had the absolute best experience leading my new Mazda! First let me say that I absolutely hate shopping for cars and dealing with pushy salespeople. But this dealership changed all that for me! Taylor, my salesman, made the whole experience easy as well as enjoyable! Each person I met in the office was so nice and then proceeded to call me by name.

I started seriously looking for a car in the last couple of weeks. Came across a 2017 Nissan Rogue for sale at Seacoast and reached out to see if it was still available. Brian responded not only with an email, but with a video walk around of the car as well. I loved that! I drove down the next day, not necessarily to purchase right away, but definitely to test drive the car and chat about my options, since I was already pre-approved for financing through my credit union.
Long story short. well, shorter at least haha. loved the car, and worked with Brian and Nick to get an even better interest rate than my credit union was offering. I drove home in a new car and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I had read a lot of excellent reviews of the dealership, and I 100% agree that they are super to work with. Highly recommend!

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with, with absolutely no pressure from the sales team. Austin Elliott was professional and efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price. Austin answered all my questions and even continued to answer them days after he made the sale. I recommend anyone to purchase a car from Seacoast Mazda and I highly recommend Austin Elliott.

We went to look at a car in Sunday I had a few questions so I asked a random question and got a fast response from Taylor! Went down Monday abs we bought the car the Mazda CX-5 amazing! Taylor took the time with us to figure out the perfect car! He was honest abs patient. He even end over every detail of the computer stuff (as we aren't very smart in that dept )! Taylor rocks and so do all the other staff at seacoast that is so much!

I don't usually post reviews but in this case I wanted to let other customers know about the awesome experience I had at Seacoast Mazda a few weeks ago. I came in later in the day on a Saturday after scheduling an appointment not realizing it was at 8:00. Even though I was later than expected they were able to get my car in and figure out why the check engine light was on.
They also noticed another problem (serpentine belt) during the complimentary 160 point inspection and luckily had the part on hand to fix while I waited. Top notch service! It was pricey but I know my car has genuine Mazda parts and it was fixed correctly plus they saved me money in the long run by catching the problem before it broke down and became a bigger problem and would have been much more expensive.
My car feels brand new again! I was actually thinking of trading it in and getting something newer when I was there. Now that it is running so good I will keep it for now. Every person I ran into there was very nice, the sales staff were great and answered every question I had as I looked around. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever from anyone to buy or trade in my car as I have in the past.
To put the cherry on top I received a call the next day from the manager (I believe) John who left a message thanking me for my business. I can't say enough positive about my overall experience there. I actually read reviews prior to going and the positive reviews are why I went

Excellent dealership from start to finish. We were greeted at the door by Taylor Sullivan sales consultant. Test drove a new Mazda CX-30 with Taylor and after the test drive I felt completely informed about the dealership and the vehicle. Fast forward, I ended up purchasing this vehicle. I have purchased many many vehicles and this is the first time I felt completely comfortable from start to finIsh.

I had the BEST experience at Seacoast Mazda. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but everything was so smooth and absolutely no pressure, not even with the finance manager for add-ons. There were very minimal sales tactics involved at all. Ryan and Joe were the NICEST guys to work with and I can honestly say this was the first time buying a car was an actual pleasure.

Michael was our salesman, he was always courteous and professional and took time to answer all our questions. Finance manager was organized and there were no surprises when we closed the transaction. I have used the service department for 8 years. They have been so good that I bring all of my cars here for service (a Mazda, Chrysler, and Ford). The rates are competitive with small shops and blow other dealers away. I completely trust their recommendations and work. The service manager got to know my cars and me, so I felt like they look after me and my cars like they are their own.
I recently moved to Florida, but I am still bringing my car in for service when visiting the area. It is a small, older building which I think keeps the costs down compared to the big flashy new dealers. The owner is always around, walking the floor and talking to customers. My big problem is now trying to find someone in Florida that can recreate this great experience.

My Mazda had a 2018 Takara airbag safety recall and another recall from 2015. I was put in touch with Seacoast Mazda. I was initially set up for a December 27 appointment. All of my information was taken during that call. I later received a telephone call inquiring what I was bringing my car in for and I was told that I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled to January 3.
I was instructed to call in January 2 to find out if a rental car would be available for me to use while my car was being repaired. I called on January 2 and spoke to JS. He had no information on me in his computer and stated that I did not have an appointment. Rather than going back and forth, I set up another appointment for January 9. On January 9 I dropped off my car and soon after doing so, I received a phone call stating that there were a several significant issues with my car and that my recall repairs could not be performed until some of these other issues were repaired. Hesitantly agreed to pay $500 in repair costs in order to get the ball rolling on the recall repairs, I picked my car up late that afternoon.
My car was shaking and shimmy-big terribly and making noises I never heard from it before. Called Mazda to report this and rather than listening, they were defensive. Brought my car back for fourth time to have these issues addressed. Mechanic rode in my car with me and identified and repaired the issues. I am grateful for him helping resolve the issues but overall this was a frustrating experience.

Ryan and the rest of the team at Seacoast Mazda were a pleasure to do business with. Compared to other dealerships, they're on the small side which I believe is a huge positive. The showroom was quiet. It didn't feel like a rushed atmosphere. When I arrived, Ryan had the vehicle I was interested in all ready to test drive. He answered all of my questions and covered pretty much everything.
The price of the vehicle was extremely competitive and I received a fair offer for my trade. The entire process from the test drive through financing was smooth. I traded in my vehicle and purchased a CPO CX-5 in just under three hours. If you're in the market for a new or CPO Mazda, I highly recommend paying the team at Seacoast a visit.

First Mazda is a little known and underrated brand. Have had 3, 2 from this store. The only real negative is it is not easy to sell when you are ready to change because it is such a small market share. Sounds pretty good right? Why the rating? After several dealings with John, the service manager I would avoid this service department at all costs.
If you have ever dealt with a big city sleasy auto dealership you know that awful feeling of dread. This is what you will face at this location. Double talk and lack of trust repeatedly warrant this warning. Good luck.

Went there today to discuss my end-of-lease options with one of their salesmen. I spoke to John (JP) Brown on the phone a few days earlier to schedule the appointment, he immediately came off as courteous and willing to help, even though he has not been with the company very long. The day I went to the dealer to meet with JP, I immediately received the same exceptional customer service I received over the phone. JP is incredibly friendly, polite, and professional even when he himself could not answer some of my questions.
For those moments, I dealt with Ryan McGuire, equally amicable and professional. Being from another state, I was initially weary of dealing with a dealership I'm unfamiliar with, but the interactions with both employees made the situation immediately comfortable, transparent, and simple with exceptional customer service and attentiveness so inordinate to the industry. I'm a salesman on and off myself and understand the expectations left on these people.
To treat customers as commodities rather than people. You don't get that feeling here. Even though I ended up deciding to buy out my lease which would entail taking my money to the bank and not the dealer, these guys remained faithful to customer service through the entire process. I am rarely compelled to write reviews for people who are only doing their jobs, but people like JP and Ryan do more than that and deserve the utmost recognition.
If you want to do business in a casual setting without the intimidating or rushed tactics of the typical salesman, go to Seacoast Mazda and talk to these guys. They truly inhibit the right way to business and this review is the least I to show my appreciation for that.

I came in to look and test drive back in November and met Ryan. He was great! No pressure, very upfront and honest about all of my questions and concerns. I let him know I was in the early stages of deciding and he never bothered me! I came back this week, settling on the CX-5. I came in with a competing offer from another dealership that I had found online.
He was very honest with me, that it was a great deal and, if valid, I should go for it. He also clued me in to the possibility that this was a bait car. I went home and called the dealership, and yes, it was a bait car! Needless to say, I immediately filed a bad review for that dealership and texted Ryan that we had a deal. I can't say enough great things about my experience.

I had an excellent time getting my new car at Seacoast Mazda. Matt is awesome. He's honest, helpful, and really cares that you get the car that works best for you. He's also just really cool to work with. He helped my Mom get a car too - she's the one who told me to go see him. The service is great, and the employees are always honest with you. They have gone through a couple staff changes over the last several years, but the staff in place now is phenomenal. They have always offered a loaner, and are always quick and efficient when waiting. I would highly recommend!

After viewing their inventory on their website I made a web inquiry about a Mazda I was interested in. I currently own a Mazda and know for 100% certainty that I want another. I received call from Rob Herring on Tuesday, he answered the questions I had about the car and I proceeded to set-up an appointment to drive the car the coming Saturday. I returned the call and he asked if I was still coming for the appointment. I told him that I was on my way almost there. I arrived about 15 minutes later and when I came in I was greeted by a salesman. I told him I was there for an appointment with Rob. He told me he could help me and asked me what I was looking for.
