My family has been using Hertz for all the car sales since we moved up to Idaho, (4+ cars) Bill was my salesman, and while he might seem intimidating, he's a gentle giant. No pressure for a sale, always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Highly recommend them for great prices and quality vehicles

Never cared for buying from dealerships but if you're going to definitely go to Hertz. Bill Buckly is the absolute best! We had a traumatizing experience with our 3 young kids getting locked in the car and Bill saved us by showing up on his day off and getting it open! He's the man!

Hertz is a great place to buy a vehicle this is my second car I have bought from them and I never hesitate to go back. They sure know how to take care of you. Buck (Bill Buckley) is the best to work with, he did not have a Tesla model 3 in stock but he kept his eye out and let me know immediately when one did. He is always on top of things and always thinking of me! Sends birthday cards every year and really cares about his customers! Thanks Buck and hertz! I am loving my Car!

Carlos Tinoco was a fantastic help in me finding the car I wanted. He put me at ease and helped walk me through the whole process: it was a great experience from the first phone call to driving off the lot. I would define purchase another car here as it felt like teamwork.

The worst customer service! The car I rented smelled horrible and was 6K miles over on oil change. I booked online. When I went to drop it off at the other end the rep said the IF changed it to different location and it would cost me more. No one told me there was a $400 deposit. The rep that check car in at Casper locations was a very smart mouthed individual. I will NEVER rent a car from Hertz again!

Truly an outstanding experience! Saved the car the same day I inquired about it and had been let down by many other dealers the same day. Wasn't able to fly in until the next week, Terry picked me up from the airport and then transported me to the interlock device installation place I needed. Service like this is hard to come by. We had a good experience. Buck and Johnny helped us and made everything go super smooth. There was a car we wanted at one of the other locations and they arranged to bring it to us so we didn't have to drive so far. Very friendly and helpful.

My husband wanted to buy a trailer to haul restaurant supplies; however in the winter and in the rain those supplies get wet if not covered well with a tarp and a spider web to keep the tarp from flapping in the wind. I'ts not convenient for us, because we move fast in and out of the restaurant, delivering and what not. I told my husband not to play with his time and money and to go buy a truck with a camper.

With in 45 minutes of driving my husband looked at a red truck, drove in the parking lot and in 2 minutes our salesman Terry showed my husband the details on the truck. My husband thought he was going to miss out on it by not being able to qualify. Not only did he qualify he got a good interest rate and Cody I believe worked on our paperwork and with in 15 minutes all paperwork was signed.

It doesn't stop there, our truck was washed and we received a 50 dollar gas card at my favorite gas station, the Sinclair. They are knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and they pay attention to details. What I really liked was overhearing a conversation with Terry and a potential customer on the phone where he thanked a potential customer for taking the time to test drive a Pathfinder and Terry was extremely professional. Remember don't play with your money nor time Hertz is the way to go. Thank you Terry and team.

Great place to buy a car. We have purchased 4 vehicles here and have always found the experience to be super easy and painless. The selection is great and if it's not on the lot, they will find it for you. Carlos in particular has always been fantastic. He has gone out of his way to make sure that everything is taken care of. Throughout the whole buying process he was extremely attentive and made sure every detail was covered.

Love these guys cannot recommend them heartily enough. They do what they say they are going to do and with a smile. I love that! I got a nearly new 14k miles Yukon XL and saved $15k over buying new. I had two very tiny dings I wanted out. It took me six weeks to get back over there and they had a new car for me to drive during the day while they did it.

Dale was the sales person and got me in to the car I was looking for. Cody was the financial person and he went beyond my expectations explained everything with great detail and got me a good rate financially. Thanks guys!
