Matt in Service is awesome to work with. I am not from the area, but I was traveling near Billings when I had an electrical issue of unknown origin that lit up my dash with warning lights. I stopped in and spoke with Matt and though they were fully booked for the day he was able to work me in and had my car ready to go by later that day. I am so grateful for the his help and would highly recommend this service department. They were great!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and recall and was greeted by Brenda, who was very friendly and said she had an even better offer for me than the one on the mailer in my hand, and she would make sure I received the best offer for my appointment. In scheduling my day around picking my kids up from school, I decided to drop my SUV off a few hours earlier than my appointment, and was running errands with a friend when Matt called and said my SUV was done - it was 40 minutes before my original appointment plan! I was shocked and so grateful, because that eliminated the stress of juggling cars and schedules later in the day to pick up my SUV. Matt was friendly and efficient, just like he was at my first oil change appointment, and I am so grateful to have a local dealership where I feel comfortable and appreciate their wonderful employees that go above and beyond to ensure a great experience for their customers.

We were on vacation in Montana, about 60 miles south of Billings. When we got back in the car and started it, we had every warning light on on the panel except the check engine light, and were given at least 15 different warnings to dismiss. The car seemed to drive fine but we had lost all gauges along with all the lights and warnings. I called GMC of Billings and told them what was going on and said we were about 45 minutes away. Matt in the service department was very friendly on the phone and said to come on in and they would get us fixed up.
When we arrived he was ready for us and they got to checking the car over right away. We went across the street to grab some lunch, when we got back it wasn’t long until they had us fixed up (a computer issue in the car). Matt told us to enjoy our vacation, we said thanks, where do we pay? He said no charge, have fun in Montana. Thank you so much for your kindness and knowledge in getting our car fixed. From a Missouri family, we appreciated it more than you know!
We highly recommend GMC of Billings for your car needs!

We drove down from Great Falls to look at a newly listed used car. Rachel was amazing getting it ready for us. She even called to check on us during our drive! We arrived within 1.5 hours of their closing time on a Saturday and they got it all taken care of in a timely fashion. The whole crew was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Great experience!

The vehicle we bought is beautiful & exactly what we wanted. The problems were with other details. When we received our financing papers we called & asked about sales tax as we are not from MT. We were told that we would just need to look into it when we registered our vehicle. We asked again the day we picked up our vehicle once it came in, same response was given.
After finding out we could add taxes onto our loan a call back to financing was done. During that call I was told yes you can add that but most people choose not to. First of all, we asked that question multiple times but not given that option. We then called our lender and they said the loan could be backed out and redone with sales tax added. My husband and I have both called financing and our salesman so we could get this done but never received a call back from either of them. Those calls were made last week. Very poor customer service especially when it comes to the financing of a vehicle.

This is my second time interacting with RimRock Billings, and they've been professional and helpful each time. Sales associates are friendly and personable, finance folks are nice too. If you're in need of a car, check this spot first. They'll work with you and ultimately provide the best service they can. Overall, I've been pleased to do business with them!

Low balled me on my trade in. When I called them out, they tripled their offer but some manager left a petty little note about "not their fault I paid too much on my car". Terrible experience. There are other more trustworthy, customer friendly dealerships out there that will appreciate your time and business. Don't give them your money. To owner: Ask Brandon if I've been there.

Patrick was awesome! Patrick and the technician were able to diagnose the liftgate problem immediately, and they also double-checked it with the computer. Patrick explained everything thoroughly and contacted the warranty provider to see if it was covered. Unfortunately it is not, but Patrick did everything he could to help.

Was glad I got a 50% off coupon for oil and tire rotation which is about $120,c alled them they said it would be $60 ended up being $68 after at 1st they tried to charge over $80. Nice people, place was clean I just didn't like that I paid more than I was told I'd have to and I did not get the free 90 days of siries radio either that was on coupon.

We have been buying cars both new and used from Rimrock for years. The past few years GMC/Cadillac has become our go to place. The buying experience is no hassle or messing around, they have given us what I feel is a fair price on trades first go around, and given manufacturers discounts etc. without us asking. Our sales gal, Rachel, has been amazing to work with on our last two purchases.
She is easy to get ahold of and communicates clearly and promptly. Matt has worked to get us the best rates possible and has been no pressure when we are able to get a better rate through our own bank. They found an issue on the title for our most current trade in and Matt was able to guide us through exactly what we needed to do to correct it so that he could purchase the vehicle from us.
Don't even get me started on Patrick in the Service Department. He ALWAYS recognizes us when we are at the dealership and has even greeted me when he saw me pull in the parking lot to make sure something wasn't wrong with the car I had just purchased, even though I was only there to sign papers. 10/10 for this place the last couple years, give them a shot

Very professional. Was able to call and have solid numbers over the phone. They beat several dealers in the area for trade value. Salesman, Sales Manager and rest of staff were very friendly. Made for an excellent buying experience. I would recommend calling Robert for purchase of your next vehicle. Went through different vehicle options until we found the right one for us. No pressure sales.

Valerie called me after I submitted the "get today's best price" on their website for a denali pickup. She asked if I had any questions and I told her I only needed the best price as I am very familiar with these trucks. She took my name and address and said she would call me back. After an hour, I called her back but supposedly she was out. Another 2-1/2 hours later, some young man calls me back and says the best price is $5000 over the advertised price. False advertising and wasting my time.

All in all, I love the vehicle that I got. The buying process was very easy, but the customer service was horrendous. Our experience we dealt with some very great people & not so great people, but I guess that happens wherever you go. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Wish our overall buying process was handled better and more professional.

My wife and I accepted a job offer from Rimrock GMC/Cadillac in Billings. We were located in Houston, Texas and accepted an offer from the GSM (general sales manager) Marianne Hernandez. My wife was brought on board to replace the current finance manager who was suppose to take the desk manager position. We drove to Billings with our entire family and all of our belongings on Saturday to start on Monday.
We started on Monday (mostly new hire paperwork and receiving our log in information). We worked Tuesday and Marianne stated they were able to schedule my wife and I for the same day off. On our day "OFF" Ernie Lee the General Manager called my wife retracting her offer for employment due to the fact the finance manager she was suppose to replace did not feel comfortable taking over the desk manager position.
My wife and I keep things professional, so just because she was terminated I did not let that affect my decision to stay on with the company. So Thursday I showed up to work at 7:45, to start opening up the lot. Marianne and the other managers did not say a word to me. Ernie Lee showed up and called me into his office only to tell me my offer for employment was also retracted. Leaving my wife and I 2100 miles away from our home, $2000 dollars in travel down the drain and now jobless 2100 miles away from our home with our entire family.

Awesome service and super helpful people. Our truck broke down while we were traveling through town. We stopped in and the guys and gals in the service department jumped right on it and helped us get out of town as quickly as possible. Made the crappy experience as painless as possible and were very nice and accommodating

Very unprofessional. They have no problem lying to your face. The offer they gave me for a trade on a Yukon was an insult. My car is worth $37k on kbb. They offered $30k. The paperwork and financing is designed to confuse you and they know that. My wife and I got frustrated and left. They are trying to make an easy buck no matter what. There are much better dealerships than this one.

This is the worst place I've ever bought a car/truck. The salesman and manager did nothing but lie about everything. Talked me into purchasing a LUX care product telling me that one coat had already been put on it. LIARS! I was supposed to come back in a couple of months for second coat, but when we got there, we found out that it was actually the first coat and they wanted me to return in 6 months for them to do it over again because the manager didn't like the way the new trainee put on the first coat.
They lied all the way through that and it cost me over $200 for it. Next they told me that the GMC Canyon I purchased was a half ton and would pull my 6,000 lb. food trailer. What a joke! It pulled it, but nearly ruined the frame of that poor little truck. I went to a different dealership (not GMC) and bought a REAL half ton truck. The manager, Jim and salesman, Rich are worthless.
They don't know anything about their vehicles and will tell you anything just to make a sale. They are liars and thieves and if you're thinking about buying a GMC, go somewhere else. If I could give them zero stars I would, worst 6 months of my life.

While I recently moved out of town, it was a pleasure to find out that Shannon and Jesse were able to help my wife who doesn't know much about servicing her vehicle. They treated her like family and made sure her vehicle was safe and sound for her and the kids. I'm really happy she had the opportunity to meet them!

I went in for an oil change. The service rep quoted me 69 dollars. When my truck was ready for pick-up, the final cost was 92 dollars. No additional work was done. The mechanic also failed to fill my exhaust brake fluid which was suppose to be included with the service. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the fluid to be added. The following day my co-workers told me this dealership has a bad reputation around the city.

I enjoyed buying a vehicle from Rimrock Cadillac GMC, I'm happy to say that I'm very pleased with my Cadillac. My car salesman, Ashton Wheeler, was great. He's very knowledgeable and actually made the headache of car buying enjoyable. He found me the perfect car, got me the best deal and affordable monthly payments. I myself, am a very satisfied customer and I would recommend buying a car from here any day.

BE VERY CAREFUL! I would give them NO Stars if that was an option if you are looking for a 2016 GMC 4W Crew CAB color of Bronze Alloy and the last 6# of the VIN are 247490. We purchased this vehicle from them and they failed to advise of over $850 in hail damage repair that they did. There is still hail damage on around the driver side door of the belt molding chrome and when the vehicle was delivered to us there was a LARGE scratch with a dent right under the drivers side door (kick plate) rock chips and in the back seat the interior trim where the seat belts go in was all scratch.
When we signed the contract we were advised that the mileage was 2534 but when they delivered the vehicle on a trailer there was 2553. Is it a big deal. umm I was upset that they added more miles to our vehicle after we signed our contract and it is just another item to show they do not respect their clients This company has yet to release us of our financing note and says they do not have any paperwork which is incorrect we had to sign the paperwork twice and I have my copies of both.
They even owe us money for overnight delivery but again their word is invalid. ON 09/27/16 They have taken back the vehicle and already have it on their site for sale but they have not followed through with anything Eric Hunsacker - General Sales Manager, Brandon Busse - Dearlership GM, Tony LaGaly - F & I Manager & Patrick Pringle - Sales Associate are all the parties that we had communication with until they stopped communicating.
They even have refused to be open and honest with GM Customer Service Rep who has called me and asked me for information. They refuse to send us a copy of the our VOIDED Contract any paperwork that they have the vehicle back other than they have it back on their website for sale as a NEW vehicle listed at full This company is not honest and they had no intension of disclosing the hail damage to us and they were just hoping we would never find out.
We fall under 3 different state laws as we signed the paperwork in CA and the vehicle was purchased in MT and delivered to SD. But based on MT Law they have to disclose any all damage. Buyer BEWARE. This company is not one that I would ever do business with and I have to say I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years all which are GM products and have never had such a dishonest dealership in all my years.

If I could give these fuckin knob gobblers zero stars I would. I was looking into getting a new to me truck, and told the people there that the moment they tried to push a sale I was going to ask them to leave me be. Did this to not just one, but four of these reading fucktards. Before the fifth one could say a damn thing I told him to suck my dick and I was taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend going here. Everything is way over priced, and they won't budge at all. My apologies for the language but they royally pissed me off.

I was in works to buy car or my daughter and was told they would call me back in morning at the end of the day. Well, they called back and told me their sister store next door (VW) sold the car to another person while we were in negotiations. This should have been a red flag, but I bought a 2015 Denali Sierra trauck solely because price was decent in comparison to other Denail. Bobby did a decent job with only being on job for a few days, but was clear he had little to no training.
Manager seemed very rude towards him and I was far from impressed. Took truck in 3 times to get some answers on things still have never received resolution. They also threw away my Bobcat license plates on the trades so had to spend another $100 to get new plates. Bobby said he would pay, but shouldn't come from his pocket. Although, price was decent and I love the truck the overall customer service and experience sucked so not sure I would ever buy another vehicle from Rimrock.

We recently purchased a used vehicle here and where treated with the up most respect and at no time did we ever feel pressured into getting a vehicle. Doug Round was our sales representative we were fortunate to have used and took his time to show us vehicles that we wanted to look at test driving. We had the deal done in less than 2 hrs. No hassle's, and have since returned to use the free car wash. Thank you
