BEWARE! Would give ZERO stars if possible! My son (college student) took his car for a simple repair and this dealership took advantage of his inexperience! They replaced a simple hood latch assembly and charged 2.5 hrs of labor! This should have taken 1 hour MAX! Sounds like they are running a scam on the young people that don't know any better!

Awful sales call, asked to buy a vehicle because my girlfriends broke down. Was told because I live outside of their area, I'm not welcome to buy a vehicle from them. With the inventory issues out there we're looking for a Hyundai specifically, and getting told by a dealership to basically screw off we don't want your business cause you're not our "area" customers is pretty annoying to say the least.

Although I experienced problems, Ben was quick to address my concerns and wanted to make everything right so that my vehicle was fixed and in working order. He even asked if there was anything else he could help with and told me in the future he will work with me on making it easier to get my car maintenance done since my work schedule doesn't allow much flexibility.
I appreciated the quick response and that I won't have to stop to air up my tire every morning: Thanks for addressing my needs and working with my schedule to get this taken care of. That's a HUGE stress lifted! Appreciate all the help, for sure.

I can't say enough great things about the folks at Mack Grubbs Hyundai. I have done business with these folks since 2014. They have stood behind the vehicles they sell and gone above and beyond what is required to make the best customer experience possible. Better yet over the several years we have done business with Mack Grubbs Hyundai Tommy, Ben, and Kevin have become trusted friends and we love getting to visit with the when it's time to have our three Hyundai vehicles serviced out.

We had an AMAZING time buying our new vehicle here. On our way home from a vacation we had to stop at a dealer in AL to have our service light checked out. While waiting my wife fell in love with the Tuscon, but we decided to wait until we got home. We also decided to look at other options in the crossover SUV line. After visiting Toyota we visited Grubbs to ensure they had the Tuscon my wife looked at online.
We were greater by Vito. We informed him what we were doing (looking at multiple vehicles, but were interested in the Tuscon) he was extremely helpful, and (unlike another dealership I won't name) had nothing negative to say about any of the competing makes. After visiting all the dealers and looking at all the vehicles on our list we decided on the Tuscon.
We went back to Grubbs, but Vito was helping another customer so he had Marshall help us. We took the Tucson for one more drive and then started the purchase process. It was the easiest process of buying a new vehicle I've ever had. If I could rate the staff more than 5 stars I would. In addition, we've taken our car here to be serviced in the past and they are very friendly.
