I do not have the best credit, it's actually pretty bad. Lybergers helped me and my family get into a low mileage truck. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Martin and the folks at Lybergers. P.s. Love my truck.

I had been doing repeat business with Lybergers since 2012. I have sent others there based on how I was treated. I went to their lot with my son in law and daughter last year when he was looking for a used truck. I was less than impressed with the salesman, he was really pushing this couple to sign a contract, NOW or you could lose the option to buy.

I made the daughter stop and told them to check elsewhere for financial information. It was the smart move, they saved over 3% on a loan. Then, 56 days after the purchase, the transmission crapped out. They called Lybergers because there is a 60 day warranty on the vehicle. After 10 days of dodging phone calls Lybergers says there was no warranty on the vehicle? ($30k+ so not supposed to be a POS) I was with them prior to the purchase and was aware of the "60 day warranty".

I am so disappointed in the actions of this business and the manner in which they treated their customers, I will not recommend them to anyone. In fact, if you think you need a vehicle do not purchase from them. Run the other direction.

After visiting several other dealerships and leaving dissatisfied I found my way to Lyberger's. I could not have asked for anything better than the treatment that we received from Martyn. I am a picky engineer who wants everything to make sense. I preferred a particular brand which he showed me, but also showed me a competitor which did not carry the premium price that my preference did.

He then went on to show me that the (extended warranty) industry considers the two brands to be equally reliable - which was what I was most interested in. He also had the remote start added seamlessly and searched around and found the premium studded tires that I required. Thank you Martyn for saving me thousands and working with me day after day while I researched item after item. (However, they didn't offer me any ice cream! [It was 4 above zero outside.] But instead I got the offer of a bag of apples every I put my head in the door.) Thank you Mrs. Lyberger for your dealership.

Marty provided my husband and I a surprisingly quick and painless experience when purchasing our Taurus! You won't find the honesty and care from any other dealership; would definitely give more than 5 stars if we were able! :

These guys were awesome. Steven was our salesperson (with a little help from Luke). They were not pushy, very transparent with the process, and super easy to deal with. The price of the vehicle was fair and upfront. They didn't try to add on a bunch of fees and services that we didn't need or want. We were in and out in about 2 hours (took that long because of my insurance company moving so slow.) I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just bought my truck from Lybergers! My brother had bought both his vehicles from them and highly recommended checking them out. I'm SUPER glad I did! They're fantastic! I spent the day shopping around at various other dealers, getting the "run-around" but my experience at Lybergers was so much better. They're honest, patient, and kind. Horrible experience at this lot. First day was good. Wife and I got there shortly before close and talked to a really nice salesman. Told him we were interested in a truck they had and we would be back tomorrow to see if we could make a deal. Came back the next day with my own approved financing through navy federal and my 2013 Dodge Durango with 50k miles. Books in good condition trade in at around 18k and I only owed 6k.

They waste about an hour of my time doing an appraisal and come back inside and say "well the good news is you have a couple grand in equity". I thought he was saying it sarcastically but he sat down and proceeded to tell me my car was only worth 8k because it was hard to sell. I knew I would take a hit from blue book value but 10k less come on that's just trying to rip someone off.

I went down to affordable used cars an hour later and got 15k on my trade. The manager or owner I guess got wind of us walking out and called my wife the next day and apologized and asked if we would come back down to work something out. So I appreciated him trying to make it right just just be careful who you deal with down there. Seems like they are just waiting for someone who is impatient or just not very savvy to take advantage of.

Lyberger's did an amazing job! They were very committed to making sure that we had a great experience! We bought a car there and they held onto it for us for two weeks while we finished moving from the lower 48. When we flew back into town they drove our car out to the airport for us and picked us up. They even had their own ride back so that we didn't need to run them back to their dealership! They are very small town values and all about taking care of their customers! I would recommend them to anyone!
