Mr Childs and Mr Jenkins were very friendly, knowledgeable and assisted me in the entire process of trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. Mr. Childs followed up two days later to make sure I didn't have any issues or any unanswered questions. Kudos for making the entire process very painless in this difficult market.

I just recently hit a deer on 03-30-2022 and my 2019 Silverado was still drivable. I work in Smithfield and decided just to take it to Tri-Star Chevy to get an estimate. Let me tell you two weeks prior I was rear ended and had just gotten my truck back the Friday before. I live in White Oak, Pa and I had my estimate and all the body work done at Riverview Chevrolet in North Huntington.

They were awesome I had over 3K in damage and the ladies who did my estimate did it within 20minutes! I was expecting the same time frame from Tri Star. Boy was I wrong. They had three people in the collision center sitting at computers. They told me they couldn't even do an estimate for a week? Let me just tell you there was only minor damage and they wouldn't even get up to look at it first before deciding it couldn't be done for a week?

I wonder if the management knows that the collision dept is just letting money slip through their fingers? Anyways I took my truck to Riverview and I can only sing their praises. I know its an hour out of most people's way to drive to North Huntington but they sure know how to take care of customers! Whoever is responsible for this at Tri star I hope they read this and tell those lazy collision reps to not let anyone walk out the door without at least taking 15 minutes for an estimate. Just so you know mine was for $1500. Keep throwing money away and we'll see how long you last continuing on the path you're on now. GOOD LUCK!

We were very pleased with our service on the 12th. When we bought the equionx our son bought a trailblazer then my other son fell in love with his brothers trailblazer so he bought one and they love them. I think Tri star will be the only place we go to for all of our cars in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! They have went down hill big time. Cannot find the problem and then double charge you when they finally find the issues after multiple visits. Tried to talk to the service manager who didn't care are all that he was double charging me! Stay away.

Once again, another great job done by the staff of chevy tri star Uniontown. Ryan and the sales team have looked after us 100% as usual and the parts/service departments have been great as well. I am sure that we will be back again. Pat & Misse Cummins

I do not have anything good to say about the service department. I took a truck in with a cracked rear windshield due to a malfunction in the defrost grid. I spoke with extended warranty company and confirmed it was covered. I was told I would have to pay $130 if they looked at it and it wasn't covered but I wasn't worried since I knew it was. Well, after waiting an hour, the service department never even pulled my vehicle into the garage and took a picture and sent to the warranty company. Meanwhile, the service advisor never returned any calls and was always completely vague with me when I asked questions.

I later found out that the claim was denied because the technician left "Cause of Damage/Malfunction" section completely blank. Therefore, it appeared to be a broken piece of glass. They DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE TRUCK. When I questioned them about it, they said if I want to bring it back in I might have to pay $130. HELLO! I BROUGHT IT IN ONCE ALREADY AND YOU DIDN'T 'DO YOUR JOB!

I took my vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership and was treated much better and guess what? My truck is covered under warranty. Amazing how things happen when someone actually checks your truck and calls you back! Will never go there again. I believe I was disrespected even more due to being a young female.

First of all when I made the appt. I made it for Thursday the 30th but when I received my confirming email and text it stated the appt. was for the 29th. This is the first mistake they made. I said ok to the 29th after making another call to them. I also asked if they could check my brakes since the were squeaking, they said they would., but when I arrived at the appt.

I was told there is an up charge for checking brakes. I always thought they check brakes for a state inspection. So I had to agree, after all these are brakes, the charge was 69.00. I was very upset. Was never told I would be paying that much for checking brakes. At this point I was very angry and not a happy customer. Then I was told that the brakes passed inspection and that I would eventually need new brakes at a cost of way over 600.00.

Now I am really angry and I told them no. I am going to try and find someone else to do my brakes. That is too high for my budget. I am a senior citizen on a tight budget. So now you want my opinion and you are getting more then you bargined for. Also when I took my other vechiles to Creville's in Mt. Pleasant PA they always washed off the outside of the car as a good customer service.

I have never had a car washed at Tri-Star. Not happy about that either. I may not go back there again for service, I have to use them for inspections and that will be all. So as you can see you have a very dis-satisified customer.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the people I worked with. My lease was running up and I had been looking for a new car for 6 months, only to be strung along and disappointed time and time again. I just by chance drove by the dealership and decided look around. I'm not sure how they did it but I was able to walk out with a great deal on a 2021 Traverse.

From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me and made me feel like I wasn't too crazy or wasting their time (even though they secretly might think I'm crazy). They gave me attention, laughed with me and even made my 6 year old son feel welcomed. Jim, Chris, Jim, Barry (and the guy who came in on his day off) were a breathe of fresh air after losing all hope in dealers and this process. I have, and will, continually recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new car. I couldn't be happier with every part of this process with them.

Service department was 25 minutes late for my scheduled 8 AM appointment. I had a chance to meet and talk to Marlowe Giles in sales. He was very personable with excellent customer service skills. My first impression of Marlowe is that he's a top-notch member of your sales team.
