Seemed like since I wasn't there with a new Mercedes I was ignored. I was at the parts standing there waiting to purchase a part for my wife's Mercedes SLK230. They did have what I needed! Once I finally got the attention of someone to get the parts clerk I was helped.

Found the car we like 3 to 4 hours away from us. Tyler Cameron did a great job marshaling the transaction from a far. Communicated with me immediately and made paperwork on the day of purchase much easier. Finance had to redo paperwork on the date of purchase because the legal name did not match the name from credit records. Ron versus Ronald. Common sense and a common abbreviation for a name.

I made a last-minute request of Tyler to install roof rack cross rails. In less than 24 hours he found them and install them himself. I had also made a similar request for trailer hitch install and he contacted U-Haul multiple times to try to get it scheduled and installed. But he worked the transaction right up to the very end of purchase. Overall this dealership has adopted a great business model with staff to broker and research as many used cars as they can find. It was definitely worth the 4 Hour Dr. from Central Arkansas. The selection they had even by today's difficult used car market was amazing.

Service department is very lacking! When you call for a service they tell you oh yeah it only take a couple hours but after 9 hours they still haven't finished, lots of people in there but all wondering around visiting nobody actually doing working on the vehicles. they told us the paperwork takes a long time, now it's been 45 minutes for the paperwork and we're still waiting.

After sitting in their waiting room all day every person that came in there for a service they came back to them and told them they found something else wrong with their vehicle and needed to have more work, lots of UP selling going on!

Terry, Kevin, Emily, and Mandy helped us trade 2 cars in today for 2 certified pre owned Mercedes. The process was enjoyable, efficient, and friendly. This is our third and fourth vehicle from MB of NWA, but it won't be our last. Thanks guys!

I would rather drive 10 hours to another Mercedes' dealership to purchase a car than buy one from this place. The sales manager is disrespectful and talks down to female customers and employees. Will take my business elsewhere, where I'm treated like a valued customer

I am very disappointed in Mercedes. It is pretty sad that the service department is not willing to help an out of towner. My husband and my son came in to the service department this afternoon to see if they could read a code on our Mercedes Revel. To see if it was safe to keep driving it. They are over 1,000 miles from home and the engine light came on.

The service department said we cannot help you. My husband asked do you know who can. The service departments response is that the dealership might be able to help you in Kansas City. Seriously, this is the type of dealership that is run. I am shocked they are not willing to help someone. I definitely do not recommend the service department!

My husband was interested in purchasing the S580 last year, however the agent just wasn't personable and we didn't feel like we got the help necessary to do so. I ended up reaching out to a sales person at the Little Rock dealership in January, who provided me with enough information for me to feel confident enough in going back to the bentonville dealership because it's closer to where we live and put a deposit for a new built to surprise my husband on his birthday.

However because of lack of communication and really what I interpreted as either the agent snobbing us or again because he wasn't personable (he was always short with me and I felt like He was always irritated when we spoke), I ended up losing my deposit and purchasing the S580 from the Mercedes dealership in Huntsville Alabama where the agent was more eager to work with me and shipped it to us.

My husband went this morning to have some stains looked at and get a wash the guy he met there basically told him he should come back in 3 months for a car wash when he's getting his car serviced because "he had a lot of people ahead of them and there are 3 other dealerships using the same car wash" even though my husband told him he would be ok waiting an hour.

It doesn't seem like they are great on customer service over there, or maybe they don't cater to everyone the same way. I have been going next door at the bmw dealership for the last 5-6 years for my own vehicle and have had nothing but great experiences there. Update: Mr Kevin Wilson, the manager reached out to me and apologized for our bad experience with his dealership.

He went out his ways to make up for what had happened and provided us with enough reassurance for my husband and I to feel comfortable trusting that he would appreciate having our business and take care of us as clients from now on.

They ordered my new key fob and had it in the next day as they promised. they had it off the tow truck and reprogrammed in mins. I was finished and out of there in 30 mins. hats off to the mechanics and the sales guys that followed through as planned and believe it or not the cost was affordable. Im more than satisfied and absolutely love owning a mercedes. Mercedes.

I had a really lovely experience buying my car here. Britt and Mason are the best in the biz- professional, honest, and fun to work with. The cars are great and all, but those two really made the experience worth it. Someone get them a raise!

My Mercedes purchase experience was fantastic! Clint made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I live out of state and was on a tight schedule. Clint helped me expedite the process, even with Thanksgiving in between. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and as a younger girl, that would typically seem like a daunting task. Clint took the time to walk me through each step, got me a great value on my trade in, and was there to answer any questions I had!

I never felt pressured to make a decision. I drove up to the dealership the day after Thanksgiving and left with a gorgeous GLC350E. Emily was a big help teaching me how to use the car, she's a sweetheart! The next time I buy another Mercedes, it will absolutely come from Mercedes Benz of Northwest Arkansas!
