My sales person Janie was a delight and worked diligently to make sure the process was smooth and fast. If you're in the market for a high quality new to you car, I recommend you stop in.

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted to do. I was very unsure of the whole process. Once I connected with Steve, I instantly felt comfortable. If I didn't have to get a car I wouldn't. I was dreading having to buy one after getting the luxury of not having a car payment for a while. When it comes to vehicles, I have never found a car that I absolutely loved. After speaking with Bob Perry about what I'm looking for in a vehicle, he picked one out for me that I absolutely love. We were able to get me into a lease that was a good fit and within my price range. 10/10 would lease again.

Be very careful with your information. I reached out to Apple Leasing to see if there were any options that benefitted my current lease situation. I was told by my sales rep, Paul, that Apple Leasing utilizes FICO 8 score through Experian, and that my credit would only be run once. Well, turns out they ran my credit more than once and even added a hard inquiry on my Equifax credit report.

If you're someone who pays very close attention to what happens on your credit, be warned that they will run your credit more than once and not tell you about it. I only found out because I have alerts that come to my email. Also, I was told that the vehicle I wanted was going for $10-$15k over sticker due to high demand. I called around and found the exact build I sent to Apple Leasing for the price quoted. Deceptive practices and smooth talkers at Apple Leasing, like Paul, will lie to you then push vehicles they want at you claiming "it'll book right with the bank".

The vehicles Paul gave me would have had me paying thousands more for a down payment and end up with a higher note. I guess he thought that was a good deal because he didn't try very hard to take my concerns into account. Just another reason why dealerships are full of the worst people imaginable.

I never thought buying a car would be SO easy. Steve helped me, ask for Steve! I am beyond happy with my purchase & couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called first thing in the morning, when I showed up the car was ready, & I was off for the test drive. There was no hassle or pressure. Steve was easy to talk to & I never felt rushed or pressured into making an immediate decision. Their dealership felt very comfortable to be in, you could tell it was a good community & everyone was friendly. I highly recommend! No regrets! Y'all are the best.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to to have Stephen take care of us, and it was truly the most pleasant auto leasing experience either of us have ever gone through. Not only was Stephen easy going and a true gentleman, he got us a great deal on a wonderful vehicle for my wife. To let you know what kind of guy he is, when our baby needed a change, this man offered up his office for us.

In my experience, he's a rare bird in this business, and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to ask for Stephen, he's the best, and very much appreciated.

This morning, I signed my third lease with Apple. I was unhappy in a Honda Pilot and looking for a more adventurous ride. Meet my new ride, Big Bertha! I was shocked to be able to buy one of my two dream cars and it got here in less than a week. We were able to trade in my Pilot and get this beauty for a STEAL thanks to the savvy of my new friend Ray with Apple.

I am completely in love with my new #jeepgladiator and can't wait to take to it Padre and Big Bend. If you're dreaming of a new car, I highly recommend giving Ray a chance to take a look and see what he can find. He's an auto-finding wizard. We have had such positive experiences with Apple each time. It takes all the hassle and frustration out of the car purchasing process.

I had been wanting to try Apple leasing for some time now since I've leased my last 3 vehicles from the dealer (Roger Beasley Mazda). I really wanted to like this organization as I've heard good things about them and what they can do for customers, but my experience with them was less than stellar. Initial contact with them was fine as it was relatively quick, but once I told them specifically what I was looking for the said they'd get back to me by noon the next day. Well, 4 days later I hadn't heard anything from them so I emailed asking if they had just given up looking for me.

They called right away and said that they called every Mazda dealer in every surrounding state and there were none to be had. I thought that was odd since Roger Beasley, right here in the good 'ol Austin, TX, showed to have 6 coming in. They said that was the only dealer that they didn't call. Are you serious? The largest Mazda dealer in the COUNTRY and you didn't bother giving them a call?

So he said he'd call them and get back to me ASAP. He did, but said that they were all spoken for and that I wouldn't see one available for a couple of months. Specifically, I was looking for a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition (AWD / Turbo). Yes, it's a very specific car, but Apple claims to be able to get any vehicle requested. Apparently all except for this hard-to-get Mazda.

So I decided to give Mazda South a shot, as I have been using them since 1998, and sure enough they delivered. Within 2 days they had one at their Georgetown location, we made a deal and I now drive elusive '21 Carbon Edition. I wanted to like Apple Leasing, I really did. I firmly believe I'd probably be paying less of a monthly payment through them, but they just didn't do their job.

The team at Apple Leasing are great to work with! I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Scott, and his associate, Randy. They were personable, honest, and direct. They made the purchase process so simple and accommodated me while I was pressed for time (with my Mom in the hospital ICU). They exceeded my expectations and this was one of the easiest car purchases/transactions I've ever experienced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A sincere thank you for making this happen!

I needed to trade in my compact car for a family SUV. I had been to other dealerships during the process and had the absolute worse experience. I don't think anyone really looks forward to the "politics" of buying a new vehicle. I know I didn't. But after dealing with Stephen at Apple Leasing I am happy to no longer feel that way. The entire experience from when I inquired to when I received my car was less than twenty-four hours. Purchased a used F-150 Raptor from McCaleb at Apple leasing. McCaleb was excellent to work with and helped accommodate getting the truck shipped to me which was over 1,100 miles away. Truck showed up on time and paperwork was completed diligently and easy. I was skeptical from being out of town but felt this was easier than dealing with another dealer locally.

On top of it, their pricing was the best I found based on how far I searched. I highly recommend this dealer and would ask for McCaleb when you are inquiring about a car! Thanks for the first class experience! I'll be back in the future.

I had so many doubts about purchasing a Porsche from out of state, not seeing it in person, and relying solely on a third party car inspector but I am so glad I was fortunate enough to work with McCaleb Lanier. He patiently worked with me over the phone going over every minute detail of the vehicle and answered every single phone call and text message I sent him (even while he was in the hospital).

I ended up hiring a third party inspector and off the record was told that they rarely see a used vehicle in such great condition as this one. Long story short, I've still been searching cars.com listings in disbelief that I purchased what's still the best priced Cayenne S with unlimited mile warranty in the entire country! The entire process was hassle free and within a couple of days it was on my driveway 1,600 miles from Austin, TX.

This completely changes my future car buying process and I highly recommend asking for McCaleb when looking at vehicles in their inventory. My plates just arrived in the mail today way earlier than I had expected so I don't have a single thing to complain about.other than I wish I knew about you guys sooner?!?

BEST car buying experience I've ever had! I was looking for my dream car for my 50th birthday and Buddy made that happen. He brought the car to work for a test drive and made the process seamless. Having been in the car business myself years ago, I was dreading buying a car but Buddy gave me faith in honesty, legit car folks.

I've used Apple Leasing in the past and have always had a great experience. Today was above & beyond! Justin was awesome! After a short phone call, he got my info and started making things happen! I was able to skip the dreaded sitting at the dealership all day bit, and was able to drive away in the SUV I've been drooling over since this time last year!
