My car was purchased from this dealership and honestly, they do not prioritize their customers like needed be or have control over their facility. My car has been hit at this dealership, just to get a $15 discount off of my service. The timing is terrible. Every-time that I receive services, I wait 3+ hours while everyone gets their vehicle serviced right on time. Again, as a customer with a vehicle purchased from this dealership, they do not have the priorities or urgency needed.

We were on a trip from Florida to Jackson, MS when the cruise control stopped working and multiple warning lights came on. I stopped in at the service department to ask if they could fit me in. I was met by a very nice service advisor (Diann) who told me to come back at 8:00 the next morning. Adam checked my car out thoroughly and got it fixed in a short time.
They did not charge me for the service. The rest of our trip went without any problems. I am very thankful to everyone at Paul Moak for making it possible for us to safely continue our trip.

There are not enough words to explain how I feel about Paul Moak Honda. From the very first phone call, to the delivery of my car, I have been pleased. When talking to Ms. Megan, she was sweet, pleasant, cool and calm. Never got an angry whe I called and asked questions, she always informative. She would tell me if there was a delay on my car, and confirm if I still wanted the car.
I would tell her yes. Then when the car finally arrived Ms. Kathleen was wonderful with the financing. She worked very hard to get me a wonderful deal, made sure I got a great trade in value for my 17 Honda Civic. I was trained on how to program my car and tour of the car. I am so happy that I did not go to any other dealership. I drove all the way from Starkville to Jackson to pick up my Honda Civic Touring.
That was the.best decision I have ever made. Thank you once again for your overall wonderful services and your family oriented atmosphere. I will continue to keep Paul Moak Honda as my go to place for all my Honda needs.

I will keep this brief. If you are told major work needs to be done, get a second opinion from a different mechanic in a different city before you spend unnecessary money. Don't even mention what the first mechanic told you. Don't mention where you took the car too. This way you will figure out who is simply trying to fix your car problem and who is simply trying to get money .

We were in the middle of a 16 hour road trip and our alternator went out. We were able to pull into Paul Moak Honda and even though they closed in just a couple hours they squeezed us in and had our van fixed by closing time. They were very professional and extremely kind! I wish we had this kind of service where we are from in South Carolina! Thank you so much!

I had an awesome experience with Paul Moak Honda in Jackson, MS. I was unable to locate my vehicle of choice in my home state of Louisiana. As I continued to shop around, I decided to take a chance with an out of state dealership. I reached out to Paul Moak Honda in search of my vehicle where Chris Rankin was so helpful during the entire process. Our initial convo was checking on the availability of the vehicle.
He told me it was not available in the color I wanted but he would let me know if anything changes in the near future. I got a call back about 15 minutes later from Chris with good news. The vehicle that I had been in search of would be available in 6 weeks. He kept me informed with each step of the process. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted but I got it 2 weeks earlier than expected. Kathleen McNeil was also very kind and accommodating with helping with this process.

I had a great experience buying my new Honda CRV at Paul Moak, I was treated fairly and openly about the price and the vehicle availability. The sales manager, Kathleen McNeil, explained the costs in detail and searched for and found an AWD vehicle for us. Alex Lewis, the salesperson, was terrific- when my car came in he thoroughly explained all the new features and spent at least 30 minutes with me going over them. I recommend Paul Moak (and especially Alex and Kathleen) for anyone looking for a new or used Honda.

I bought my Honda at another dealership but was referred to Paul Moak by another Honda owner because of the service. Paul Moak service did not disappoint. I made an online appointment for an oil change. I arrived and was checked in very promptly. I needed a ride to work which was arranged on the spot. I received a call in about an hour saying my car was ready.
When I told them I couldn't leave work at that time to get my car, I was told to just call when I was ready to be picked up. When I called back, I was told the driver was near my job and would be there shortly. I was picked up approximately 15 minutes after I called. I paid for my service at service department desk and left. All the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and attentive. I loved my service experience at Paul Moak! I wish I'd purchased my car from them.

The dealership lied when they said the first service was covered. As it was explained to me by the service advisor, the oil change was covered but the tire rotation was not. So a tire rotation at Paul Moak service costs 58.00. Tire rotation should be free during any regular service IMO. I asked they look at a look front spoiler and that request was ignored.
The car was not washed or vacuumed and there was grease on the door handle outside as well as the steering wheel. It took them 1.5 hours to change the oil and rotate 4 tires. Hopefully others experience better service than I did. :

The only reason that I gave them one star, is because of Randy in the parts department, he and the rest of the parts guys are great, but the car sales staff are a joke. They act as if they are loosing money on your trade, but are doing you a favor, when you go to another dealership, and they give you a better deal, Paul Moak can then, magically match it, although before they said no way.
And your time means nothing to them. Be sure to go over every inch of the car, to find any dents or scratches, or they will basically call you a liar, if you leave the dealership without showing them first. They fixed them, but it took a lot of my time. They advertise as people come from all over the state to be taken care of, i wonder if they pay these people to say these things, because they are no better than any other Honda Dealership in this area.

Worked with Charles Waite. He did a great job of working with me to get my documents before we got the dealership so the car and paperwork would be ready to sign. We live a good bit away so just wanted to drive in, sign, and drive the new Accord home. Paul Moak Honda and Charles Waite were just what I needed and wanted.

Service department: used their online appointment scheduler, giving the nature of the repair (airbag recall fix), my name and contact info. Called to confirm. When I arrived, person at service desk had no clue about any online sign-up, had none of my info, and then discovered the part needed wasn't in stock. So the person at the service desk assured me that the part would be in in 3-5 business days, and that she would call me when it came in.
That was in December -- it's now March, and no word yet. Oh, and the wifi in their waiting room is awful -- it was so slow I thought I must be using dial-up! Positive points: fairly nice waiting area including a small play area with toys for kids, staff members were all very courteous and pleasant.
