I had forgotten my appointment the previous day. The team was able to get me in and then provided transportation to work. They called me when vehicle work was completed and THEN delivered my car back to my work. A MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE TEAM. Salesman's name was Dan and our financial person was named Aaron. They were both wonderful to work with. I was working with other car salesman but I felt like they were playing me and it was days between their calls. Dan called frequently with different car options for me to think about. My husband and I had many opinions about different cars but Dan didn't give up. He found us a great car. Thank you to both Dan and Aaron for all your help.

Went in after losing the motor in my daily driver. Dan listened to my needs and showed me several vehicles. Wound up buying the least expensive car they had for sale, but you would have never known it. No pressure to go big.just listened to my needs and found the correct car for me and my situation. Great experience with sales/finance/service. DO NOT HESITATE to buy your next vehicle with Darling's.

Dropped my vehicle off early for my appointment. I did not expect the job to be completed by close of business. I received a call from the service writer telling me the technician had a migraine and had left for the day, that my truck should be finished the next day. The next day I did not hear from anyone until I called at 4pm only to be told my truck was not complete, that two technicians called out that day.
I spent the weekend without my vehicle. On Monday I heard from a different service writer telling me there would be yet another delay and another day without my truck. Tuesday I took a call telling me the work was done and the alignment would be finished by 1330. My wife and I arrived and I was told it would not be long. I watched as the technician drove my truck in, then stepped out for a cigarette.
I waited almost 2.5 hours and again was told I could not have my truck, there was an issue with a part that was installed. Even my ride home was delayed waiting for the driver from the Chevrolet dealership. My bill was over $3000.00. While I appreciate the work, I am not satisfied at all with the level of communication with the exception of the female service writer.

We were very pleased with the calm and professional service we received at Darling's Auto Mall. They brought a car we had researched from 2.5 hrs away for us to see and test drive. We worked with Joshua Harbants, who we would recommend to anyone who likes a no-pressure, informed, and helpful approach. Our entire experience was positive.

Mike Hill was great! He showed us all the options within and near our price range. He was knowledgeable about all the vehicles details and specifications. What he didn't know he was able to look up and get it to us quickly and easily. We finally settled on a 2022 GMC Yukon. What I enjoyed the most about our experience was that Mike was not a pushy car salesman and did not try to "sell us the car, " he simply asked questions, listened attentively and gave us space when we needed it. Really a nice guy, personable yet very professional. He gets a 10/10 - 5 STARS

I arrived at the time of my appointment and was immediately checked in. I discussed why I had made the appointment, which was stated on the paperwork they had already made out. I was given an estimated time it would take to complete the work. While I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area, I was updated on the progress of the work and when I was told my car was ready it was pretty close to the estimate I was given.
All the people I had contact with were friendly and courteous. The repair to my air bag system was completed and the service air bag system light has not been on since, Thank you to everyone at Darling's Auto Mall for their fast courteous service.
