So I decided to buy a bumper for my dodge and my dealership has these ultimate bumpers on display so Iv done my research and red a few reviews, one review really had me iffy about making a purchas something about shoddy craftsmanship so I actually went to the ultimate truck location and asked if I could go see how it's done when it comes to making the bumpers well if gotta say the guys in back are very friendly and some of the nicest welds I have ever seen and as a commercial Fisherman iv delt with with shoddy welders before in this is not what I see behind the doors at ultimate truck. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be doing business with them again

Called this morning to buy a Bedtred truck bed liner which their website indicates is "IN STOCK". When the guy answered the phone, he did so quickly and in a way that was unintelligible. I asked if he had a Bedtred pn 1512130 (F 150 5.5' bed). He replied, "Bedtred? What's that, we don't have any bedtreds"! Really? I verified that I was talking with Ultimate Truck and Auto Accessories and said, "your website shows that you're a vendor and that you have them in stock." He mumbled something about the website not being accurate. So I'll order one on line from another vendor for the same price and with free shipping. Call this experience a LOST SALE Ultimate Truck.
