Shortly After purchasing a car from soul savers I experienced some issues with the car and even after I was a little hot headed about the issue they still sent me to a mechanic after my warranty was two weeks past expiration and had the issue fixed. I wasn't optimistic at first but this means the world to me and I really hope this review helps someone.

I was in need of a car and didn't have much for a down payment. I traded in my 1999 Mercury sable and was given $ 200 for the trade. I purchased a 2014 Kia forte for $ 7, 424.83. Since the car is financed through them after all said and done a $ 7,000 car winds up costing me $19,339.12. They take advantage of people and lie about the cars. I asked before i bought it if it had been in an accident and was told no.

Come to find out it was, the Front-end suspension was messed up, I wrote a letter to Mike the head Honcho who's by the way quite Rude, explaining the issue with the car. He made an appointment for me at an alignment shop even though that wasn't the case. So I went to the shop that they use, and my front suspension got replaced, the mechanics if that's what u want to call them put the CV boot on the wrong side of the car. obviously just by looking at it u could tell where the leak was coming from.

My paydays are Tuesdays and I have told Heather many of times that I cant pay till then. but like clock work she calls me every Tuesday to remind me of my payment. She's Rude and not very professional. They suck the money out of people and no lead way with them at all. there should be a law against Car dealers like this

Horrible company to deal with especially Heather in the office. We had to have our truck towed for repair and their tow truck guy stole everything out of the inside. Then when we spoke with Heather she said that was an impossibility and wouldn't take ownership of it. Apparently their tow truck guy wasn't wearing a camera on our pick up. How convenient. then she had my car picked up saying that we were a bad loan. even though we have been making our payments and everything was fine until their company stole our stuff out of truck. Worst company every. They say they there to help but not true.

They were awesome, they got me into exactly what I wanted and made it work for my budget, thank you soooo much

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Sole Savers, their finance company Northwest Acceptance is amazing and easy to deal with. Recently my family has been hit with the tremendous loss of my son, Heather from Northwest Acceptance has been so kind and extremely understanding, without her our already stressful time could have been intensified. Thank you Heather for everything you've done for our family, it means more than you could ever know!

I'll update my review based on the courtesy of Mike. I am not happy with the ladies in the finance department as they are very rude, disrespectful and give misleading information. But after a while of trying to figure out my issue, Mike called me and was respectful, and clear about what needed to be done and how he can help. I very much appreciate his courtesy.

As for the women in the financial department they need to work on their attitude and treat people with respect. Thank you Sole savers auto for helping me get into a car that will be beneficial for my family.

Sole Savers is a great place to buy a vehicle from. They treated me with respect and honesty. No pressure sales and I got the truck I really wanted. Their finance company they work with is so awesome. The ladies are sweet and so helpful. They even were able to help me get financing to help fix my truck so I wouldn't have to come up with the full bill. I would recommend this company to any and all friends and family I have. I had an awesome experience! They gave me cash for my trade, easy terms and i just love my new to me car! They put a couple grand worth of recent work into it, and brand new tires! They were polite and professional and i didnt feel judged because my credit was not perfect! Happy customer!

Also a thank you to the GM we didn't catch your name but you too were helpful and professional. You guys made the car buying experience pain free and fun. It was fast and easy. Came in late in the evening and was called with an approval early the next day.

We will be returning! Prices may be above Kelly blue book but they are taking risks with people with bad credit so it's to be expected. I feel I was given a great deal with easy terms. So thank you to sole savers for a great truck.

I've read the other reviews and all I have to say is - What did you expect! They are upfront with you as to what they do there, of course you're paying higher than book value, of course you have a high interest rate, of course you're payment is high - if your situation is such that you can shop around what the hell are you doing here - go get raped at Lithia.

These people are honest and are filling a niche market that only World Famous shares and frankly these people are winged angels in comparison. I got a great car not a $1000 Craig's list special, a 30 day bumper to bumper warranty and the ability to maybe improve my credit. Thank you Sole Savers.

My advice is, if you have ANY other option for buying a car take it. DO NOT BUY FROM SOLE SAVERS! I purchased three cars from these life suckers. After nearly nine years of paying outrageous monthly payments (payout for each vehicle was approximately four times it's value) I am finally free having traded in my latest disaster for a quality car from a legitimate dealer.

Apparently sole savers didn't receive the payoff yet for my old car (just bought it a week ago) because this morning I received a call from their in house "bank" saying that my monthly payment was two days late. When I told the woman I had traded it in she said very rudely that until they received payout I was still responsible. I told her I would not be paying (obviously) and reminded her that although our business relationship was over, I have been a great customer.

I did buy three vehicles from them and was NEVER late in making my payments, not once in nearly a decade. And now the first time I'm late two days this snotty woman calls me and mistreats me. She promptly hung up on me. Talk about professional. Way to go Sole Savers! I won't miss you

If I could give a -5, I would. Never, never believe anything they tell you. Their cars are way over priced, and once anything goes wrong, forget about getting it fixed correctly. I was told that all kinds of work was done on the vehicle before I bought it, turned out to not be true. Within days I started having so many problems, I almost had an accident.

The alignment was way off, and the brakes started to grind, then lights came on and vehicle stopped. They quoted me a price to fix it which was extremely high, even though I was told that everything it needed was taken care of. I took it to another facility and it was repaired at about half of the price they were asking. I went to the manager asking them to reimburse me for the repairs.

His comment was that it was a used car and things happen. He was extremely rude. If you want a vehicle that will run NEVER BUY IT HERE! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. A BUNCH OF LIES.

This place continues to suck people dry, the office manager has a real entitlement issue. 2nd time my vehicle form these thieves wouldn't start. I was late to work once and today had to find another ride to work. Was then greeted with a rude office manager advising me she could either help me or i could call (passport) the place who apparently has the power!

Who do I make payments to? Not passport. After being ridiculed and told it's my responsibility to ensure my truck starts and the codes are updated, been doing business here for over two years never missed a payment or been late and still get treated like the average customer here who doesn't probably pay there bill. Will be calling to speak with someone else who can maybe be a little more respectful with paying customers! Don't do business here. Still only one credit report being reported too, and it's when convenient to them!

I was sold a car that was wayyyy over priced My payments are extreamly high, but I was in a bind so I went for it anyway. 5 months later the car is broken down the repairs are close to $1500.00 to fix it.

Sole Savers has saved my soles many times. They always work with me to try to fit payments into a tight budget

Never buy here, I bought a car here to build credit. Ending up now paying 18,000 for a 4,000 car. save your money up and just buy one out right or go else where. You're almost better off walking and resoling your shoes.
