Bought an Enorossi product from Bruggink's equipment. It was a DR420 and something on it broke just about every time we used it. Edney didn't have any parts here in the states so we'd have to wait weeks to get parts. We decided it would be best to trade it in but the dealer wouldn't take it on a trade because he didn't want the thing back since we had so many problems.
He tried to get Edney involved and they didn't offer any help either one of their reps actually told us that he wouldn't have bought the product himself. We now are being told they won't warranty any more parts now either. I guess their warranty means nothing to them. I would not recommend doing any business with these people.

We are Vermeer Ag. Equipment in Hammond WI. We carry the Edney Brands and they are so great to work with. We the dealership who works directly with the end user (the customer) enjoys calling Edney with implement questions and spec details. They also carry so many brands that we can supply our customers with almost any implement that has been invented. High quality and friendly with competitive prices. Thanks Edney!

Bad business practices. Purchased a hydraulic auger attachment for $300, warehouse manager would not take cash or check, credit card only. THEN Edney charged a 3% fee, to me, on top of my purchase, penalizing me for using a credit card. It's a good thing my purchase was only $321 dollars, as I would have hated to see what a 3% transaction fee looked like on a $5,000 equipment purchase. This company is SO old school, they even had to run my credit card by calling the transaction into a call center, via a phone call. Buyers and businesses beware.
