Sales staff is very knowledgeable and nice. The whole business is very transparent and everyone is willing to lend a helping hand to one another. George pulfer was my salesman and was an immense help if finding the car for me. Josh Gould made signing paper work fast and easy. He was to the point and made sure I understood what I was signing. I would definitely send friends and family not only to George but to the dealership as well.

What a great experience! My son went to buy a new truck and we not only got an excellent vehicle but everyone we met was so knowledgeable on everything about the vehicles. Ben was the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He took us through everything inside and out of the truck. Everyone we were involved with from the sales floor to the finance guy, (thanks Mr. Ricker you are awesome) to the girl who sat with my boy and made sure he knew how all the bells and whistles worked in his new truck.

The experience was top to bottom the best we have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. Marcia was incredible to work with and made the process incredibly smooth while purchasing the vehicle from out of town. The staff were efficient, professional, and gave us the "red carpet" feeling when entering the building until pulling off the lot. I would travel 5 hours every time to have this type of quality!

White's is the bomb.com! Super professional, exquisite facilites, NOT pushy and have a great staff. My boy (pictured) has been looking for "his Civic" for over 2 years.never found it. I contacted Josh Hawkins, one of their sales reps when he was in the market. (I felt kinda bad because every time Josh would do research for me and send pics or post FB pics and then tag me, or whatever, it just wasn't right and I'd have to say "sorry, bro, that ain't it.") But, after a year of looking, BOOM, Josh just happens to post "my son's Civic" on his FB page. So, we set up an appointment, worked the numbers, AND BAM, my boy is literally in his dream car! (Don't know that there any more kind, personable, hard working car salesmen out there than Josh!) But before we actually got him in the driver's seat we had to sign all the docs, of course.

And who mentions signing papers UNLESS the guy you were doing that with wasn't a HOOT?!?! Matt was a blast to work with.even though he got us with the prank (won't give it away, you'll see when you get there). And not to be outdone, Josh connected us with Ryan, their "delivery specialist, " who walked my son through all the technical aspects of his new car with patience and expertise! Man, what a wonderful 1st () time car buying experience for my son. White's sets the standard high. I am GLAD to give them our business and heartily recommend them to you!

What can I say about White's Honda of Lima? Well, the staff there is excellent and very hospitable. They took very good care of me while I was there, and my sales consultant, Josh Hawkins is a top notch guy. He felt more like a friend than someone just trying to sell me a vehicle. I went there to purchase a used vehicle (2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee) that I knew I wanted once I saw it online, and Josh made the experience great!

He was engaging throughout the entire process. From the introduction, to the test drive, until the time I left the lot in my newly purchased (used) vehicle, Josh made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I didn't forget about you, Josh. I just wanted some time with the vehicle before formulating my review, and I will say that I had a great experience the day I decided to walk into those doors.
