I made a huge mistake bringing my Range Rover here for service Don't make the same mistake and find another shop. Customer care zero! Had my RR for 6.5 hours (over night) and never contacted me once to update or get authorization to perform work. When I called them at 730 opening they were rude and defensive and twisting truth. Call ended with them telling me to come pick up your car.

Which is what I planned. Charged $158 for oil change & filter. I noticed the hood open warning was on when trying to drive off. At first it seemed closed ok but would not go off. Upon closer inspection I noticed they did properly cover and close the battery cover - it was haphazardly put in the general area and the hood closed Of course now it is cracked and has hole in it!

What reputable garage does this and behaves this way. Never encountered anything like this! Thankful it was not my Porsche 911! I have no idea what kind of synthetic oil was used (if) synthetic was used?! I have to go to dealership and have it done over along with finding the coolant leak and pulling any error codes. This won't let me post pictures of damaged engine /battery cowling.

They were able to fit me in same day due to recently moving here and found out the hard way that the local VW doesn't work on Audi. After being upset with that situation, I met these folks and they were friendly and helpful. Definitely going to be my go to shop for my vehicle.

Absolutely worse car repair ever don't go unless you want to pay a small fortune for them to ruin your car and we you call to express your concerns with the owner he won't care either. I needed a key made and my esp module checked I walked out with a key that half works at least the car will start but you can lock or unlock the car.the sunroof no longer works.the AC no longer works.the radio no longer works and many lights are on now.stay far away from this place

I have used their services twice and been happy both times. They were able to fit me in for an oil change on short notice after 2 other shops turned me away after telling me they could not get my car on their lifts.after they already new the make and model when setting the appointments. They recently installed a bolt on axle back exhaust for my car as well.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value They didnt do the work they claimed. my husband is doing the work now behind them and can easily tell that things were not replaced. if you would like photo proof, we have it. we paid $5000 and the problem with the car is worse than a year ago. they kept our car for over a year, horrible communication

I bought a Porsche Cayman AFTER researching Euro Pro and AutoHause. I selected Euro Pro and I am glad I did. They were in constant communication and finished all the work in VERY good time. Fair, honest and very self aware of their own limitations. They weren't able to replace the timing components on my 2014 Audi S4 so they were very forthcoming and didn't even charge me for the diagnostics. Highly recommended.

Well it seems a car never needs maintenance until you absolutely need it everyday for the foreseeable future! What I thought was going to be a quick fix ended up being a couple day process. EuroPro was a little slow to get it diagnosed but I'm sure just like everywhere else these days they're probably running on limited staff. Once my car was diagnosed I received a full estimate, with pictures, on what definitely need done now and things that could be fixed/updated but wasn't needed for performance at the moment.

I was able to accept what I wanted them to fix and wait on the other stuff. Was able to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours. All in all their prices are reasonable and they do their best to get the job done quickly. Definitely will use them for any other major fixes that may come up!

While on vacation our water pump failed and we were leaking coolant. The dealerships said it would be 2-3 weeks before I could get in. Europro diagnosed the problem the day I brought it in and repaired it the next day. They have been great to work with as I try to get the manufacturer to reimburse me for the work as the vehicle is under warranty. They saved our trip!

Absolutely awful! I brought my car to them in Hope's of them diagnosing the car and fixing. After about 3 days they sent me the text in the picture. They said they weren't able to fully diagnose my car because it kept cutting off and needed a $968 battery wire before they can actually say what the problem is. I would have been an idiot to pay $1000 for a battery wire, that supposedly ran from the front to the back of my car.

On top of that they charged me an entire hour of diagnostic fees, when all they done was scan my car and not even be able to diagnose the issue. Anyways I took my car to another shop they had no issue diagnosing the car, they informed me the battery wire was $50, and did not run from the front to the back of my car and just to throw in there this place specializes in foreign vehicles too!

To cut the story short Ken Baker tried to charge me nearly $4500 to start repairing my car, for an issue that they weren't sure about. While the other shop charged me $1500. Mind both shops would have been doing the same repairs. They are SCAMMERS! The guy couldn't even give me an invoice of parts and labor separately.
