This company was very accommodating to me when my car needed attention while I was away from home. They gave me the earliest possible appointment. After one hour of testing they informed me that they would be ordering and installing a new engine at Hyundai's expense. I was also provided a vehicle to drive home while my own vehicle was disabled. I highly recommend their services.

Today was a very amazing day. Don Bessette Hyundai was able to service my vehicle promptly, while I was attending my college classes. They had a person to transport me wherever I needed during this process and I'm very happy about my SUV purchase a year ago. They still treated me with great customer service like it was my first car purchase.

I was in between 4 and 5 stars but the little issues that we had were understandable due to the uncertainty of the materials and shipping issues in the United States right now. The kindness of the employees was great but the communication on when certain vehicles were going to arrive due to the U.S. supply chain issues got kind of frustrating also the amount of people that want the Palisade is insane but understandable its a great deal for an up to date vehicle. All around good service and they get my recommendation.

Don Bessette made buying my car easy. They brought it right to me to look at and test drive. They gave me a fair trade in for my car. Then they changed the oil and rotated my tires today and it was all free. Thank you Don Bessette for making it all so easy. P.S. Had a car on hold before it arrived on lot. Ricky was very helpful and replied to any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle and the wait time on the delivery. Also helped me find a good wheel swap for my car for winter time without breaking the bank to do it. A very smooth experience all in all would highly recommend.
