BUYER BEWARE: purchased a used vehicle and told it was a one owner. I got it home and my son ran a Carfax and found out it was a three owner and a lemon. Took the car back and requested my money back and showed them the Carfax, only to be met by hostility, and three tall overweight hillbillies trying to intimidate me. After threatening a lawsuit and turning them into DFA did they finally give me my money back. These guys are scam artists and DO NOT buy a used vehicle until you have a Carfax!

I was heading out for vacation when I began having issues with my new Ram 1500. My check engine light came on, my tow/haul disengaged, the auto start stop light came on, cruise wouldn't work and. I was stuck in 4th gear. I couldn't get over 50 mph. I slowly made my way into Ramsey M.C. i called ahead to let them know i was on my way. A member of their service team came out as soon as I arrived and hooked the truck up to diagnostics.
Within a couple of minutes the tech diagnosed my issue, applied the computer update, and we were back on the road in no time! My vacation was saved thanks to Ramsey Motor Company. I made my check in time and ticket time for the event of the night! Big shout out to the team at Ramsey! A+, 5 stars.all the above!

Called two weeks ago to schedule a recall issue, was told they have the part and made an appointment for two weeks out. I drop my car off for the scheduled appointment time, then get a call several hours later saying they don't have the part and it'll be another several weeks longer and they would order the part sometime next week. Completely wasting my time and theirs, why tell your customers you have the part and schedule an appointment when you don't have the part or gave it away to another customer.

I typically wouldn't leave a bad review for any company, but I have had the worst experience with my Jeep since purchasing it in June! It's in the shop over and over! Now the 4 wheel drive won't turn on, and it will be almost an entire month before Ramsey service dept will even look at it, after having it in the shop for 3 weeks in November! I really hope you treat your other customers better!

They are very rude and inconsiderate. They have had my van for four months and refuse to do any work on it and the service manager is very disrespectful and inconsiderate. He does not care about people who have kids. The service manager accused me of smoking a cigarette in the loaner and then openly admitted to following me. Then he proceeded too tell me if I wanted my van fixed on time to take it somewhere else and that they don't need my business.
Now knowing that my van is there under warranty work, but I can not be told a straight answer from them on when it will be fixed. I was also called poor by one of the service desk ladies. How can someone judge you by your clothes and call you poor or a liar. They have no respect for customer service. Wood motor company is by far the best place for a vehicle.

They don't know what a recall or special service campaign is and did not honestly attempt to fix an issue on a car I was willing to buy, that they as the dealer absolutely should have felt obligated to address before selling it. They're not too quick on communications or believing their customers either, who probably often know the car they're buying better than they (Toyota).

I made an appointment online to have my dodge dually serviced. The appointment time was 2:15 PM for today May 6, 2021. When I arrived I checked in and was told that "Technical" issues. were backed up and I could get on a list and I may be able to be serviced in two weeks. My appointment was to replace the drive train U-joints and the carrier bearing, I don't know how that is a technical issue.
Two hours of my time wasted driving to Harrison and over $15 in diesel fuel. I was hesitant to make an appointment due to their rating and I should have driven to Missouri to get my work done.

Traveling to Arkansas with friends for the first time to go camping and got a nail in a tire. My tires need replacing any ways so I decided just to purchase 2 new tires and have them installed. I Waited for almost two hours for them to tell me that they decided to just patch the hole and not sell/ replace my tires. Also they didn't recollobrate my tire censors.
As it was cutting into my trip with friends I decided to just pay for the patch and leave. On the way out to pay I over heard some mechanic call me an idiot. Which I 100% looked him in the eye and said, I'd be the idiot you're referring to. He looked embarrassed but offered no apology. This place is awful with rude and incompetent staff.
I purchased my 2015 Dodge Ram brand new (which I love) and have lived in two other cities where I've had it completely serviced by the dealerships and never have I experienced such abhorrent behavior and dissatisfaction as I have with this place.

Here I am on vacation. Just got my car back from them yesterday for a transmission rebuild and it is worse then when I brought it there! Here it is the weekend and they are closed and I am supposed to be back on the road to home in California early Monday morning. I guess I will have to wait until Monday am to talk to someone and figure out what to do. So, I went back and they were trying to figure out what was wrong; contacting the factory STAR service techs numerous times and trying different things.
While that was happening I was looking at new/used cars and they had just got a '14 Charger Black on Black on trade over the weekend. They made me a killer deal on trade in of my '08 car with 200,000 miles on it. I know its hard to believe but after they gave me the price it took only like 15 minutes for credit app and approval and 15 minutes for paperwork and I drove it off the lot.
Special shout out to Tom Ramsey, Payton, sales and Darryl, business manager and Jeff, service manager. Everyone there was so nice, understanding and helpful. Best car buying experience EVER! Thanks! I love my new car! Unlimited Lifetime power train warranty too for no xtra charge.

Can I go negative on the stars? I bought my Jeep in June 2014. I love my Jeep and have had no problems with it at all. What I have had problems with is the service. I bought the extended tire warranty (DO NOT get this). On Sept 11 while getting my tires rotated (somewhere else) I am informed that I have a knot forming on one of my tires. The mechanic puts my tire back on and I drove straight to the dealership.
A helpful woman came out to my car and took down info and measured the tire tread then told me someone would call me. Not that day. Not the next business day. So I called them. Still checking. Daily phone calls to them. Still checking. I get frustrated and let a male check on my behalf on Sept 21. This does help and he gets a response from Mr. Hale.
Still no answer but they are checking on it. FINALLY on Sept 22 I find out they have ordered a replacement tire. On Sept 25 I finally get my tire. TWO weeks after the knot was found. Do NOT use this place for ANYTHING! I am stationed at Fort Bragg, NC and had some issues with my truck while visiting my parents. paid $500 to get the problem fixed, then drove from Fort Knox Kentucky to get it, found out in the drive back the problem still was not fixed. I took the truck back and they charged me another $300 and when I came to pick it up the problem was still not fixed.
At this point I have spent $800 and several days and it still has the exact same problem. I would not take my truck here again if they would fix it for free. Do not use this place unless you have tons of free time and more money than you know what to do with. Thank you for taking the time to read this
